It was the day in which Ouroboros dreaded more then any. The day of election. It would notify the clan heads to choose whoever would become the new head of the clan. This was a fact most certain. As he tossed and turned on his futon, he looked out at the morning suns reflection through the screen doors. The smell that filled the room was that of moist and damp dirt. It had rained, yet no one would of realized this being from the Mist Village. Being in this village tested the limits of the Gekisen Clan. It was quite complicated for them to accomplish tasks of certain magnitudes here, as they where intense war. Fire incarnate. The clan being surrounded by water however, had a nice advantage. It was easy to breath here, and in the clan house, though it was an open field, one could see no mist. The reason behind this anomaly was the fact they had the ability to selectively drain particles of elements and enhance their clan's abilities with them. By draining the oxygen from the water particles, their clan house was highly flammable, luckily for them, they where immune to fire. Which was a small benefit for their set-back really. He rose out of bed, and looked straight at the wall. His chamber-maid opened the screen door and entered. Bowing her head as she waddled over to him. Tripping and falling on the ground. Her massive breasts squishing against the floor as she stated she apologized. Ouroboros ignored her however. He was focused on what the proving tournament would provide for his family. He already knew that Glory was going to be his opponent at the end when it was all said and done. But till then, he would simply sit back and wait to see what type of madness was going to ensue here.
He rose up, got himself in his proper attire as his clumsy chamber-maid cleaned his room. He was ready for the big day. After this he would head out and go collect that sword that he had heard so much about. The current Kage wanted him to do that anyway. See if the rumors where true and all that. But for a small time clan, to get such a huge honor, that was nothing to sneeze at. He was so deeply honored by being elected to do this, that he didn't even show it. As customary to his clan, it was good to remain all business. If you showed emotion, or slipped up at a time of importance, you would be punished. Being punished, was also, not the funnest thing to do. Ouroboros knew this all too well. She he slid open the screen door and stepped outside. Shaking his head at who he saw in the courtyard. Completely trashing the guards. "Typical." He stated as he peered to his family member.
Break for Glory_______________
Next Day Yaar
A rock flew through the air and hit Ouroboros. "DAMMIT!" Looking around he felt a large lump grow on the back of his head. This caused him to tear up as he rubbed it. Putting ice on it would be the most complicated thing to do. SO over time he simply let it stay there, on his head. Growing in size and complexity until he got a strange idea. "What if I could gain immortality." He stated with a large grin on his face. "Looks like Im off to learn the Fushi Tensei. I heard rumors about it lately." He laughed. Ouroboros knew deep down inside that he was going to be the guy who was considered the king of shenanigans. But it was not that cool for him to work about his problems if everyone was wondering what exactly he was doing. He was a man of class style and grace. Not some whore to be analyzed by those sane folks. He was the man, the master, the giver, the end all be all. He was eternity, and it was about time that he finally lived up to his name. That was a fact deep down inside him. He knew. To start this journey it would take all his cunning, all his wit and grace. Ouroboros was a man of action after all, he knew what everyone came there to see. They wanted to see a man live forever. Thats what the gods would want, its what those gods had desired and no man other then he, the one who was ruler of snakes, Ouroboros, would be able to take this task to the level in which it was so sorely needed. His creed was his bond after all. Ouroboros knew what was going to happen. These facts he knew. The world was developing some very new ideals. This was a factual thing. It was going to get messy before it got better. They needed a man in charge who would be able to carry on that legacy that makes the world truly great. He had made his way past the ice caps, making his way deep into a place where he thought he could find a solitude. A place of secrets and aloneness. He thought of his love, the girl in which he felt the most feelings for. And it only made him second guess his actions. He was confused. If she would die, he would lose his mind, go insane, lose all interest in the world as he knew it. Kandis. His slave, his pet, his love. It was her face that had been imprinted in his head. He coughed as he trudged the snow. Waiting to see if she would somehow would get out of his mind. But he could not bare living without her. But that didn't matter at the moment. Now it was certain. He had to use his brain if he wished to complete this task. With our without her this had to be achieved!
