First Thing First:
Don't Bring Bullshit: (Translation) Firstly, don't join if your not going to RP, or if your just going to spam up topics.
Know Your Limits: (Translation) You cannot fight forever, eventually you will tire out and become vulnerable, that is inevitable. You can't dodge forever, something has to land on you eventually, but that is EVENTUALLY. Also substitution can only be used 2 times per fight unless you have the required class.
Don't be a Retard: (Translation) You can't know everything all of the time. If something is going on in another village, you damn sure wouldn't know unless your in the village and it is a village wide topic. Which means DON'T METAGAME.
Don't disrespect those with power: (Translation) It's obvious that if you bad mouth someone or this site, you will be punished, how I do not know yet but it'll happen. If your going to argue your point with someone, if it doesn't concern the site, take it up in open discussion. We don't want your bitching in the C-box!
Watch out for kids: ( translation) There are younger Rpers' on this site, however just because of this does mean we are going to limit you. At NR, we understand that you as teenagers and young adults would like to have fun and post a random crude picture or two. However to do so the topic MUST and I repeat MUST Either the words [Private] [VD] <--- means viewer discretion or [X] ALL of which have to be in brackets. This has to be done if you are even thinking about posting something crude. Now, when you do post your picture or what ever it HAS TO and I mean it.. HAS TO.. be in a spoiler with the words Warning above it. Now, this seems all cool, but you still have to ask an Admin for permission to post anything like this. No exceptions. You have read this rule, so there is no excuse you forgot.

Please, for all our Rpers' we would like to have 5+ lines per post. This increases your capabilities as well as let up know if your qualified for better positions in rank and in membership. But you have to do extremely well for an upgrade in membership ranking. However, there is the exception that in some situations, which is rare, that there is absolutely nothing to post. In this situation, we ask that you simply post as much as you can with your descriptive skills. Don't say there is nothing to describe, you can tell us about the wrinkles in your clothes.
You may have one main character and 2 alts. Basically 3 characters in all. All of them have to be on a different account
You can only be in ONE TOPIC at a time unless you have clones
In a combat topic each person has 48 hours to reply before an opponent can connect a hit from an attack the previous post.
In a topic, anyone can be intercepted from exiting a topic within 24hrs after the exit is made, however said exiting person may continue to post elsewhere at their own risk of their post being voided.
Clones can be in seperate topics HOWEVER are NOT to be a whole country apart from their original.
A posting order is mandatory to be followed during any combat topic between those participating in combat, in any other topic, this is not the case, and posting order doesn't have to be followed.
For better Roleplaying and to avoid Autohitting: Type with intentions. This allows people to see what you want to do and for them to react accordingly. Also know that not all genin can beat a Kage, a Kage will without a doubt tap dance on a genin's face in the blink of his little eye. If the problem does occur, simply act as though your enemy was attempting to hit you and move on as if their long description of you dying didn't happen. HOWEVER, if they continue to say that they killed you without your chance of responding, bring it to our attention.
Also, come on people! Let's not all be Akatsuki, Let's not all Leave our villages just to do some crap like Akatsuki. There will be only a few rogue groups, but there must be more people in a village before you leave damnit!
You are not the Next Madara, Itachi, Sasuke, Naruto, Sakura, Might Guy, Kimimaro, Kabuto, Orochimaru, Rock Lee, Bruce Lee, Chun Lee, Jet Li. So please be yourself, and yourself is not like anyone from the past Naruto's lol. But feel free to go above and beyond them.

