Description: Similar to the “Hidden Mist Technique”, the jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist. However, the mist itself acts as a toxin to the target’s body; causing a constant burning sensation in the target’s throat along with disabling them to speak for a short amount of time along with eye discomfort [One Post To activate]. Prolong exposure of the mist will eventually cause the opponent to have severe pain in the nerves and their pain reactors will become blocked off. Meaning they won’t be able to feel any type of pain[Three Post to activate]. The user themselves isn’t effective by the poison vapors.
Charging Time: Instant
Duration: Eye Discomfort[As long as they are in the mist], Numbing Vapors[Four post]

~Name~: Water Release: Poison Clone Technique
Type Ninjutsu

Element: Water
Description: Similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of poisonous water vapors that is one-tenth the original owner’s strength. Like other solid clone techniques, the clone can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. If the person makes physical contact with the clone they will become affected with a pain numbing poison that activates instantly. The clone is usually form with the “Water Release: Poison Mist”.

~Name~: Water Release: Water Bullet
Type Ninjutsu

Element: Water
Description: A chakra base water jutsu that forms in the palms of the user’s hand, using the water in the vicinity[or any source of water] the user will form a condense ball of chakra base water[roughly the size of a marble]. The user will then fire the marble at high velocity towards the opponent, the condense water is strong enough to pierce one’s flesh but not to create an exit wound. Hence the name; Water Bullet.
Charge Time: Instant[If near a water source], One Post[If no water is near]
Duration: Instant

~Name~: Water Release: Steal Body
Type Ninjutsu/Defensive
Rank: B
Element: Water Release
Description: A defensive ability that utilizes the nature water within one’s body. By concentrating the water in one’s body to a certain area(s)[Up to four], the user will causes said area to become as solid as steal, thus preventing injury from weapons of the caliber. The user can not concentrate water in their brain, and once the technique is over the user usually become very dehydrated.
Charge Time: Instant

Water Release: Steal Body should be bumped up to B Rank. Seems like something that would take fine precision, like that of a medic even.

Poison Mist Bumped Up to C Rank, its a step more advanced than Hidden Mist.

Edited suggested changes and also added "water bullet."

Water Bullet in my opinion is unneeded as there is a jutsu called Water Release: Gunshot which is essentially the same just performed by mouth. However the way you describe yours would call for a ranking of B.

Regarding water bullet; yea it slightly more advance then the gunshot version. My version is more to long range assassination kills. Btw; only the Two C will be in my app...the others will be added when I can use B rank jutsus.
