| CHAKRA BAR- Spoiler:
members will edit this themeselves which poses a great risk of things.. but it will help a lot.
Basically it works like this.
The chakra bar is in your profile.
Genin start with 25
Chunin start with 50
Jounin start with 75
kages/Sannin start with 100
Then jutsu will eat x amount of chakra to activate. Jutsu that last more than one post I will explain later
E rank=1
D rank=2
C rank=5
B rank=10
A rank=15
S rank=20
Now you ask, what of the jutsu that last more than 1 post?
For every post that it last AFTER activation will be -2
That is simple.

How do I restore my chakra? well with old fashion eating. Part of Rping is taking breaks and relaxing, so when you visit a spa or eat a nice meal, you restore your chakra
RANK LIMIT- Spoiler:
The following ranks can purchase and use jutsu of this level
Genin= unlimited D rank jutsu and 3 C rank jutsu
Chunin= unlimited C rank jutsu and 3 B rank jutsu
Jounin= unlimited B rank jutsu and 3 rank jutsu
Kages= unlimited A rank jutsu and 3 S rank jutsu
IF you're a genin, you can have a large amount of D rank jutsu and 3 C rank jutsu. However, when it comes to using these jutsu we ask that you use good judgement.

| Hmmm, I've stated my opinion. I would prefer it to say this: At Genin you can use 15 C-Ranks per topic, 30 D-ranks. That's more or less what I'm looking for. Or if you want to do a little more slack, use percentages. Whatever you decide Dev. | |

| My opinion is that this system is dumb.
I mean, I can understand that a Genin can start off with 3 C-rank Jutsu at most, or some rule like that. But the bar on purchases will only start a race for rank ascension among those who seek to hoard jutsu.
The chakra bar will complicate matters as well. Not everyone has the exact same amount of chakra. >__> | |

| I kinda agree with this. I mean everyone has different amounts of chakra and numbers usually only complicate things. Usually people have good judgment on how may jutsu they can use in a topic. Your average joe genin would use about 4-6 C ranked jutsu in a fight. I mean as long as people are not using an obscene amount of C ranked jutsu at genin; then I don't see the point of this system. | |

We do have classes to reflect that admittedly, but not in the way we would wish. I would appreciate a áverage Chakra Raitio' to reflect what is the 'base'. Something like...10 C-Rank per topic, 20 D-Ranks, ect. That would be for Genin, now having Clans and Classes reflect that would be important. So maybe we need a Character Development thing? I've typed for long enough, but to return to the topic, Devin has offered us an ultimainium. I've got with the Chakra Bar so that I the felxibility in combat to use more then three techniques. Situations call for different responces. And I'd prefer to be as well equiped as possible. Ja ne. | |