If you are wrongfully kicked, take it up with an Administrator or Noctis, because a kicking war is not necessary. If you violate this rule: 1st Offense - demoted and banned for 10 minutes 2nd Offense - demoted and banned for 30 minutes 3rd Offense - demoted and banned for 6 hours 4th Offense - demoted and banned for 1 day
LAST AND NOT LEAST NO LOOPHOLES. If a staff member asks you to do something, please do not argue at all. Don't try to find your own little way around it because you are SO smart. When a decision is made, a decision is made. If you truly feel that you have been wronged and the decision made was a horrible one, talk to one of our administrators. We will speak with that staff member and hear out your part of the story. A simple and friendly solution can be found, so don't cause chaos!
Multiple Topics at once - Spoiler:
For those of you who do not know, you can be in more than one topic at once. Actually, you can be in 3 at once.
Only one can be a fighting topic. However, if you die in one of the topic the other two become flashbacks and you RP them out until you remake your character.
All topics must be in the same land.
Private Topics - Spoiler:
*You can't make a private topic in a village different than your own.
*Private Topics can't be made without valid reason. Meaning you have to really be somewhere no one can find you or only certain people actually know of how to get there. For instance, an actual hideout in a very discrete location may qualify for it to be a private topic. If someone can logically find the location and enters the topic, then its not private. Private topics depend on location basically.
*Putting things like 'Bob and Sue Only' or 'Genin Only' or 'Invite Only' doesn't make it a private topic. The location is what makes it private.
*For those that put 'No Killing' in topic titles. That does nothing. If someone decides to enter your topic and murder everyone in it, they have the right to do so. You can not tell people what their character can not do in your topic. Just like they can't tell you character to sit there and stay defenseless while they murder yours. So yeah, if you don't want to die, defend yourself or don't start a fight. If you want to fight without dying, then post a Practice Fight(PF).

Stat System
Chakra: Determines the level of jutsu you can perform. Agility/Dexterity: How fast you can change directions and form hand signs. Intelligence: Determines your ability to recognize Genjutsu. Speed: How fast you are. Strength: How strong you are.
Non-Custom Stat System These stats are set in stone; they cannot be modified by any means except rank increase.
Genin Rank Level = 1 Chunin Rank Level = 5 Jounin Level= 10 Kage Level= 15
Non-Custom Genin Chakra: 1 Agility/Dexterity: 1 Intelligence: 1 Speed: 1 Strength: 1
Custom Stat System These stats are changeable; however, you will start off with less stat than a Non-Custom Stat User.
Genin= 5 Starting Stats Chunin= 20 Starting Stats Jounin=40 Starting Stats Kage= 60 Starting Stats
Stat Limit You may start off with X number of stats, but you can also gain more stats by simply purchasing them for 20 points.
Genin Limit: 15 Chunin limit: 30 Jounin Limit: 50 Kage/ Legendary Jounin limit: 75
So if you are a genin, and you start out with 5 stat points. You can add another 5 to that in order to reach your limit of 10
Chakra Absorbing Abilities Chakra absorbing abilities are to be set according to the Stat System, and moderated closely by staff. I don’t want to see any huge amounts of chakra being drained or absorbed.

