Personal Information~Name: Shūryō Kaguya
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Village: Amegakure
Rank: Genin
Bloodline: Bone Release
Main Class: Tank
Secondary Class Berserker
Appearance and Personality~Picture OR description: - Spoiler:
Shuryo wears a large gray cloak, and under that cloak is a sleeveless black shirt. He also wears a pair of black sweatpants, and black ninja sandals. His headband rests on his forehead with his silver hair that extends down to his back. Some of it hangs to frame his face as the rest stays in a non-gay looking ponytail. Kind of like Itachi's, cause he looked epic in that shit, no homo. He has an empty sword holster strapped to his back, which is there for something he will gain after memory. Shuryo has silverish gray eyes, and his skin tone is pale white.
Personality:[In General]
Shuryo is a kind and caring person. As well as that, he is respectful to those around him and does his best to be polite and easy to be around. Of course like everyone else, there will be times when he has a bad day, but he is so good at concealing his emotions that it does not usually matter. Generally, Shuryo is not faced with fear and is unable to make expressions towards pain. Due to the ruthless training of his past, he is immune to showing an expression of pain, however that does not mean it won't hurt him. In fact, he is excellent at controlling his emotions and expressions to the point you would think he something completely different than he is. The perfect mask you could say.
[In Battle]
In a fight, Shuryo is ruthless to protect what is most precious to him. He spends little time thinking and more time attempting to tear his enemy to shreds with all the energy he has in his body. In his mind, he must either immobilize the enemy to the point of no escape, or kill them. Unless it is a friendly spar, he is not willing to stop until his goal is achieved or it is purely against rules and he know he will be outnumbered and killed if he slips up and continues too far.
[To Rumia]
He is extremely caring to his adopted sister, in which he is the most kind to and the most protective over. You would have to pry her from his soul and body in order to get her away. When she is confronted in any way with him, he becomes angered extremely easily and will willingly kill somebody on the spot if they say or gesture anything to her. He is like her Guardian, for he will die in her place if it is necessary.

To completely master the 8 gates you have to do an additional 4000 words of training. This mastery allows you to go in and out of the gates with less strain the body resulting in less fatigue. Without the mastery you will experience the cool down, however with the mastery, cooldowns will be halved, but you will still die after the 8th gates activation.
The cooldown is a period of time where you are in a severely weakened state and cannot use your chakra system at all meaning no chakra related techniques can be used. Activation of the next gate will negate the cooldown. Additionally take note if your stamina/chakra stat falls into minus numbers, you have depleted your chakra and will die.

~The Legacy Begins~
Arc I - BIRTHAh, Winter. The most lovely of all the seasons one could say, with good reason to back up such reasons. You could argue that the cold and death in the plants would resemble such negativity, however when the world is covered with beautiful, vibrant snow, the urge to go out and look around is irresistible. Nearly all people have been fascinated with snow. Man, woman, and child look forward to seeing such a natural gift that has been given to us. Some even go as far as utilizing such a wonderful gift as a means of attack in elemental ninjutsu through the means of a Kekkei Genkai.
All in all, snow is a nice part of the season. The tranquility bestowed upon us as we watch each flake drift through the cold low-humidity air and eventually settle upon the earth. Covering the homes, the trees, the wildlife, the people. A sign of peace throughout all. Yet, so beautiful, but also so common. The day of Shuryo's birth was a rather mundane one. Another snowy day in winter, the streets filled with the white mess that seemed to eventually get in everyone's way when they finished enjoying it for the first few days.
With frost upon the window, the child would emerge from his mother's womb. The medical nin in place held the silent child, at first believing there was something wrong with him, but then realizing he was one of the few quiet babies that they received over the years. It had become a normal sight after the fourth time, seeing it as a sign of good luck and maturity for later on in their life. The quiet children usually lived upon a caring mindset, maturing faster than their peers and understanding the world much faster than people would think possible. Developing strategic skills and so on as though they had been practicing such a thing for years.
After several days in the hospital, the baby was allowed home with his parents. Nurtured and prepared for the world ahead of him, this was where his life would begin. Under the watchful eye of the caretakers, developing within himself slowly with each passing day. His eyes would open, his senses developing, learning from his environment. Adjusting a liking to the cold, beginning to learn syllables and words. Speaking; crawling; walking. All came with time, no doubt of it. A week passed, then a month. Then a few months, and then a year. The blur continued for a small while until it all began to slow down. He was soon to utilize his Kekkei Genkai, soon to utilize his abilities as a powerful shinobi.
