| I am pretty sure you guys are wondering what the deal is with starting out as a genin? Well, I will explain that the best I can.
By starting out as a genin you will have more time to Rp and more things to do, not to mention with all the current systems you can gain things fairly easily.
However, do not feel like your good character app is gone to waste as you will be graded on the overall appearance of your application. This grade being 1 to 5 will determine how many starting jutsu and starting weapons you can obtain.
This is simple. Get a 2 and you get 2 starting jutsu and 2 starting weapon.
The better your application, the more you get.

| As you may or may not know, we dont have an RP sample.
At NR we believe that Rp samples are repetitive and unnecessary, not to mention a waste of time. And why would we waste your time when you could be RPing?
Next thing you will notice is that some apps will be given a grade from 1 to 5. This grade is judged on the appearance and quality of your application. Whatever grade you get determines the amount of starting jutsu and starting items you get. For example, if you get a 3 then you get 3 starting jutsu and 3 starting items
Starting jutsu must be of C rank or lower. E rank jutsus are free
