Alright fokes, we've and by we I mean staff have been pushing large scale changes for quite some time. And frequently too...
Two weeks ago we did the revamp - We are still working out the kinks
Last week we did the provincal system - We are still working that out as well
Its a lot to throw on people, so I want to impose a
Grace of Noctis -
A lovely rule mirrored in anicent times by the Grace of God, which is that feudal lords did during religoious holidays, anyone traveling through there land was protected by the king's men, the lords men, the dukes men, and mayor's men.
However, the Grace of Noctis is a bit different. We can't protect everyone... nor should we... but we are going to protect our members, and give them time, space and breathing room to understand and get a handle on large scale changes.
What is a large scale change?
Its anything that effects the entire site, or more than just one group of people.
What is a medium scale change?
Its something that is more localized and effects under 3 groups of people. Such as, changing the requirments for chuunin exams, or how many stats genin get.
What is a small scale change?
Its something that has little or no effect on the members.

Grace of Noctis -
After any large scale change made to the site, no other large scale changes may be made for 2 weeks after the large scale change was implimented. However, IF the large scale causes problems it may be undo or reverted during this time. No other changes, large or medium may be made during this two week frame.