Arc II - BEYOND TODDLERDrawing Skills 659/650 CompleteShuryo began his fourth year upon the planet as exceptional. He had developed a small vocabulary, he was able to run without problem, he was able to interpret and absorb information much faster than others around him where he was. He seemed unchallenged by the simple tasks a unknowing parent would present to him in hopes of improving education when it really was simply boring him. This is when his creativity would begin, as Shuryo did not know how to successfully write, but he was able to begin his stages of movement and drawing.
The first day, one morning, he would find himself running silently through his home to the office room where supplies and writing utensils would be kept away from him and for his caretakers use. Maneuvering his small body up chairs and on desks to open draws and receive what it was that he was looking for, he ended his raid with a stack of paper and five pencils. Sitting comfortably in the large chair that was in front of the desk, Shuryo was able to relax himself as he placed a sheet of paper in front of him horizontally.
From this point on, he rose the pencil and allowed him imagination to flow. As any child would love to think of becoming a great shinobi, that is exactly what he attempted to draw with the time ahead of him. Sheet after sheet, he would attempt to draw an older version of himself with a large bone spear that he considered to be 'Epic' at his age fighting against the holder of a legendary sword. He did not know what that sword was ,but his imagination allowed him to move freely with the thoughts of what it could do. With each attempt at drawing the image, he was able to improve his abilities with drawing lines and curves. Applying details and textures, shades and gloss. Even with a pencil, all of this was possible with time. Having wasted hours on simply drawing one thing, he of course started with what any child would. Stick figures, holding sticks, with poorly drawn backgrounds of a dotted sun and clouds in the sky. Line grass and a bulky tree with bushy leaves to make up for the lack of knowledge and skill to draw a real picture.
This slowly improved however, as stated, that he would begin to perform well in his drawings. After taking his time throughout the day, he nearly finished his goal as he worked on the final sheet. Beginning to make the final touches, he thought and described himself in the picture out loud. His older self was wearing a large gray cloak, his hair extended to his waste. Hands held over his head with the large bone spear, really more of a mace-pike now. The end of the polearm would be several bone spikes with a sharpened blade in the center being brought down vertically in the air to a thin, straight blade that was being swung diagonally to block the incoming strike of the spear. Transparent outlines were part of these finishing touches, small forward outlines being drawn and fading to show that the blade would have sliced right through his bone spear, nearly taking down Shuryo himself as he fought the epic opponent. It was truly awesome in his mind as his caretakers walked into the room, taking him out and tossing all of his hard work into the trash and walking him to bed. A shame that it was all wasted, yet things happen, and they all happen because they happen.
Dreaming of the event, he slipped back into the blur of life and aged once more. This time however, he would truly begin to learn of his abilities. Learn that he could be the great warrior he dreamed of and drew, the shinobi that could defeat even the legendary blade. His training would begin, and it would be inevitable.
Arc III - The Ten Days of KaguyaDAY ONEProduction Training Level Two 537/500 CompleteAn early morning sparked the beginning of the ruthless training. The inevitable had arrived, and even this fate could not be changed. Though nearly all fates could be changed, this, this would be the exception. Shuryo was still rather young, but he had aged well for the passing time. His caretakers felt that it was finally the right opportunity to begin his training in the ways of the Kaguya. This would start his production training, the training that would allow him to skillfully and perhaps instantly generate bone from his body for use.
Even though really he was at the default production for any Kaguya, he would now learn to excel in the method and improve it even more. So the training would begin with a simple feat such as that. Having been walked to a center of a field, Shuryo would stand and produce bone from his fingertips. The pearl white substance would emerge, and then break off as it fell to the ground. Simple enough, it moved from his fingertips to his palm, extending out like a blade. Shuryo would swing it once or twice before losing it and seeing it fall to the ground. The production counted. Raising his arms up, Shuryo pointed his fingertips at a tree just in front of him. He then focused all he had into creating the small bullets from hsi fingertips, launching them at high speed. Each one would make impact with the tree, digging into it and breaking the bark. The production slowly sped upas he moved through chakra, soon instead of five every few seconds they were coming out continuously.
Shuryo continued this practice until he was drained of his energy, the energy in his young body was not much to create a infinite amount of the small bullets, but the production was improving and improving and soon maybe he could with no chakra at all. After several minutes of continuous production, Shuryo stopped and sat down to recollect himself and stare in awe at his fingertips from the attack he had produced. This was an amazing feat for him, however his caretakers saw it as a very simple achievement.
