Appearance Looks like a bright neon light of the User's choice. Color must remain the same.
Description: This release is the combination of lightning and wind release chakras. The wind is focuses while lightning is sent through it, burning the gases in the wind, causing a bright light and heat as does a chemicle reaction. Pretty simple honostly. This isnt like the caelum clan, which i believe is more like holy type abilities.
