In case our staff and members forgot how approvals work let me break it down for you

1. Everyone starts as a genin
2. Two staff must approve
3. The ratings you give must be followed, a 3/5 means they get 3 jutsu and weapons out of five... not more or less

4. IF they have a activity check, they get chuunin
5. If they quit, they do not regain anything of there former char's