Class System - Spoiler:
Tactical- A group of shinobi trained to quickly analyze real-time combat situations, then formulate a strategy to effectively deal with enemy combatants. These tacticians often display high prowess with Ninjutsu, trap-oriented techniques, fuuinjutsu and various techniques that alter the terrain to benefit their allies. Advantages: B rank and lower genjutsu has no effect Gains: +3 chakra, +2 Speed,
Seal Master- Shinobi trained in the complex calligraphy art of Fuuinjutsu. These shinobi display high intelligence and creativity, specializing in a variety of exotic techniques from barriers, receivers, traps, and of course sealing techniques. Seal Masters commonly carry some form of ink or solution on them at all times, and adept Seal Master's can utilize taijutsu while creating Fuuinjutsu. Seal Masters may learn all Fuinjutsu in half the training amount, or half the amount of points for canon and custom jutsu purchases. Advantages: The only ones that can use sealing and unsealing jutsu Gains: +3 Intelligence +2 Agility
Sensor- Sensor's utilize a variety of chakra suppression and tracing techniques to keep tabs on certain people. They are excellent at scanning the battlefield, often able to pinpoint the exact number of enemies. Sensor's are adept at suppressing their chakra, to the point where they can mask themselves as civilians Advantages: Can learn techniques to sense chakra, heat, and other life sources Gains: +2 Chakra +3 intelligence
Berserker- The Berserk class is perhaps the most dangerous; often mentally unstable, a Berserk class dispatches enemies around them, and in the area, having no qualms with killing bystanders. They often utilize mass-effect techniques (i.e "Skilled Mist") to kill individuals, and a series of manipulative techniques to get close to their targets before cutting loose and letting blades and blood fly; the serial killers of the shinobi world. It's often said that "A shinobi merely sees blood, a serial killer bathes in it". Advantages: Can sustain more damage than normal ninja, high levels of strength Gains: +2 Speed +3 Strength
Assassin- Hitmen of the shinobi world. They use hard-hitting, precise methods of killing. This can range from projectiles to blades, and ninjutsu. Stealth and speed techniques are heavily incorporated, and Assassin-class ninja will spend years mastering the art. Assassin's work best with targets in small groups. They're trained to pick out detail, and cover up their tracks, and many are prepared to take their own life if required. Advantages: Can learn techniques to completely hide chakra and other presences from sensors Gains: +3 Speed +2 Agility
Cleaner-A Cleaner specializes in body disposal, a rather grimy task that disposes of the corpse and all evidence associated with it. Common techniques involve assimilation or cannibalization techniques if other resources are not available. Most Cleaners are highly adept in serrated blades for cutting, stealth techniques, and earth/fire based ninjutsu. Advantages: Can alter ones body Gains: +3 Intelligence +2 Strength
Tank- A "Tank" is a shinobi that has especially high chakra reserves, and is capable of dishing out high level Ninjutsu and Taijutsu skills, while sustaining high amounts of damage. These specialists act as the concealed artillery of the shinobi world, making them valuable assets. Advantages: Can learn all 8 gates, everyone else can only go to 3 Gains: +5 Chakra
Medical- A medical shinobi is often found treating the wounded out of battle, or in hospitals. Should the enemy begin encroaching, Medics are extremely skilled with hand-to-hand combat, often using the "Chakra Scalpel" to deal lethal internal injury. Medics are very skilled with chakra control, and can suture even the worst wounds. Advantages: can use medical jutsu Gains: +3 Intelligence +2 Chakra
Puppet Master- A puppet master specializes in long-range tactics involving decoys and weapons, via the Puppet Technique. Puppet Master's use colorful and richly designed masterpiece puppets --(art that doubles as a killing machine, hah!)-- to ambush and eliminate targets with blades, smokescreens, poison and high power projectiles. Advantages: can use anything puppet related( This includes chakra strings) Gains: +3 Chakra +2 Speed
Vanguard- Vanguard shinobi are the brave, selfless group of nin dedicated to defending their comrades from enemy forces. Vanguard types specialize in close combat techniques mixed with a fluid set of ninjutsu, to ensure a well-rounded fighter. Advantages: High levels of chakra(Can preform 5 more jutsu of their rank or lower ) Gains: +3 Agility +2 Strength
Illusionary- Genjutsu specialists are masters of blurring the line between reality and fantasy, and often do so through high element mastery channeled through their illusions. Genjutsu specialists who incorporate element control, are often able to effect large groups of individuals. Advantages: Can preform A rank and up genjutsu Gains: +5 Intelligence
Summoner- The summoner class requires perhaps the most work, however it pays off. BY choosing the Summoner class, a shinobi can gain access to multiple summoning contracts (single-creature summons). A Summoner can provide the brute force, or aerial attack for a shinobi force. Often a Summoner will use incredibly exotic species from the Spirit World, such as the "Samsara Chameleon", or "Samsara Vulture" and take advantage of its natural abilities (i.e cloaking, explosives). Advantages: Can have multiple summoning contracts. Can sign many, can only register one Gains: +3 chakra +2 Agility
Snipper- Shinobi who specialize in long range, precise ninjutsu of various energy-based elements. They often guard high-ranked officials from the shadows, and occupy a large percentage of ANBU forces. Sniper's are trained to also use speed and stealth oriented techniques, to keep enemies from locating them, and to make sure their target is eliminated. Advantages: Keen sense of sight allows them to see and use jutsu effectivly at a great distance Gains: +3 Intelligence +2 Speed

