As of now, all I want the Mods to do is to advertise. This is very important, but can easily be messed up.
So you will start by going to the
link Copy what is in the coded area.
You will go to one of the sites I have listed OR a new site of your own and you will simple post it up in their advertisement section IF they have one. MAKE SURE you read their rules, cause every site has them.

AFFILIATIONS
Each site is a bit different on affiliations, but most sites will ask you to talk to a webmaster or an Admin. To affiliate is a lot trickier. You read the rules on it. If the site has no rules, then simple talk to a staff member about the next step.
*DO NOT bug them
*Be polite
*If someone has a problem with something or there are any issues then contact me. DO NOT try and handle it on your own, it will make things worse.
*Do not hang around too long
*follow their rules
