Description: When preformed the user will shoot out beams of plasma through their hands. The user can shoot the beam into the sky to create a storm cloud which will send plasma jets downwards to intended area. The user can also create a cloud made out of pure plasma which if the user puts a sphere of pure wind chakra into the middle of the cloud it will start levitating and can be used for transportation.

Description: A textbook example of a plasma manipulation jutsu. The user focuses on the cloud of plasma around her, drawing the plasma closer together until she has 15-20 fist-sized balls of plasma. However, the more chakra the user puts forth, the more bullets one can make. Also, for a wider area of damage, the user can make the balls smaller.
