Appearance and Personality~
Appearance- A broad shouldered mountain of a man, standing at six foot three and weighing two hundred and fifteen pounds, he's the exact opposite, of what you would expect. Instead of being a berserking lummox, Stearc, Is actually a master of fuuinjutsu, and specializes in the medical studies. He has a high cheek structure, as he hailes from a far away land called Navvaronne. He has brown, dominating eyes. He also has black, spiked up hair. his eyes are deep and shallow as if he had a problem sleeping. He has a scar running down his left bicep, to about the right side of his pelvis. The reason being, a gentleman's dispute. Involving himself and a very important person. He has pock marks running down his right forearm, as a failed cure for some strange ailment he concocted seemed to have backfired on him. He has a strange obsession with cleanliness, He guesses it's from the infection chances carried over to medicating people.

The normal clothing, people would see him in, would have to be a pair of jeans, and a T-shirt. While working though, he dons an apron, gloves, and a surgical mask. With his work clothes donned, he looks even more haggard than usual, usually what the job implies, the psychological aspect of donning the uniform.

Personality:Stearc's personality is up for interpretation, it's always an ulterior motive, and means to an end. Giving up one thing, to ensure everything goes right. You can take what you want from that, but the fact is, if you befriend Mr. Eskaru, You could easily be thrown to the wolves. He is very politically minded. If you need to catch up with whats happening around the world, he's your man. Mr. Eskaru runs a privately owned clinic, taking most of his clients on as pro bono cases. The select few he does treat, are treated as kings or queens. He has a few hidden benefactors from the government who fund this little operation. As it is actually a front for information. A doctor can learn just about anything from certain 'clients' usually outlawed shinobi looking for a quick patch up job. He is also an Insomniac meaning he has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This can bring on strange phantasms at his usual phantasm is a anthropoidic creature crawling up his bed.

History:

Birth to Teenager- Stearc was born to regular family, nothing out of the ordinary, a stay at home mother, and a run of the mill father, who worked for the government.He was given everything he desired, which was leading him up to a very pitiful fall. His father, on the charges of subversive machinations, and was executed. It would be a few years, but his anme would be cleared, and Stearc, would eventually befriend the government, and alsowork hand in hand with them. sorry for the digressing, but on to the current stream of conciousness. He was entered into a few classes in Navvarone his true homeland. After the trial, he was sent to this new place, where apparently ninja ruled the lands. So as a man once said "When in rome" he began to train in the classes. It was at the time he turned ten. When his powers over ice were manifesting, his body temperature, when he concentrated his chakra, would drop from 98.9 to a strange 96.7. It was a strange little quirk, but in some instances it payed off. he graduated the academy cum laude, so his mother, who put ihim through the academy, was amazingly proud. He went through most of his genin career working with the government, as he had studied the medical practices, and excelled greatly throughout his schooling. He was set up with his clinic when he was nineteen, and has been working there ever since.
