This Jutsu requires a blade to be used. The user slashes upwards with the blade once, causing a wave of fire to shoot in the direction of the blade. By performing a hand sign, the user can split the wave into two separate waves instead of one. It has the cutting power equivalent of a sword and will deal minor burns the target for 1 post upon impact.

How powerful are the waves of flame created by Flame Spitter? Do they have cutting ability? How far can they travel before dissipating?

Upon impact, about the same amount of strength as a Fireball Jutsu, a bit weaker than one when split into two, but it'll still equal the strength of a Fireball, if not more, after splitting up. It also does have cutting ability when it's one wave, but upon being split up into two, the flames disappear on impact. They travel for roughly 15 feet before disappearing when it's one wave, and 10 when it's split into two.

For the second technique; its cutting power is equivalent to the cutting power of a sword? Also, are there any added effects if someone is cut by this technique?

Yes, it does have the equivalent of a sword's cutting power. If someone were to be cut by it, there is a bit of burning damage that would wear off after one post.

The user creates a clone out of fire after performing the same handsign used for the Shadow Clone Jutsu. They work just like a Shadow Clone, in that they take up a physical form and can physically hurt someone. They will burst into flames upon taking too much damage. The maximum amount of fire clones that a person can summon is 3. By performing an additional handsign, the user can detonate their clones and they will burst into flames.

Description:

The user quickly performs the body flicker handsign and vanishes instantly without any smoke, and will leave an image of the person behind for a few seconds. This can act as a trap of sorts, tricking their opponent into thinking that they were attacking the user when in reality, they flickered to a location that would benefit them strategically. Basically the same as the Body Flicker, except more practical to use in the heat of battle and activates faster.

Description:

A shadowy aura surrounds the user that is shaped exactly like them. It will trace all of their movements exactly. The trick behind this is that the shadow that moves with the user's attack is a means to distract the opponent while the real attack is coming in much faster than the shadow following behind it, mostly to psyche the opponent out and make it harder to predict what's coming at them.

(Also, could someone move me from the missing nin section to the Kirigakure section? Because I'm kinda a Kiri ninja now)

The second jutsu seems it'd be better placed as more of a genjutsu

Yeah, it still needs to be approved; I was also already aware that I couldn't use anything above C rank at the moment.
