So, I am curious. Back on old NR, we buy our custom techs double the amount. But there is no mention if that system is still on motion. Either that or I'm looking at the wrong places. Probably the second one.

Anyways, do you now train the custom techniques you have registered and have been approved accordingly or do you still buy them? Or both?