Though meant to be drained of chakra by now, Shuryu got into a crouching position on the ground. He began to place his hands firmly into the dirt. Forcing his feet flat, he began to push downward into the soil. Bone would come quickly but with effort, beginning to poke out of the ground around him. Soon these small pokes would shoot up as defensive spikes all around him, forming a tent of hard bone. Smaller spikes would come up around the bottom of the spikes, reinforcing the defense as he lost his chakra and was lost inside the small radius of bone. Laying down and looking up, Shuryo's vision was shaded and the sun was hidden from his view thanks to the bone forming a nice little tent around nad above him for defense. He began to slowly drift off as he heard a wall snap and one of his caretakers reached in to get him, the other applauding quietly in the background. The first step of training had been completed and was very successful.
DAY TWOProduction Training Level Three 1033/1000 CompleteThe next morning further training would begin. Having slept and been refreshed, Shuryo was ready to train once again as he was walked form his home to the training field where it would all take place. His caretakers would bring him here, explaining to him that it was important that he became a master of the Kaguya abilities in less than nine more days. They weren't very specific, but his caretakers attempted to explain to him that something bad was going to happen soon, and they wanted to make sure he was strong enough to kill anyone who would dare threaten his presence as he traveled away from home. They wouldn't make it, but they were very confident that he would. Shuryo was to escape to one of the ninja villages and join the academy. With his exceptional talents, he would become a genin, and rise above all others.
Currently, Shuryo was living somewhere outside the villages with his family. A home hidden in nowhere. The perfect place to train, as well as avoid the everyday people who would bother you. Of course, this wasn't important information at the moment, he needed to get to his training. Now standing in the center of the field as he was the other day, he was going to do everything he could.
It was time to get out of his thoughts and begin his training. Shuryo had ideas forming in his mind as he took a little stance of his own in the center of the field. There had been targets set up in front of him to practice on with his production abilities. this would be a full offensive practice, and in his mind he could already see how awesome it would be to reduce his targets to shreds. Bone began to form out of his shoulders, move out of his elbows, and form out of his fingertips, knuckles, and a small blade out of his palm. This would mark the start and he ran towards the first target.
As he came close to his first target, Shuryo performed an uppercut towards the targets head. With a fist, the bones of his knuckles would go into the head, breaking off as more immediately grew. The bone in his elbow would slice into the target lightly, but did not break into it. The wood in the head splintered and was punctured, but was not yet ready to break. this would only begin the relentless assault that was about to be brought on to the target. Coming back around with his other fist, Shuryo would slam the knuckle blades into the wood again, deeply puncturing the target. Jumping up in the air with all of his strength and doing a front flip, bone would quickly extend from Shuryo's heel. A long blade that when his foot was brought down slummed right into the head of the target in a bulls-eye. The head and partial chest split in half as small amounts of wood went in several directions around him. The wood broke off from his heel as Shuryo spun around and backed himself into the target with his arms adjusted at a certain angle. His attack would continue with his elbow blades being slammed into the target, puncturing and breaking off on each other as they broke from his elbows. Pulling back, Shuryo jumped away once more and rose his fingertips at the target in front of him. The finger blades all shot off at the target, puncturing the wood in random places as small bullets followed ripping the wooden target apart until it was falling to the ground on it's own, followed by the bone.
Pleased with his efforts, it was time Shuryo continued his training in production. Next was to perform the same practice that he had done the other day, but first he wanted to try something else. Walking over to a tree, Shuryo placed his palms flat on the bark that covered it. Looking up at all the leaves above him, and then bakc down he began to focus on the tree and then chakra into his hands. This would truly be a test for production as he began to push a burst of chakra outwards through his palms. Bone spikes shot out of his palm in several directions all at once. The sound of a hard object puncturing wood could be heard, the leaves ruffled and Shuryo gave a small yell as he released it all. Bone had punctured the tree fully, several spikes starting at the location of his palm and ending several feet out of the other side of the tree. It had formed quickly and efficiently, also draining Shuryo of some much needed chakra.
After performing this, Shuryo pulled his palms back and broke the bone off. He walked around the tree admiring his work from different angles seeing how that could prove to be deadly in a true fight. Simply impaling the enemy in multiple places at once with little to no warning would be a sure win he thought. Though this would be inaccurate, as he had never truly experienced a fight in order to learn how easily it could be dodged with the right situation.
