| I was told by an admin that dust release isnt allowed.... This would be what then? https://betatestninja.rpg-board.net/t2178-jigen-s-first-ability-redoneimma be honest and say this is my first RP site. ive posted on rp forums but never sites. This site is a little confusing. But anyways back to the point. Dust release is by Earth wind AND fire. I understand that it can be a lot overpowering but couldnt the size of the jutsu be limited or something? Or even just certain restrictions be put down to actually use the jutsu? And if one person Can be approved for it (link above) then why can't i use it? I was given an alternative. Sand (because my elements are earth and wind). But can i even use this? I'm confused. Alot. This site is foreign to me. and... well... i need help. | |

Explain how fire and win make dust. Cuz it makes no sense to me. o.O
Edit: Denied. Refer to the part in bold and underlined.
Naruto Wiki wrote: Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton; Viz "Particle Style") is a kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai. The jutsu are created by combining the earth, wind, and fire natures. This element allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to pulverize anything into molecule-sized dust. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. At this point, anything within the boundaries of the form is pulverized on the molecular level.
Yah. Dust got denied like a bitch there. Now, I'mma help ya out. Just ask me questions and I'll give answers. Also, you would be allowed to use Sand, because you have the appropriate elements. | |

| Well man here is the thing. Even though you apply for an ability (like sand release) that doesnt mean you can use it just yet. You have to BUY the ability AFTER it gets approved. So lets say you have a chari and you want him to have wood release. You go and apply for the character and then the ability, but you cant start using that ability yet. You have to buy it. Now in order to buy an ability, you do a character update in the training forum of the site where it says 'character update.' To buy an ability, it will cost you 30 Ryo or TP (Your TP total is right under your avatar pic). Once your purchase has been approved, you can then start to use the ability you were approved for. | |
