Approvals

The approvals I have seen lately have been sloppy. Sloppy, Sloppy, Sloppy. No checking into the jutsus that people are using, or anything of that matter.

Now before any of you go "Well if you dislike how we approve, you fucking approve." Know this. If I had to be the one to approve everything, you'd be out of a job. Pretty much. Now I also realize some people might put jutsus on their apps that have no rank, well its OUR JOB to rank the jutsus accordingly. Not to accommodate the member by making a seemingly strong jutsu weak in rank, but by fairly judging the jutsu, regardless of who is registering it.

Just fucking stop being lazy, look up the jutsu, and if its a custom one make them fucking put it in the custom section beforehand. Thats all I have to say on the matter.
