Tzura's Custom Jutsu

Many of his custom made techniques rely on his bloodline trait of Carbon Manipulation to form diamond. Other users of the bloodline may be able to use them, but only if they were taught the skill.

Description: Tzura coats himself in an orb of diamond with large spikes jutting from the outer coat. The only way he can propel himself to the enemy is by blasting wind from small holes in between the spikes. This would be extremely taxing and useless if he did not have his sensory abilities to guide himself to his target. This technique lasts two posts and has a four post cooldown.

Description: Tzura forms an orb shaped diamond and charges it with his chakra thus priming the explosive. It takes about one post to fully form and three posts after that to explode, sending thousands of diamond shards within a 20 meter radius, perforating anything within its path. However, this technique can only be used three times per battle with a four post cooldown

Description: Tzura lays a coating of diamond on the ground to prevent tunneling and once his target is within the radius, he forced a diamond dome over the top, trapping them within. Once inside the prison, the target is unable to escape unless they can smash a way out before he crushes, or perforates them. This technique lasts up to three posts and can only be used twice per battle with a six post cooldown

Type: Ninjutsu

Element: Diamond/ Wind
Description: When in desperation, Tzura unleashes 85% of his remaining chakra to pull as much carbon from the area as possible and form it into tens of thousands of diamonds razors which can slice through just about anything within a 30 meter radius with extreme speed and accuracy. Due to the sheer power of this technique it can only be used once per fight as a last resort. If this attack were to miss his target(s) he would be left defenseless because of the fatigue from draining himself. This technique takes two posts to fully charge and lasts two posts. Within those posts he can either use the dome effect with him as the center or use them as a group to pursue. He will only use this move if he is absolutely sure that his target is within the attack radius with his sensory.

Genin can only use up to C-Ranks, and you cannot afford these techniques.

I hope you get it at this point, following the same pattern for why none of these jutsu can be accepted at this moment.

Also I don't know, if it's just me or not, but the way your jutsu are set up are an eye sore. Not saying your jutsu are bad, but the color format and giant bolded letters make me, want to hold off from taking a look at some of your stuff.

I'm just following the jutsu template, man. Like I said before I'm setting them up to be used in the future.

Dekisui O Wa-mu (Drowning in Worms)
Type: Genjutsu

Description: Once the proper handseals are weaved, the target begins to see and feel thousands of worms crawling from all openings in their bodies. It starts with an awkward tingling sensation (first post) in their bodies, then it escalates to crawling and the first bits of worms begin wriggling their way out to simulate choking (second post). Finally the small trickle becomes an uncontrollable torrent that makes the target feel as if they are drowning in a flood of worms.
Duration: 3 posts. (Saving for later)

Magen: Chirudo Tamashii (Demonic Illusion: Chilled Soul)

Type: Genjutsu
Description: The opponent sudden feels very cold, enough to make them shiver uncontrollably. While shivering their attacks will definitely be effected, but the extent is purely based on how they are able to handle the cold. (I.E. If you're from yukigakure, it won't really bother you. But if you're from an area with a hot climate it will be very hard to deal with.
Duration: 1 post.

Magen: Onsui Tamashii [Demonic Illusion: Heated Soul]

Description: The opponent suddenly feels very hot, enough to make them sweat uncontrollably and as a result make their weapons harder to grip and control properly. (I.E. If you're from somewhere cold, it will pose a problem but if you're from somewhere hot it won't do very much.)

Description: Once the handseals are performed, the user makes eye contact with their target and suddenly they feel the sensation of their nose and throat closing up making it seem as if they aren't able to breathe. This jutsu takes advantage of the brief moment of panic any person would feel once something they require to live is suddenly cut off. This jutsu would have a greater effect if the target was already fatigued.

Name: Chinmoku (Silence)
Type: Genjutsu

Description: This jutsu makes the target believe that their mouth had been sealed shut by the lips clamping together and forming a wall of flesh. When they move to touch the seal, the sensation of their lips is replaced by flat skin. The main reason for this jutsu to be used is to prevent the usage of more jutsu and keep them from calling to others for help.
