It seems like everyone is in a flashback topic, and just like sharingan, and puppets, and whatever else you can think of. When everyone starts to use it, it starts to fail.

So no more flashbacks. Which means the rule about being in more than one topic is gone

Only one topic from now on.

If you are in a flashback, you have 24 hours to exit it, or it is void.