When he finished making one more revolution around the tree, the energy taken from Shuryo hit him and he fell to his knees for a moment. He smiled though, his efforts paying off in the end as he rose and turned to his caretakers who were happy with the continuous improvement in their child. He would make a fine shinobi when the time came, but oh how they wished to truly be there to see it. It was only a matter of time now though, they needed to soak up every last second. Walking to their child and taking him back to the home, it would be a night of rest from then on until tomorrow when he would perform the final training of production to assure that he could defeat anyone in terms of production. Outmatch all in terms of being a Kaguya. His skill would easily make him the leader of the clan, they were sure of it.
DAY THREEProduction Training Level Four 1507/1500 CompleteThe final step of production training was to soon begin with the day that would arrive. Shuryo would be given the final test for improving his production skills. Instant regeneration of the bone would come soon to him if he was able to successfully complete this final training. Hos far there had been no obstacles for him, and he had been performing better than average. Even skills in other areas so far were above average such as his movement and possibilities as a taijutsu specialist. The road ahead was clear for his caretakers, but for him he had yet to know what his decisions would be in the future. Life moved so quickly, truly, truly it did.
The morning was cold, just the way Shuryo liked it. The chilled breeze passed through the environment of where he lived. Leafs ruffled and bushes swayed, the clouds above looming peacefully. The sun was hidden, but still providing the light that it did for all living in that area. This was an especially nice area as there were no insects around to cause trouble either. Even flies, maybe the worst of them all, did not bother the people in the region. An Aburame's nightmare you could say. Though such an assumption wouldn't be true when really thought about, as all aburame carry their insects with them in their bodies. That's a bit creepy though.. wouldn't it feel weird too? Oh well, people are people, and they all do things their own way.
Leaving his home, Shuryo was prepared for the final challenge in performing production. He knew what he could do now, and and he knew what he wanted to do in order to achieve the final level of production. Walking forward through the grass that surrounded his home and made the path to the small field where he had been training his techniques these past few days, each step made a crunching sound due to the frost that had been laid out upon the grass during the night thanks to the cold. Slowly he approached the field until he stood in the center once more. This was the position he needed to be in, as of this point he was ready.
Not moving from his position, Shuryo slowly leaned down to the ground and place his feet flat. He then placed his palms flat as well. This was the position he had used the other day in order to practice production, having made a stunning little dome for himself to be in. It was a good defense, and if used correctly against a close-range enemy, it could even serve as a form of offense. It was all about tactics and strategy, though you couldn't think too much about the fight otherwise you'd lose it because you were too busy thinking instead of throwing a punch or a kick. Brute force and intellectualness play a part in every fight, you just have to even them out in order to pose a threat. Now for some people, you hadn't the need to worry about being intellectual or having brute force because you are so good at one. Shuryo was sure that even the best taijutsu specialist would need to think for a moment about what he was to do next in a tough situation. All of this wasn't important though, he actually needed to train. Enough thought.
Beginning to focus his chakra into his hands and feet, Shuryo was about to perform the biggest production he had since the beginning. He was going to be amazing, he could feel it. Suddenly, the chakra burst outwards. Spikes plowed through the ground beneath him, shooting at high speed as it turned and began to zoom upwards and branch apart from one another underground. Rising from beneath, the soil split and trees were punctured as bone spikes hot out in every direction. Rising from the ground like a wildfire they continuously poured from the radius around Shuryo. Coming through trees, flying up through the dirt and grass, and all coming from Shuryo himself. He was exhausted as they continued to flow until eventually the growth stopped. Shuryo pulled up and looked around at his creation, a forest of bone in every which place he could see. Of course, this didn't extend around him for any more than thirty feet, but it was still an amazing feat. And the part that was even more amazing - he was the one that did it all. He smiled, looking around at each and every protrusion. Then he fell backwards into the small open area behind him, luckily left untouched just for his landing. Shuryo fell asleep in that spot, his eyelids staring up into the sky.
Waking up later that night, Shuryo had been left by his caretakers. It seemed that his training hadn't been finished with all of the work he had just done. His body ached slightly as he sat up. All of the bone still surrounded him, but it was slowly breaking apart and disintegrating into the ground. The bone wouldn't last that long anyway as he was still pretty weak. The large spikes he had created slowly blew away in the wind. All of his hard work became dust in the passing time. Oh well, there was plenty more to be made.
