Challenge to the Invasion of Ame

In the above topic there is a reply from Nanashi claiming that be Devin's decree that all ame nin are hereby dead and ame conquered.

1.) In the mission statement for the invasion it didn't specify any requirement that WE the invaded had 48hrs to reply or be dead and conquered.

2.) Idk about the others but I did indeed receive a PM from Devin stating that Ame was being attacked, something I already knew and was already planning, IC, with others to respond, however I failed to receive any 48hr deadline.

3.) In the mission statement for this Invasion mission, it reads you must ATTACK, not NPC's, but the ACTUAL ninja of Ame, not post in a single topic about killing a few NPC gate guards. That is not an invasion attempt, simply an act of terrorism.

My goal of this is not an argument but allowed the liberty to at least respond properly according to the guidelines of war. lol

Im against the claim that we are all dead because of some bogus topic that doesn't even follow the legitimate rules of the mission.

Firstly and thusly first, hiding inside other topics is considered by all regards, a pansy tactic, how does one attack something that is unavailable for attack? Consider the chronological differences that they in fact presented themselves AFTER Devin, as whatever-his-face was has said, told him to infact attack, and that the proof of the attack is all in Devin. Evidence one to prove the points goes for the Kumo people...

So, instead of actually attacking us off, he runs off, after seeing us, and presuming WE DIDN'T SEE HIM and acts like everything will be Fine and Dandy.

So, to present further evidences that indeed what Kain is presenting the inadequate, look thusly at their topic of "Amegakure four", which was somehow turned into a functional thread once more AFTER we had posted in an invasion thread.

So... I posted in the 7th... and he posted in the EIGHT AN EXIT. Okay, now I don't have to bother linking every single one of Kain's topics, but they are all FLASHBACKS! How the Hell is someone supposed to post in past histories unless I invent a time machine out of my ass?!

Kain is guilty of incompetence and trying to sludge his way out when he played the role of the "not around, not around so can't touch this" role. Besides, who the Hell would miss out a big red text?

Amegakure lost communication with FIFTEEN GUARDS, for them to pretend like they are the ones to have an entire village revolve around them and not get prior notice, I mean HOW HARD IS FIFTEEN GUARDS MISSING SO HARD TO NOTICE?! Exiting after I posted up the invasion and that they both posted half assed exits, along with Deep Freeze having implemented in that indeed the topic is worthless to intervene.

I rest my case, unless Mr. Buckaroo brings more stalling slippery points up with no merits behind them.

Amegakure is conquered. In my opinion. However, I won't allow everyone in Amegakure to be autokilled when NO attacks where made stating that they where all attacked. By some big ass move or something of that nature.

1.) your retardedness just because you posted in RED doesn't mean people will come flocking to it without any regard of knowing what exactly is going on. I Agree with Deep Freeze.

Taking into consideration the actions taken, I'd say it's insufficient as to prevent the horde of zombies to take over. Its like playing Call of Duty. If ya don't protect yourself and rebuild your windows and such, you get overrun.

Now, I'd suggest we discuss these things with the absence of rage, which often leads to name calling and all the other bad stuff. In essence, Noctis and the other staff members should make a call and see both parties satisfied, however impossible that might be.

I illustrate the fact that just because one does not assault a player character does not mean that one’s invasion is invalid. This is especially significant considering how no one actually engaged Nanashi directly, which clearly constitutes a lack of actually attempting to cease his attack, thereby making the argument of impeding him by a mere presence in the topic invalid. In war, the enemy is not required to wait for his foes before he begins his conquest, for the reason that the advantage is in the element of surprise. Kain’s retort is essentially flaming, serving no purpose other than to debase our intelligences with pointless bantering. Insults.

As stated before, Mr. Kain was in an inaccessible topic prior, making it quite impossible for Mr. Nanashi to have at him. Taking the attack to be invalid merely because no one was there is absurd because, in this case, there is no target. Using this as a reason to reject the assault is a poor excuse to bend a technicality to a certain end, in my opinion, which makes it not worth utilizing. I don’t know about you guys, but when my hometown’s attacked, I look at the topic to see what’s going on so that if there’s any little hidden things, time limits, all that stuff, I know about it. The topic title should be irrelevant as a result.
