Alright this is the new deal with bloodline. In order to submit a bloodline, all you have to do is send an Admin a PM with the new template listed below. It will not cost anything and the template takes 5 minutes to do. All the Kekkie genkai information is gone because we dont want to hinder someone creative abilities when it comes to making abilities
To add a cannon clan to the list, just alert a staff member.
