Basically, I am trying to prevent God Modding, but at the same time making the fence big enough for the horse to play in.

So here is how it goes.

E rank jutsu -1
D rank jutsu -2
C rank jutsu -4
B rank jutsu -6
A rank jutsu -8
S rank jutsu -10


Genin will start with 15 chakra. From there you can buy more chakra via points

1 +chakra = 25 ryo

Other things can boost your chakra and speed as well such as gates and bijuu

No. I don't approve of this. I refuse to work or RP with any point systems, especially on a naruto site. I never roleplayed or was active on the old NR until the point systems disappeared. These are limiting and unneeded. People should be able to know their limits without the limits being forced upon them. There is a simpler way to do this, and I know I've seen it before.

Glad we can come to a decision quickly and efficaintly.

Hey man, we need a rule for this Chakra thing regarding Clan based abilities and jutsus, everything you do should cost Chakra, I can already tell people will abuse the fact that clan abilities don't drain chakra or something. But that would be a lie. Aburames for example must spend chakra I believe, Uchihas have to when they use Mangekyo etc et

The Aburames bugs feed and live off there chakra.

Uchiha's use chakra with a normal sharingan.

But it needs a numerical value Devin.