Slowly standing up, Shuryo was prepared to continue his training and do a final part for production. Deciding to make it simple, Shuryo would just perform a series of simple creations in order to finish it all. Getting in a defensive stance, Shuryo slammed his foot on the ground in a stomp, pushing chakra out of his foot as bone curved and shot up in front of him in large spikes. Protruding the ground and dragging up dirt and grass with them as at least six of them were made. If someone were to dive into that, it surely would be a horrific scene.
Jumping back as if he were in a real fight, Shuryo spun around with his arm extended out and fired small bone bullets from his fingers. They launched at high speed, spinning in the air a little like a drill as they hit a tree. Digging into the bark, small bits of it went everywhere before the bullets were lodged in small holes in the wood. Jumping up and spinning again Shuryo continued to fire a continuous stream of bullets into the tree. They came out again and again, digging into the spots before seemingly in a horizontal line. Landing, Shuryo would rise again with a spin.
Firing and firing until the tree was seemingly drilled in half by the small bullets. Landing, the large hunk of wood began to fall towards Shuryo, and he had to jump to the side as it crushed the bone he had made earlier.
Thinking for a moment, Shuryo looked at the tree and extended his palm as he walked over to it. Releasing a burst of chakra, bone shot out again like it had before and tore the tree into chunks in a small area, splitting it again. He snapped his bone off and stepped back, proud of his work. Shuryo couldn't really think of anything else to do. He had made spikes, a giant attack of spikes, used his bone bullets. Offense and defense were easily covered and he just went blank. So he decided to rest for a short time and gather more chakra before going all out with creation again. Sitting down slowly and getting into a cross-legged sitting position, Shuryo thought about what he could possibly do next to complete his training. He just felt as though there was that one thing missing from hsi training, he needed one last thing to truly complete it and give him that feel that there was nothing left to do in it.
As he thought, Shuryo began to fall back into a laying position and rest his eyes. The wind blew gently across the field, making the grass and leaves sway gently. The tree next to him was still there, and it most likely would be for quite a while now that he'd had it fall. Nature would take care of it eventually he thought. Becoming very tired all of a sudden, he could feel the fatigue from going all out twice in a row in one day. It was something he wasn't used to now that he really realized it. For the past three days he had been pushing himself over his limit in order to become a powerful Kaguya as his caretakers had wanted him to. Which also reminded him that he was very hungry and missed dinner. However, it all seemed to stop mattering to him as he slowly drifted into a sleep. A dream sprung in his young mind, and sure enough he was fast asleep once again recollecting his energy for the next day. He had much more ruthless training ahead of him in the morning, it would be a very rude awakening.
DAY FOURRegeneration Training Level Two 500/500 CompleteBone Density Training Level Two 500/500 CompleteRegeneration Training Level Three 1000/1000 CompleteShuryo seemed to have awoken in a completely new field that morning, no longer surrounded by the both he had remembered creating, and the large tree that had fallen next to him. Instead, now he was sitting up in a larger clearing. It was still walled off with an uncountable number of trees, however that was not the point. Surrounding him were at least eight ninja, six of them being people he didn't know, and two of them being his caretakers. this must be the next part of this training, but he was confused. Why were there so many people surrounding him? What kind of training would this be? He couldn't possible take on six adults, much less his caretakers alone. He was showing potential, but not that much.
His father walked up to him, lifting him up to his feet. Words left his fathers mouth that sounded as though he regretted them, but it was for the next part of the training. Shuryo wasn't very happy with how this was going to end, but he clearly understood, and said that he was going to fight back in order to improve his skills. Thinking about this too, Shuryo would also be able to improve his bone density with the training that was about to come. The pain would be unbearable almost.. but it would strengthen him to the point of being able to not have them broken as they were about to be. These people were only here to hurt him, that had become extremely obvious. It was time for the training to begin, and only one shinobi walked up to him. Shuryo got in a defensive stance while the shinobi in front of him got in an offensive one. This fight was going to begin... Now.
Shuryo jumped up into the air, aiming his arms down and shooting a bone dagger out of his palm. It didn't exactly fire, stopping into a place where he could use it as a weapon. As he began to fall, Shuryo aimed this dagger for his opponent's shoulder. However, such an attack was too obvious. Falling down now, his opponent grabbed his wrist. With a quick snap, Shuryo was suddenly flying through the air and hitting a tree hard. The bark was crushed behind him leaving a dent, and as he fell he went to use his hand to cushion his fall, but his wrist was broken. As the reality hit him, he screamed out in pain and hit the ground face first. Slowly, Shuryo sat up and held his wrist, tearing up as it slowly healing from his chakra reshaping the wrist and healing it fully. He was perfectly fine, all it took was a few seconds of pain. However, he knew when it got worse that the pain wouldn't be so short and he would really be feeling it to improve his regeneration. Though with time and effort comes skill, and bone density. How much fun this day was going to be.
