Description:
Dante can at will manipulate the air and moisture in an area to create mist, fog, or even thick clouds for use of jutsus. He can also use this control to remove mist, fog, or even thick clouds from an area. These forms of vapor do not have to be water based. By using the Storm chakra electrcity he can combine or seperate other compounds and chemically bonded elements in the gas form via Electrolysis. The amount of area under his control for this is within a range of 30 meters. This can only be done when moisture is present in the area, he could not do this in a hot and dry area.

Appearance Dante is cloaked in electricity that is the color from his seven swordsmen blade.

Description: Dante uses his affinity for storm release chakra to channel the electric release form of his Thunder Edge blade. He can then project the effects of the colored lightning onto his opponent through physical contact as a form of taijutsu. He himself is not vulnerable to its effects. During this moment he can not use the blade itself, for it has been released and he is channeling its power from his body instead of the hilt. He can not use new ninjutsu when maintaining this stage.

Description: Dante has pushed the boundaries of the Tenraku Storm Release and is able to fuse wind nature chakra into his storm release techniques, developing something he calls Tempest Storm Release. This gives him the ability to use jutsu that have properties of both types.
