Appearance Cloud/Sphere of plasma
Description: It is often used as a last resort, however, since it drains a lot of chakra, and it is not a good idea to use at the beginning of a battle. The user pours as much chakra as possible into her plasma cloud and begins to rotate the cloud. Once all of a user's chakra is stored in the cloud, and the rotation has built up, the user pushes outward, releasing the pressure. The cloud quickly expands into a 20x30 foot half-sphere, with the user at the center. Any enemies caught in the cloud will suffer severe burns and/or death. This is a powerful ability for a situation where one is surrounded, but not for a small group of enemies.

Clan: Hoshi
Element: Plasma

Appearance Sharp golden blade
Description: A technique in which the user's edge of the arm turns into a somewhat of a sharp golden blade. Adding electricity into it, the user can rush at the opponent and can make a huge slash of great range and length of at most two feet (even if it looked like it missed) and can cause fatal wounds.

You need to have a specific range of the if it missed effect. As it makes it very iffy in an rp. It seems somewhat similar to the flying swallow, but anyway just add a range please. Also increase your cool down for your first ablity by one. Remove the word jutsu as well as this is an ablity, not a jutsu mate.
