Description:Uson's Byakugan has mutated into something else which he calls Shungoku
satsu. It is the essential parrellel to the Uchiha's Mangekyo Shargingan. The differances to this new Byakugan is that many things one could not normally see he is granted.
While keeping all of the regular ablites of the previous doujutsu some of it's orginal ablitites are vastly enhanced while adding a few. (Decided to do a pros and cons because I am lazy)

-Optic range has increased to that of 70km in a 360 degree motion
- Implanint this isnide of anyones eye socket besides Uson's will make the wielder go blind, and shatter their chakra system. They will not beable to produce chakra or mold it use any jutsu chakra based. Once they take his eye regardless of the first or 2nd form it is impossible to remove for they will ever have the curse of being blind and restricted to tai jutsu
-Chakra based Substances can not impeed the sight.
