Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The move here is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

Alright, I like it. However, I believe it would save you time and points ( As you have to pay for custom jutsus via points ) to not have this jutsu.

Taijutsu is a tricky thing and everything that you suggested for a custom jutsu can easily be obtained by simply channeling a bit of chakra into your hands and feet.

For example, when lightning chakra is concentrated in a high quantities, you get chidori or simply a palm of lightning. The same can be done with your jutsus. So I am sorry, but I am going to have to deny this due to how simple it is.

no it's fine I understand it's just based on her it's hard to focus her on anything but Taijutsu and I don't think there are any generic jutsu that any shinobi can learn in the show without it being custom, so I'll just have to try to think of something else and I completely forgot chidori XD

So, your first technique is already a Canon technique. This technique would be named Strong Fist; it is used by Rock Lee and Guy. It is also a C-rank Technique.

Your second technique also seems like another Canon technique. This technique we shall call Drunken Fist; it is also used by Rock Lee and it pretty much does everything you're trying to do except for the fact that you'll be drunk. This technique is also C-rank.

Simple, easy question: Why re-register these jutsu if they're already canon? There's like no point for it. o-o Anyways, since this is already Canon I'm denying this. You can pay for, with points, for this just like you would for Custom jutsu, so there's not really a point for this.
