War Time

Background info: Ya know what they say, war boost economy and with the economy of the ninja world down, it is your job to star a war.
Descriptions: To declare war on a village, you must rally a group of 4 ( all from your village). If you would like to do a 2 on 1 war, then an additional 4 from another village must join. You will take this group(s) and attack a village and at least 3 of it's actually members (IC) and kill the NPC kage. Once this is done, you and your team must return to the village and each of you will be allowed to rank up. ( Genin to chunnin, Chunnin to Special Jounin... ect ect )
Requirements: All people you attack must be actual people and not NPC's however, the kage will of course be an NPC.

Me and my peeps are taking this mission to declare war on Amegakure. Me, Saitou, Ares, and Maxwell (who still needs his puppets approved), along with what's his face guy from Yuki. WAR HAS BEEN DECLARED.

I believe Saitou, Nanashi, and myself get the reward but not maxwell as he did nothing.

Post in the update area. Sadly Saitou you have to receive the reward now. Otherwise you miss the window of opportunity. You receive payment and bonuses upon completing the mission, if we allowed you to wait it would simply be disorganized.