It is stated that corruption can be found among those with a lot of power and high position. For example, the roman Republic in the days of Julius Ceasar was rules by 3 people, one of which who was ceasar. The 3 men soon went to war and carried on a trend of civil strife that lasted for hundreds of years. To fix this problem. The positions of staff will be divided as followed and given the following responsibilities, pay roll and limitations.
~Webmaster~ The webmaster is responsible for looking over the overall activity of the site. He is justified in all actions under good cause and reason, except those that are outvoted by the Administration of the site. Pay roll: None Limitations: None
~Admin~ The Administrators of the site are responsible in managing Global mods and Moderators. They deal with fights or arguments among members. They also have the ability to vote on ideas and and rules for the site. However, their responsibility falls under the elastic clause*. Pay roll: 75 ryo every two weeks Limitations: can approve ONLY Character updates (unless the elastic clause is in effect ), can also solve problems related to the site such as arguments.
~Global Moderators~ Global moderators hold the same responsibilities of Moderators, however they will be held at a high standers because they can be chose for Administrator at any given moment in time. Limitations: Global Moderators can approve Bloodline applications, Character applications, word quest, training, missions Pay roll: 50 ryo every two weeks
~Moderators~ Moderators have the ability to approve anything, but can not make rules for the site. They can also NOT solve official problems. Limitations: Summoning applications, Jutsu applications, and moderate the forum for any God modding, metagaming...ect Pay roll: 25 ryo every two weeks
~Chatbox Moderators~ Control arguments among people in the chatbox. One chatbox mod does not have power over another. Only Administrators can veto @'s and other decisions made by chatbox Moderators. Limitations: Can not veto other chatbox moderators decisions Pay roll:10 ryo ( If you are already staff, this 10 ryo is not added to your pay roll )
* Elastic clause The elastic clause only applies to Admin. It states that in time of need and or trouble, the webmaster can use the elastic clause to give all of the Administrators the right of approval.

No, you cannot collect points if you kill members of your group or village. No loopholing this either. If you leave a group/village, you cannot collect points for killing members of your old group or village
Reincarnation:- Spoiler:
Ok, so now you get killing in an epic battle and you don't know what to do. You have two options at this point. A reincarnation or a restart. A reincarnation allows you to keep your old character, although he/she is slightly weaker. However, you will not become a blood thirst zombie.. it is just like a new life with a new memory. What you do change you will lose. So changing your clan will not allow you to keep your clan jutsus. You must keep personality and history the same, unless you are changing your clan - Your character will start out with everything you worked so hard to obtain, except for Word quest.
- For restarting your character, you will be bumped down 1 rank.
- You HAVE TO STAY IN THE SAME CLAN
- You HAVE TO change you village/organization
- You will NOT get the Justus or weapons of the elements that you changed.
- If you manage to obtain any lead position such as kage or leader of an organization, you will lose that spot as well.
- However, all this is going to cost you is the rest of your remaining jutsu/item points.. so with this being said.. Go have fun.
- Anything not mentioned here can be changed
Restarting your character:- Spoiler:
When you restart your character, you will go through the process of character application all over again. You will also have to do another RP test, but you get to keep your jutsu/item points. For the most part, this is a clean slate.
Transplant Rules - Spoiler:
Transplants are like taking an uchiha's eye and putting it in your eye sockets. Here is a list of rules as to how to go about that.
* Only one bloodline per person. If you are a hyuuga then you cannot have a sharingan transplant. Same goes for any other clan.
Only one Transplant Per person This is similar to the rule above, but just in case you don't get it. You cannot go and have 3 transplants to gain 3 different bloodlines
You need a Medical Ninja You do not have to pay points, but you will need a medical ninja OTHER than yourself to do it.
It must be done in RP Self explanatory
Character Update After you are done, make an character update with a link to the area where you origanally got the transplant, and the topic that it was planted in your body
Time Limit Transplants have a limit of a weeks time IRL ( In real life ) time. After a week, the body part is too rotten to be transplanted. Doesn't matter if you only made 2 post in that week, you have a week.
Chakra Amount The amount of chakra that a transplant takes up is double the amount of chakra it takes for someone to normal do the jutsu.
Note: transplants can be anything from eyes to feet or a leg or whatever.
Danzo having two bloodlines is a special case. Why? Because uchiha and Senju stabilize each other and are kinda a "yin yang" type of effect. THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH OTHER BLOODLINES

