~Name~: Katon: Neko no Keru no Jutsu (火遁・猫の蹴る 術の; Literally meaning "Fire Release: Art of Kicking the Cat")

Description: Through focusing Fire Release chakra into one's feet, the user is able to kick releasing small orbs of flame that let off a relinquishing screech that sounds like someone just punted a cat through a field goal. Although, the sound that it gives off is earsplitting and gives the attack away, because of how painful the sound is it usually leaves opponents motionless trying to stop their ears from bleeding.

~Name~: Jōcho Shīru (情緒シール; Literally translated as "Emotions Seal")

Description: This jutsu requires the Tiger handseal. The user places their palm on the opponent's, or who their using it on's, then pours their chakra into them. After pouring their chakra into the opponent, it creates a circle on the users stomach. Once that is done the user decides which emotion is to be sealed from the opponent, by saying it out loud, and the kanji for that emotion appears in the circle. After that is completed the opponent will be drained of their chakra if they embrace that emotion and will be placed inside of the seal on their stomach. The more chakra that is placed inside of the seal, the more of the emotion that was sealed inside of the opponent will be unlikely to slip out; after them using the emotion five times while the seal is on them, the emotion will be sealed inside of them and they won't be able to use it as long as the seal is on.

~Name~: Kanjō Hatsubai (感情発売; Literally translated as "Emotional Release")

Description: This jutsu can only be used after doing the Tiger Seal upside down. This technique is the only Jutsu that can be used to release someone from the "Emotions Seal". After making the required handseal, the user looks at the person that has been sealed by "Emotions Seal" through a circle that will be made by their index finger and thumb, then say the word "Release". After doing these things it will release the seal that is on the other person's body and the emotion, and chakra, that was stored inside of them will be released giving the person incredible power, and depending on the emotion sealed they will go into a blind fury; the chakra that is released they will be able to use. After about five post the one that was sealed in the first place will be tired of fatigue and will pass out, the extra chakra will also be depleted.

Description: This technique allows the user to immediately empty their mind completely to focus solely on one single task; when doing this it will allow them to block out all unrelated things and will allow them to find answers more quickly. This technique is solely to be used to skip out doing a kind of meditation to clear one's mind.

Description: The user creates a clone that is capable of user jutsu just like the user. After being destroyed a harsh gust of wind, a small tornado the size of the user, takes the place of the clone. The tornado will pull anything that is in a one meter radius in towards it, spin around three times, then send it flying up in the air.

Description: After doing the handseals and releasing you chakra in some kind of way to effect the senses it will activate. If the opponent is caught in this Genjutsu it will cause them to be physically immobile and will be oblivious to what is going on in reality; they will be trapped inside of their mind. Once trapped in their mind they will come to believe that whatever was going on at that time they were victorious at. If they are not impacted by a strong, outside force, other than themselves, they will be stuck in their mind and will go insane by the fourth post of being stuck in the Genjutsu. By the sixth post they will be forced into a mini coma that cannot be broken out of unless there are two powerful, outside forces.

~Name~: Tairyō tatsumaki (大量竜巻; Literally translated as "Massive Tornado")

Description: Just like the technique Clone Great Explosion, this technique will cause Tornado Clones explode, but it has a different effect. Instead of having a fire like explosion, they will turn into tornados that will fuse together. The tornado that is fused together is four meters in diameter and five meters tall. Anything that weighs less than 200lbs, and is with five meters of the tornado, will be pulled into the center of the tornado. The tornado works as a barrier keeping everything that is on the inside of it from leaving through walking through it. This technique lasts for three post.

Description: This technique transfers chakra through the user's body as well as raises their body temperature. The user will then release chakra out of their body from all direction in the form of fire; it will look as if there was glass shattering from their body. The technique will spread out three meters. Although they will look like regular fire, if they are touched by anyone other than the user it will not only burn them it will also cut them; it's sharp enough to severe limbs. Can be used twice then the user has to wait three post before being able to use it again.

