Private have gotten out of hand.

From now on, to make a Private topic you must have a legit reason to WHY it is private.

Just because you go into a forest does not mean it is private.

Now if you went to a secret underground tunnel that no one knew about then it could be private, but a "random stroll into town (Private)" has got to stop.

All private topics must be approved by an Admin and THEN it will be allowed to be private.
