you tell me. Water washes out sand. i dont rub my eyes. i still see. i dont see. law is blinded too is he not? oh well. This needs to be fixed by none other than those high enough who we all know wont take sides. In my opinion. I will not post here otherwise until asked and i would politely ask law not to come and do the same.

As to water washing out that sand. That happens if you already have sand in your eyes. But when the water itself is carrying the sand, then it doesn't work.