Jutsu and How to Use ThemJutsu are what ninjas use to fight. There are dozens of Jutsu that vary in type, style and difficulty. Taijutsu: The art of fighting hand to hand using your body as a weapon. Taijutsu is accurately unarmed fighting, although armed fighting styles (Kenjutsu) are also considered Taijutsu for the most part. Ninjutsu: As the name implies, Ninjutsu are ninja techniques. These are the most usual way for a Ninja to fight, and involve the widest range of types than any other fighting method. Ninjutsu have a wide variety of types, from simply chakra use, to be able to use items in a special way, or even special abilities running in your family. Genjutsu: The art of illusion and deception, Genjutsu is used to confuse or distract one's opponent by messing with their senses in order to grant the user the upper hand. Some more powerful Genjutsu can even cause the opponent to become out of combat by putting them asleep, weakening them or simply making them insane. GenjutsuGenjutsu is the most complex form of battling. Instead of being a direct attack to the body to cause damage, Genjutsu is a method used to deceive the mind and mess with the brain of the opponent, striking to the senses directly. Because this isn't a physical attack, there is no possible way to "dodge" it. The only way to not get into a Genjutsu is by knowing how an opponent would do it and avoid it. However, if you are trapped in a Genjutsu, you can manually break out of it with your intelligence stats. Genjutsu ranksD rank:These genjutsu are simple and wont have much of an effect on the body C rank: These genjutsu are the basics and are slightly advanced mind tricks. B rank: these genjutsu often mess with you physically, but cause no pain. A rank:The genjutsu cause the body to feel like they are being physically effected for as long as the genjutsu is active. S rank:These genjutsu cause a mental damage to the brain so strong that the physical body shuts down and is effected even after the genjutsu is dispelled. The pain is felt for 3 post. How to cast themA genjutsu can by effecting any of the 5 senses of the body. Each way is as followed: Sound: Sound one of the stronger forms of genjutsu. Those genjutsu that effect the sound work by sending chakra through sound waves. These sound waves then cause the particals in the air, water, ect to vibrate. This chakra charged vibration then enters the ear and travels through the ear drums into the brain. --- Preventions: However, the vibrations must overpower other vibrations. SO if you stood next to to fighter jet that was taking off ( this is very load ) a sound type genjutsu would not effect you because the sound would have to be louder than other sounds. Sight:Sight one of the stronger forms of genjutsu and the most common. Genjutsu of this type tend to be a bit more complicated as the target must make eye contact with the "weapon". The weapon is any part of the body, most commonly the eyes, that is used to fire the genjutsu out. This can be any part of your body that you wish to cast the genjutsu from, or some chakra filled item of your choice. None the less, the chakra in your "weapon" will be used to send chakra through the light that is reflected off of the "weapon". The light then travels and enters the eyes where the chakra will travel through the pupils and into the brain. --- Preventions: However, sight genjutsu can only be done when light is present. So, a pitch black area or a fogged/Misty location would disturb the flow of light and prevent these type of genjutsu. Taste: Taste is a rather unorthodox form of casting a genjutsu. Taste directly effect the taste buds and therefor someone must consume or taste the object. The most common is chakra filled food. These special types of food hold chakra, and upon consumption, the chakra is released onto the taste buds and genjutsu is casted that way. --- Preventions The best way to prevent this type of genjutsu is to watch what you eat. As there is nothing you can do to negate the effects or block it, like you would with sight and sound genjutsu. Touch: Touch is a rather unorthodox form of casting a genjutsu. This is casted from direct skin contact with a chakra filled source. This then travels through the nervous system and effects the brain. Although this is rather unusual, it is the most dangerous because it tends to travel through more nervous networks that what is intended. This causes the genjutsu to be very weak and when you are using a touch genjutsu, you will lose 20 points of intelligence because of this. However, the extra chakra fluctuation through the nervous network has be shown to cause damage and may even paralyze someone for a short amount of time. --- Preventions: the best way to prevent this is to coat your body with chakra to negate the effects of the chakra entering your nervous system. Smell: Smell is probably the hardest way to preform a genjutsu because a constant aroma must be kept. However, this is the strongest because smell will often effect taste and sight was well. This is why smoke genjutsu are so dangerous because the smell is tasted and it also burns the eyes. A tipical genjutsu of this type enters the noise and travels almost instantly to the brain. However, the user will also taste it and it may also effect the eyes --- Preventions To prevent a smell type genjutsu, you must be in a well ventilated area, this is why these types of genjutsu are almost never seen in an open battle field Pain: For those genjutsu that are A rank and below, you will have the option of using pain to your advantage. Cutting yourself of inflicting a great deal of pain on your body is enough to over power the sensation of a genjutsu. However, we have provided the pain scale for you. This scale will explain what type of pain is needed to break out of a genjutsu of that rank Pain scale:D rank: A light scratch. C rank: A small cut that draws blood B rank: A large cut that gushes out blood A rank: The breaking of bone.

