Province Rule

So... Law, Kazumi, Casus, Quietus and a few others have made mention of rule 15

The one that states about taking over only one unclaimed province... they dislike it because it takes too long

I'm on the fence... 1 I agree a province could see for weeks without anyone claiming it

2. It would suck if people took over provinces that are unclaimed just like that... without giving a chance for other's

Rule 15 needs to stay. if not, it will quickly get out of hand.


OR RANDOM thought.. we can make them PAY to claim an unclaimed province

I like rule 15. Keep it. Pay or not if people can get too many unclaimed province one person/group will start taking over everything. Keep the rule. You want a province? Fight for it and take it over.

Basically rule 15 is something that I love to stress. It says that if you already own a province. You cannot claim another unclaimed province. You can only claim other provinces by killing the leader of that province. Therefor, if a province has no leader, it cannot be claimed.

Noctis had an idea, but I would like to stress.... There will be provinces that might never be claimed

Just one major rule you have to follow.

You can only do this on your second province. Not your first, not your third.

Basically you buy a province for 500 points. Now before you freak out.. realize that this is a last resort and SHOULD be high because we dont want people to use it left and right. Second, most of the people who are taking over province are groups and a GROUP of people have a lot of points. Thus 500 is reasonable

Oh okay yeah i think the rule should stay in place. People can't have their way with set ups all the time. This is a rule that applies balance in power. Therefore they'll just have to deal with it and work for things instead of getting hand outs. I think it should cost 700 and only if the province to be bought is uncliamed(or has no members), this just me wanting people to actually work for things. Plus it makes sense for it to be the 2nd one only because at least one of the provinces will have to be fought for because most of the people have started in one province of each theater. So they'll either have to gain their approval or kill them all in a hostile take over.

700 TP and only unclaimed lands can be purchased. I want to make it so people don't want to even choose this option.
