Description:
This is a simple ability. The user of this ability is able to peel apart sections of the opponent. Not literally but with vision. Allow me to explain. There are 5 stages to this. The fifth stage is of course the normal Byakugan.

Stage 1:
(Of course not he always says which stage he is in.) This stage allows the user to see through the first layer of clothes. This means, the person can see underwear, yes. It's that simple. It allows the user to see past the first layer of cloth covering a person.

Stage 2:
This stage allows one to see past the second layer of cloth. Yes, that means he can see through clothes. Now, of course these stages can be varied if a person has more clothes than just 2 layers.

Stage 3:
This stages allows the user to see past the layer of skin. This is so that a person can see organs that are inside of the body, to check if anything is damaged or what not. Again, this only works for tissue and what not. As long as it's human or alive.

Stage 4:
This stage is the stage where one is able to see inside of any organ they so chose. This is to see if there are any foreign objects inside and etc...etc.. Again, it's the same as stage 3.

And last but not least, stage 5:
This is like the regular Byakugan. You can see the chakra flow of the user and how it works. The added part to this, is that you can see inside the chakra flow and examine how that person's flow works.

In all honesty, This is a waste. I am a Hyuuga Hardcore. The Byakugan already allows all this. I can approve this, if you want, but this is what it already allows. If you want me to provide examples and manga evidence I will. Other wise you can do something else.

Do you know how that sounds bro? You mean to tell me that a Byakugan can be impeeded by a cloth,but can see the circulatory system that is invisible to others others? Okay bro go look in the manga in the chunin exams. During the written section it shows Neji looking through one of the participants body to see his test scores. Also the Byakugan has X-Ray vision, and in real life X-Ray machines can look through clothing. I am only trying to help you mate, as this is already an existing ability.
