Appearance Hisoka's Sharingan will appear a different color of red from the standard Sharingan appearance, being more of a Crimson color.
Description: The ability is semi-dormant, and is always active from the beginning of Hisoka activating the Sharingan. However if for some reason Hisoka wishes to disable it, he can and the Crimson Sharingan will return to its normal red.
The eyes are closely connected to the brain, and a basic ability of the Sharingan is to track advanced movement that normal eyes could not, and send impulses to the brain. To help the user react to these movements.
Well, Hisoka's ability is that his eyes send more advanced impulses to his brain than the average Sharingan. This helps increase his brains reaction time, to a point that his reflexes are upped and he has quite a remarkable increase in speed. Allowing his body to better keep up with what his eyes track. The downside to this ability is that where as most Uchiha can constantly have Sharingan active, it would drain more chakra and limit Hisoka from this freedom.
Duration: As a Chuunin, his Sharingan may be active for 10 posts.
When he is promoted to a Sp. Jounin it would be 14 posts.
And as a Jounin+ he may have it active for an unlimited time.
Cool Down: 6 posts, for both Chuunin and Sp. Jounin.