~Name~: Hi no Howaito no Hebi (火のホワイトのヘビ; Literally translated as "White Fire Snake")

Description: The user focuses their White Fire around their index and middle finger so that it looks like a string of fire is wrapped around the user's fingers and part of it is hanging off. The user can then point his fingers in a direction and the flame would act as if it were a rope/whip; it could work as a lasso as well and it could wrap around the opponent. It can extend up to twenty meters. It takes three post to burn through clothing and four post to burn skin.

Description: The user releases their White Fire in the form of small darts that create tiny explosions when they make contact with anything that has a solid or liquid form. When using this technique the user can release up to one hundred White Fireflies then, after that, the user expends twice as much chakra than necessary. After releasing fifty it's like releasing a B-rank technique. Each explosion is six inches in every direction.

Description: The user releases their White Fire in the form of an one foot thick barrier that is three meters in radius. The user can create this barrier around anything that is within seven meters of the user. Anything on the inside of the barrier can exit with ease, but if something from the outside were to try to enter the barrier they will most likely be affected by the effects of White Fire. Anyone on the inside of the barrier can see what's on the outside, but anyone on the outside can't see anything on the inside.

~Name~: Howaito no Hi no Kōhai: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (ホワイトの火の後背・影分身の術; Literally translated as "White Fire Style: Shadow Clone Technique")

Description: This technique works just like Shadow Clone Technique except for when it is destroyed it explodes with the user's White Fire; the explosion has a range of eight meters. ~Name~: Ryū no Hi no Howaito (龍の火のホワイト; Literally translated as "White Fire Dragon")

Description: The user releases their White Fire from their body and it wraps around their body then it takes the shape of a White Chinese Dragon, it then expands to eight meters around the user. The dragon is completely made of fire and can work in two ways. The first way that it could work in is a more controlled kind of way where the user has complete control over the dragon it can make the dragon slash at things with it claws, or release White Fire through it's mouth. The second way it could work is working as like a wild dragon, flying around and causing anything that it crashes into burn with White Fire. The dragon has a sturdy defense so only something that matches it in power can break through it, also when its claws and fangs can pierce through rock easily. It's flame is more intense then regular White Fire; it actually puts the opponent in severe pain if it hits and can immediately give something third degree burns. Also, when the user is using this technique their eyes glow a bright white color and they can pretty much direct the dragon with their body. This technique can last for up to five post and can only be used once per topic. When the dragon releases the White Fire it doesn't cost more chakra than usual because it is all flowing from the one attack.

Hi no Howaito no Hebi: How hot is the fire? And if you wrapped it around someone how long would it take to burn through clothes, skin, etc.
Hotaru no Howaito: One hundred for a C-Rank? Those explosions are going to be REAL tiny. If you want to keep it the 100 it's going to be a B-Rank. In fact...have it as C-B, if you go over 50 Fireflies you hit B-Rank Chakra consumption. I also want a area for the explosion.
Hi no Howaito no Arumajiro: I don't see anything wrong here aside from wondering what the effects of the White Fire are....
Howaito no Hi no Kōhai: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu: Hmmm, I dunno about this it, it sorta seems like Exploding Shadow Clone given a elemental nature......fine I'll let it pass.
Ryū no Hi no Howaito:If it releases the White Fire, does that come from it's body and thus you need to produce additional chakra?

~Name~: Taigā no Bakudan no Hi no Howaito (タイガーの爆弾の火のホワイト; Literally translated as "White Fire Tiger Bomb")

Description: After creating the required handseals, the user takes half of a Tiger Seal and points it at the opponent. After pointing it at the opponent the user releases their White Fire to the tip of their finger and a small orb, about two meters in depth and diameter, is formed about two inches away from the handseal. The user then acts as if it were a gun and jerks the handseal slightly up then back down to where it was, this is all done without moving the arm. After making the jerking motion the orb flies towards the opponent at the speed of the user. The user can guide the orb by moving their fingers, the ones that were holding the half handseal, but this can only last for two post; if it doesn't hit within that time it will auto-detonate; the only other time it would explode was if it were to hit something. When it explodes it has a range of 7 meters, so anything within that range will most likely get hit by the explosion. It's initial range is anywhere that is ten meters away from the user. It can also be used in a rapid fire kind of way, at that point it would be an A-rank technique.