Standing back up, Shuryo was prepared to continue the fight and earn a little bit of his own training. He was going to improve his bone density through this, and he was going to make sure it happened too. Charging the shinobi that had started the fight with him, he prepared to use his dagger once again as a second shinobi slammed into his side with a strong kick. They were all going to gang up on him now as Shuryu caught himself on the ground and rolled back up into a standing position to continue the fight. He was purely outnumbered, and he knew he wouldn't win this. Extending the dagger, Shuryo also grew small blades out of his knuckles, and the bones between the hand and the base of the fingers. Looks like a second knuckle if you think about it. Well you know what I mean. Shuryo charged forward, prepared for the ruthless beating. Or at least he thought he was prepared enough, but he truly wasn't. One of the shinobi appeared next to him and he flung himself around. Shuryo was able to land a slice on the shinobi's legs before they reappeared behind him and landed a hard kick to his leg. Being tripped, Shuryo then felt a strong punch into his chest from below, snapping a bone in his ribcage.
The force sent Shuryo flying up into the air, he could feel the pain in his chest as it slowly mended itself and grew harder inside. In fact, with all of the loss he had done the other days with production, and also feeling the process of healing his body was already starting to strengthen his bone structure. This was an amazing feeling really, hard to describe but amazing. Then as he was lost in thought in the air, there was a string blow to his back. He felt a small bit of his spine crack and immediately heal from his chakra being focused there on the bone. It became stronger as the force started to kick him around in the air ruthlessly. He could feel his body breaking everywhere, the pain was nearly unbearable as each spot was healed only to have a new one appear. It seemed that those people were just hitting him up all over everywhere they could. Drifting through the air, Shuryo finally started to float down for a moment in rest. He sighed to have been relieved of the pain as he fell towards the ground with increasing speed. Opening his eyes and looking down, he met his fathers eyes in a quick flash. Something was odd as Shuryo felt himself get pulled down to the ground. Before he could make contact, he was met with a strong kick back up into the air that shattered his entire chest. It was amazing how much it could really hurt as he fell back and hit the ground.
Coughing, Shuryo was left on the ground for several hours as his chest slowly healed. When Shuryo had made a full recovery, he slowly sat up and looked around. It was the evening hours now, and the group still surrounded him, including his father and mother. It seemed that two of the six shinobi had left, leaving still a total of six that would beat the shit out of Shuryo until his healing was purely complete. There would be no point in stopping soon, if they kept this up further they could truly improve him more than expected. Of course they weren't feeling the pain, which slightly pissed Shuryo off as he was given a helping hand and brought to his feet. Walking back to the center of the field, he felt no use in preparing for the fight once more. He watched as four shinobi all gathered on trees, preparing for an ultimate assault that would probably hurt.. a lot. This was so much fun, Shuryo thought to himself with a lot of sarcasm. So much fucking fun to get your bones broken in order to train. Kinda bullshit training if you really think about it, but hey, he had to do what he needed to no matter how much pain it brought to him. He needed to prove that he could be a powerful warrior, and best of all this would bring about pain tolerance too so he had nothing to worry about in the future when getting a bone broken. All of this was really beneficial, no matter how much it seemed to hurt.
The first shinobi came in at high speed, smashing into Shuryo's back, sending him towards another shinobi. Then he was met with a punch to his chest once more, being sent high into the air. Everything around Shuryo was a blur as the next shinobi came into the air and flickered around him twice, applying to hard kicks to his shoulders, breaking them instantly with each chakra-enhanced kick. Then the final shinobi flew up above him, a foot raised high in the air, chakra-packed and prepared as it came down in seemingly slow motion. Shuryo decided to take these few seconds to think about what he might want to do with his future. Something special.. there was one thing he always wanted, and maybe after all this training, he could find a way to get that. But as he began to think about it more, the kick came down into him.
Shuryo was sent flying down to the ground. The ruthless combo had ended with his legs, back, and chest being broken in several places. He was caught though before hitting the ground, and set gently upon the grass. It would take a while for him to heal, they knew that. Shuryo simply lie there in pain, beginning to drift once more as his body healed, using all of its chakra to fix the fractures that had been given to him by the assault. Such a wonderful training session, it really was.
