Lets improve the site as far as staff.

All staff related mistakes that are caught by members will be rewarded with a free jutsu of D to A rank.

If the person has to bump the post after 48 hours then that is a free jutsu of D to B rank

Staff can not take advantage of this rule because some of you will loop hole this.

Yea... but at starbucks... they get paid... so you saying we should get paid. Cause I'm all for, I get paid, and I mess up, then they can have a free drink. But you go to a homeless shelter and they don't give you a bun... GUESS WHAT... you don't get a bun <.<

Lets keep it apples to apples... we are the homeless shelter, people wander in, we give them basic things, and its up to them to figure out the rest. We aren't there life coach, acting partners, or drinking buddies, were the guy going "okay, you smell, here is a place to take a shower" or "no, you can't bring that loaded gun here, please step outside"

And on top of it, you didn't give a suggestion as to mistakes...

So, someone bumps in 48 hours, is that the mods fault, or the admins fault, or the guy who doesn't give the 2nd approval.

What about staff who doesn't check the shop, or what?

You just said mistakes but gave no actual "mistake" guideline. OMG your jutsu training doesn't get checked... D rank free? Or is it omfg your jutsu didn't get checked, A rank NAOZ

All in all, I want it to be an actual mistake, messing up your order, okay that's a mistake. Not getting your order in 15 minutes... I dunno... I think people should be more proactive. If your app isn't checked, and you bump it... say within 44 hours... I say sucks to be you, that gives staff another 48.

I say, its a mistake if you DO talk to someone, and THEY do not get to it.

No mistake, no clear "who is who" cause we all think someone else will take care of it.
