Genin may have no more than one ability.
Chuunin may have no more than two abilities.
Jounin may have no more than three abilities.
Sannin/ Legendary ninja may have no more than four abilities
ALL ABILITIES MUST BE OF THE SAME TYPE
Meaning, if your first is a lava Ability, your second one cannot be ice.
YOU MUST HAVE THE ELEMENTS THAT MAKE UP YOUR ABILITY
Ice=water+wind. So if your elements are fire and wood, you can't have ice as an ability.
NO RANDOM STUFF
If your ability is to shoot lava out your hands, then your next ability CANNOT be wings so you can fly.
No Mangekyou rip off
No Gravity release
No dark release
No rinnegan
ALL ABILITIES NOW COST 30 POINTS
