| Chakra will be managed by the Jutsu you use. Each jutsu rank is assigned a number along with each rank of ninja. You are limited toward not going over the number your rank is assigned. This allows for a standardized way of limiting the amount of jutsu a said rank can use, while taking into consideration that some jutsus will use more chakra than others, once your chakra pool is fully drained you may not perform anymore ninjutsu until you eat in a restoration topic or have 5 posts of resting. This is done in terms of 5s as to make it much simpler to calculate.
Genin (Cannot use over C-ranked Jutsu unless learned or trained.): 70
Chuunin (Cannot use over A-ranked Jutsu unless learned or trained):80
Special Jounin (Cannot use over S-ranked Jutsu unless learned or trained):90
Jounin: 100
Sannin/Kage: 150
E-Ranked Jutsu: Unlimited
D-Ranked Jutsu: 5
C-Ranked Jutsu: 10

| This is a good idea, however I heavily disagree. Look at this for example. This is an A-Rank jutsu. It takes absolutely no chakra to use. http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Hiding_with_Camouflage_TechniqueSo, with this, we'd be charging people chakra that shouldn't be taken. We need limits, but I really don't like points. There has to be a better way. And if there isn't, I honestly say we need to let people complain on their own and we can take five minutes to go glance and say "You did this, no, bye." | |
