Description:
Tzura has a greater understanding of the organic matter around him, because of this he is able to remove carbon from them at a much quicker rate; allowing him to branch into his attacks much faster, efficiently and without being taxed as much as usual. In order to properly draw the carbon he must be in direct contact with the sources, be it the ground or even the carbon dioxide in the air, turning it into just pure oxygen. With the carbon he can form basic defenses out of graphite, or in a sufficient amount of time, diamond.

Duration:
Graphite: Until it is smashed or ground off. Because it it so easy to form graphite from carbon, the user can form temporary barriers that are good for last second blocks or dampenings. It i useless to make a weapon from graphite as it can be easily crushed in a one on one battle.
Diamond:Until it is destroyed. Because diamond is much stronger and harder for steel to even cut; it takes one post to charge up as long as he remains in contact with the organic matter. Since diamond is completely solid, once it is formed it stays that way until it is A: Destroyed or B: Changed into something else.

I still dislike your durations. I dislike how the diamond particles you make can be kept permanent :/

Here's my reasoning: If I were to make a spike out of the diamond; the chakra would only be used to set it up and bond the carbon together. Once a bond between molecules is formed, there's no reason for me to keep chakra in it unless I'm going to change it into something else or make it just a little bit harder.

For Water: You need to keep chakra in it in order to keep it in the form you want it to be or else it will just fall apart.

Air: Same principle, although once you remove your attention from it, it will disperse over the distance it travels.

Earth: Since it's solid, it will retain its form even without your direct influence because the things are bonded together and stay rigid by themselves.

Ice: It's the same thing as earth until you remove your attention from it; then it begins to melt by itself.

Does that make sense?