DAY FIVERegeneration Training Level Four 2000/2000Bone Density Training Level Three 1000/1000Eight Gates Training: Gate of Opening 500/500Eight Gates Training: Gate of Rest 500/500Eight Gates Training: Gate of Life 1000/1000All CompleteShuryo awoke the next morning fully mended of his wounds and not so prepared for the full day of getting the shit beat out of him again and again. However, that is what would have to happen for his important strength gain. He could already feel the power in himself, he was so close to being strong he knew he was going to be outstanding after it all. Still surrounded, but this time by all eight once again, Shuryo was helped up into a standing position. Now it was time for him to actually learn something though, as the lips of his father began to move and he heard the voice of excitement.
"Shuryo, it is time that you learned a very special series of taijutsu techniques. We're still going to be hurting you quite a bit, but you will be able to fight like no other of your age. In the future, people will stare at you in awe as you devastate your opponents. Tear them apart inch by inch with amazing speed and ability. It is time that we taught you also in the ways of the Eight Gates. The special access points that will remove all limits from your body."
Shuryo smiled and jumped up, his mind racing with imagination of how epic he was really going to be. The wind shifted, and storm clouds grew above the group as the training was to begin shortly after. there was no waiting on the weather, and it would add much effect to the challenges that were now ahead of Shuryo. Even Shuryo did not want to wait for the passing storm as it started with a sprinkle and eventually became pouring down rain. However, this would be helpful for the beginning of the training. Shuryo's task was a very hard one. He was to meditate and fight at the same time. Find a balance between aggression and tranquility that would allow him to release his inner limits one by one. On top of all that, he would also have to get the shit beaten out of him and his bones broken in order to continue his regeneration and improve bone density. It was all coming though, he could definitely feel it.
"Okay father, I'm ready! Let's do this.. I want to be the mo-"
Completely cut off, Shuryo was kicked in the gut as he went flying. Getting smarter, he landed on a tree with his feet and kicked off of it. Using his momentum, Shuryo extended a long blade from his palm and prepared to swing it hard as he thought deep in his mind. He thought so hard everything seemed to blur and slow, he noticed details and everything. He saw the look of surprise on a shinobis face as he flew right towards them and they took action. Something was different. That something was the first gate being opened as Shuryo had done so without even realizing it. He swung, and was grabbed by the arm, slung around in a circle, and then sent flying up into the air.
Preparing himself for the kick this time, Shuryo extended the bones of his ribcage out and formed a flat armor on his stomach as a shinobi appeared and landed the blow directly into his stomach. The kick's strength was lessened greatly as the bone armor cracked and fell to the ground, not even hitting the shinobi as the man appeared behind Shuryo and kicked him down towards the ground. Feeling the pressure in his back, his spine was once again ruptured. But Shuryo wasn't ready to allow it all to go just like that again. He knew there was another attacking coming, and he needed to utilize his speed for his full advantage. Bearing the pain, he forced himself to move as his spine healed and he flickered to a nearby tree behind a shinobi. Landing a strong kick to the shinobi's back, it sent the man flying and flailing in total surprise. Shuryo was extremely happy as he landed on the branch and looked at them all. Then he spun once, firing bullets at two of the shinobi. Two at one and two at the other, watching them jump to the side as Shuryo began to meditate one more while fighting. He felt an even greater limit seem to release, but not yet.
A shinobi appeared just behind Shuryo, slamming a foot directly into his back and sending him flying forward. Just as he thought it couldn't get much worse, Shuryo flew directly into his father who landed a punch right into Shuryo's chest. The force exerted caused Shuryo to float in the air momentarily before he could be sent flying back, giving his father enough time to grab his leg and send him flying right at another shinobi. That was when Shuryo went into his next release. The Gate of Rest opened, and suddenly Shuryo felt insanely better. His wounds healed immediately and stamina returned as he seemed to teleported behind the shinobi who was about to give him a good punch to the chest once again.
Doing a further spin, Shuryo drew chakra and made a thick bone exoskeleton on his fist as he landed a punch right into the shinobi. He could hear cracking and a shudder as the shinobi was sent into the ground, leaving a large crater. Dirt and rock were thrown up high into the air, flying past Shuryo as he stood on the branch once again. Suddenly though he was completely exhausted, and fell down forward off the tree. He wanted to close his eyes and rest for a while, the fatigue rushing into him after that single attack. Of course, he couldn't stop now. He needed willpower.. willpower would truly bring him victory. Just as he thought of this, hsi father appeared behind him and landed a kick, sending him flying upside down into the air. Shuryo was dizzy and unprepared as his bones continued to mend themselves. It seemed things were a constant struggle, but he was becoming more and more powerful by the minute. It was all just a matter of time.