1.) Sensei. When you obtain a sensei, he/she can teach you jutsu in character. The only requirements is that each of you do more than 1 post.
2.) The second is simply buying the scroll which counts as an autolearn. No training is needed --- Custom jutsu must be learned this way

- Alright so this topic is to address the issue of everyone ending their posts with hand signs. It is something that I have seen nearly every RPer do and it is something that needs to end. The reason being that ending a a post using hand signs is illogical and is a easy way to metagame without being caught. Let me explain.
When any shinobi weaves hand signs there is a PREDETERMINED jutsu used. What I have noticed on this site and almost all Naruto sites is that people weave hand signs at the end of their posts saying something like "John made a few hand signs and waited to see what his opponent would do". Seems fine, but what most don't realize is that is the easiest and most over looked way of metagaming. What usually occurs after this is if the person gets caught in something he cant dodge he'll say he used body flicker or substitution. OR he'll just use w/e jutsu they want to counter what the opponent did. That is the most illogical and metagamiest tactic ever.
Now, my solution. A rule should be implemented that you cannot end your post making hand signs unless the jutsu you use next REQUIRES A POST CHARGE. That means no more substitution or clone jutsu's. It means you can't just use any jutsu you want by saying you made hand signs. I think this is not only fair, but much more realistic.

So you are feeling like your village and or organization isn't meeting your standards, or you just need it for plot in your character development? Well thats where the Defecting Rules come into play. We don't want this to be a habit. So there are some situations in which defecting is allowed and tolerated. Here they are.
RULES You must post a 1k word post in character of why and how you defect from your village or organization.
You may only defect once per character.
Missing-Nin can only join a village once, and then can not defect from it.
If your village is destroyed you can go to another village without this applying to you as defecting.
Your 1k CANNOT be a flashback
EVEN IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING VILLAGES THIS RULE APPLIES. Reason: As long as you are leaving your village it is defecting if only for a moment. As long as your village is alive you still have to type up your 1k post and get it approved.
In order for you to rejoin a village you must post with your kage on joining it.

