| Ability Q: What is an ability? A: Abilities are additives to your bloodline that makes you special or unique. Example: Shizu Uchiha had all the abilities of the uchiha but was the only one that can hypnotize people. Now, as a new rule we are going to focus more on abilities, just because you belong to a clan does not mean you have all the abilities. Abilities Rules:- Spoiler:
In order to use an ability one must buy them for 30 points.
Genin may have no more than one ability.
Chuunin may have no more than two abilities.
Sp. Jounin may have no more than three abilities.
Jounin may have no more than four abilities.