Beginning to fall once again into meditation, everything became a real blur as Shuryo kind of slept through the fight. On the outside of him, real hell began to loosen as four of the shinobi, including his father, all entered the first gate of the eight gates. They were prepared to beat the shit out of him for quite a while as the rain continued to pour endlessly. Vision was becoming very limited for everyone there, as well as hearing. Words were drown out by the endless pouring of the liquid. Thunder screamed in every direction during the one-sided fight between a young boy and eight skilled attackers. Of course, to anyone from a distance, this would look like a total murder. But for those who knew, it was really to turn Shuryo into the strongest warrior there was. Shuryo had been fully prepared now for this intense training, there was no avoiding it anyway. Of course, you would have to imagine, punches and kicks got pretty boring after a while. However, a Kaguya was destined to a life of taijutsu unless they were pretty damn smart and special and figured out how to expertise in long range attacks. That was rare though, Shuryo would imagine.
He began to realize that he was still hovering in the air. There hadn't been a further attack in a minute or so. That or his thoughts had only come about in a few seconds, or he was being kicked around so fast he couldn't feel or see it. Then again, you couldn't see anything in this rain either. The sky was black and there seemed to be no light as the morning had already transitioned into the late afternoon. Time flies when you are getting the shit beat out of you, I suppose. Everything was drifting even more now. Time passed quicker, and Shuryo's wounds were mending much faster. Things seemed to be absolutely amazing at the moment, that was all Shuryo could imagine. Something amazing, himself in the future. It was all starting to fade away as Shuryo made a hard impact on the ground. The sky opened and the rain had come down to a simple sprinkling. the fight had ended temporarily.
Still in a heavy daze, Shuryo wasn't exactly sure what was happening as he slowly lifted himself up. His wounds were healing, he knew they were there, but he couldn't exactly feel them. It was as though he had temporarily left reality and slept in his conscious while some other force took other. The first thing Shuryo saw was his father standing and looking at him in awe. His father had a bloody mouth, and apparently a tooth was missing from his jaw. The other seven shinobi who had been there were lying all over the place groaning and yelping in pain. It seemed that Shuryo had done something to them? Did they slip in the rain? But he wondered why his father was looking at him in awe. It was as if there was something wrong with Shuryo. He looked down, his skin was a bright red and slowly transitioning back to the pale white it always was. He couldn't believe it himself. Shuryo had successfully gone into the third gate, and defeated nearly everyone there.
Shuryo didn't even know what he did really. It was all just a blur, more like a dream as he sat in his conscious. Looking up at his father while the man walked towards him, Shuryo felt extreme fatigue. He wasn't sure what was happening, but he fell back and his vision went to black. It was all gone.

Present
Shuryo awoke in his bed, groggy and yawning from the long dream he had just experienced. He didn't know why he had been reliving his childhood so vividly. That wasn't exactly the best memory of his life, but it was still something to remember. A young girl was sleeping next to him, no older than the age of five. She was a memory for another time as Shuryo rose quietly out of bed and prepared himself for the chunin exams that he wished to attend so soon. It was only a small time before they started and he would have to travel very quickly in order to make it on time. Throwing his cloak on and not needing anything else, Shuryo found himself ready a lot faster than he would have thought. Walking over to the sleeping girl, he planted a small kiss on her forehead and whispered a good morning into her ear. Writing a small note on a paper and leaving it next to the bed, it would tell her that she would be alone for a small time while he went to the chunin exams. The girl was able to take care of herself as food and water was easily accessible to her.
With no further worries, Shuryo headed out the door and prepared himself for the time ahead. Walking through the rain village quietly, he wondered what kind of opponents he would be facing. And he wondered if he would spark up another dream of his past in that time. He had become so strong since then, and matured so much it was a bit crazy he knew so much for his age. Life happened though, and there was no avoiding it. Shuryo had no worries about passing the exams, he was extremely powerful and he knew it. All he had to do was go there, beat someone up, grab a rank and head back to be with his little girl and protect her. She was truly something special, something special that held Shuryo together on the inside. All of this is a story for another day though. Shuryo closed his eyes and flickered up, prepared for the chunin exam now. Maybe even as prepared as he was before.
