New rank up option

All those who greatly contribute to the site's RP will be granted a higher rank.

To contribute, you must first be active in RP and do things that effect the plot or other people.

No " Talking to some friends, or going to get some ramen" No, that will not count.

You must attack a village, lead a revolution. Have a legitimate 3 kills ( They randomly left, so I am going to kill their characters WILL NOT COUNT ). And Being a Jounin and killing off genin will not count either.

This is simple. Once you do that, you will be reviewed by myself and given the chance to rank up.
