Level D: Genin-Missing Nin
Level C: Chuunin-Missing Nin
Level B: Jounin-Missing Nin
Level A: Sp. Jounin-Missing Nin
[Possible Rank 5: Leader-Missing Nin?]
Level One can be acquired at registration by the approval of a mod. Otherwise, it's earned through being a Genin and openly betraying your village via killing fellow nin, sabotage, attempted assassination of important figure, ect...
Level Two can be acquired by a Genin-Missing Nin successfully murdering someone capable of defending themselves.
Level Three can be acquired by a Chuunin-Missing Nin killing a team of any Nin his rank of below.
Level Four can be acquired by slaughtering at least 10 innocent people from his former village.
Level Five can be acquired by taking on a Nin higher rank than you, doing decent injuries to him/her, and making it out alive.

| They can, Suno. However, unlike other Shinobis who are in villlages, they can not participate in Exams.
I like that ranking, Hakkyou, however, the levels of the Missing Ninja's Ranking and the tasks they have to somewhat do does not match. Instead of listing something specific, I think we should have a vague over view of what they "could" do. | |

| We could make a small list, but like "Criminals IRL" they can get creative and come up with charges that there are no set standards for...