Nature Transformation (性質変化, Seishitsu Henka) is an advanced form of chakra control and a technique that is pivotal for the manipulation chakra and the creation of new jutsu. While Shape Transformation changes the shape and movement of chakra, elemental nature transformation changes the actual nature of the chakra, altering its properties and characteristics. It is notable that few shinobi can use both shape manipulation and nature manipulation. Nature Manipulation/Transformation is one of two necessary techniques for creating a jutsu, its counterpart being Shape Transformation. Nature Manipulation entails the molding and defining of one's chakra into a innate type of chakra nature Basic ElementsThere are five basic types into which the nature of chakra can be transformed, called the Five Elements Nature Transformations (五大性質変化, Godai Seishitsu Henka). These five types are also called elements and are not only the origin of the names of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, but also the foundation of all elemental ninjutsu. The five basic natures are all connected to each other in a circle, each being weaker than one and stronger than another. These elements allow for elemental ninjutsu to be performed:
- Fire (火, Hi) natured chakra allows for Fire Release (火遁, Katon), which is strong against Wind but weak against Water.
- Wind (風, Kaze) natured chakra allows for Wind Release (風遁, Fūton), which is strong against Lightning but weak against Fire.
- Lightning (雷, Kaminari) natured chakra allows for Lightning Release (雷遁, Raiton), which is strong against Earth but weak against Wind.
- Earth (土, Tsuchi) natured chakra allows for Earth Release (土遁, Doton), which is strong against Water but weak against Lightning.
- Water (水, Mizu) natured chakra allows for Water Release (水遁, Suiton), which is strong against Fire but weak against Earth.
Basically, this means that if an elemental jutsu is put against an elemental jutsu of the same level, but of a stronger nature, then the jutsu with the superior nature will prevail. However, a jutsu with a weaker nature can overpower a jutsu with a stronger nature if the former is of a higher level. Advanced Element Forms
- The Ice (氷, Kōri) nature, used by Haku, is created by simultaneously combining the Water and Wind natures. This nature allows for the use of Ice Release (氷遁, Hyōton) ninjutsu. Ice Release has been shown as being resistant against Fire Release. Yukigakure-nin were able to use a different kind of Ice Release, by drawing on already-existing ice, snow, and cold. This was not a kekkei genkai, as Kakashi could copy one of these techniques with his Sharingan.
- The Wood (木, Ki) nature, used by Hashirama Senju, Yamato and Danzō Shimura, is created by simultaneously combining the Earth and Water natures. This nature allows for the use of Wood Release (木遁, Mokuton) ninjutsu.
- The Lava (溶岩, Yōgan) nature, used by the Four-Tailed Monkey and Mei Terumī, is created by simultaneously combining the Fire and Earth natures. This nature allows for the use of Lava Release (熔遁; 溶遁, Yōton).
- The Crystal (結晶, Kesshō) nature, used by Guren, is possibly created by simultaneously combining the Earth nature and another unspecified nature. This nature allows for the use of Crystal Release (晶遁, Shōton) ninjutsu. (Anime-only)
- The Blaze (炎, Honō) nature, used by Sasuke Uchiha, originates from the flames of Amaterasu and allows the use of Blaze Release (炎遁, Enton) ninjutsu. It is unknown what this nature entails.
- The Storm (嵐, Arashi) nature, used by Darui and stolen by Hiruko, is possibly created by simultaneously combining the Lightning and Water natures. This presumed nature allows for the use of Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton) ninjutsu.
- The Boil (沸騰, Futtō) nature, used by Mei Terumī, is created by simultaneously combining the Water and Fire natures. This nature allows for the use of Boil Release (沸遁, Futton) ninjutsu.
- The Dust (塵, Chiri) nature, used by Ōnoki, is possibly created by simultaneously combining the Earth nature and another unspecified nature. This nature allows for the use of Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton) ninjutsu.
Ability Q: What is an ability? A: Abilities are additives to your bloodline that makes you special or unique. Example: Shizu Uchiha had all the abilities of the uchiha but was the only one that can hypnotize people. Now, as a new rule we are going to focus more on abilities, just because you belong to a clan does not mean you have all the abilities. Abilities Rules:- Spoiler:
In order to use an ability one must buy them for 30 points. Genin may have no more than one ability. Chuunin may have no more than two abilities. Sp. Jounin may have no more than three abilities. Jounin may have no more than four abilities.

Special Jounin: To be considered a Special Jounin, one must first be of at least Chunin Rank, and must have at least 2 stats up to or Jounin Level. Once those requirements are fulfilled, you can be appointed a Special Jounin by you respective Kage.
Anbu/Elite ninja: To gain the rank of Anbu, which is equivalent to Jounin, one must simply be appointed by their respective Kage. Only ninja of Chunin Rank and above can be appointed as Anbu, and Anbu are limited to 3 per village.
Legendary Sannin: To gain the rank of Legendary Sannin, one must be appointed by their respective Kage, in addition to being approved by at least 2 staff. There may only be 3 Legendary Sannin in each village, and one must have been an Anbu or Jounin to be appointed.

You can now see through most genjutsu up to rank A. Your sharingan movement predictions are way better and are usually quite accurate unless the speed of the opponent overwhelms the sharingan. IE Raikages speed and the Hiraishin (Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Technique). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You MUST have Tomoe 3 to get Mangekyou Sharingan.Mangekyou Sharingan:This is obtained by IC killing someone who you are close to AND WHO IS AN UCHIHA, this person must be well known to you, meaning that you must have known him for at least 20 post before attempting to kill him/her. What does Mangekyou Sharingan do?Only after unlocking this more advanced stage, are you allowed to train for Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, Amaterasu, and the Blaze Release. But wait a second... you also have to do a 2k training where you describe your transformation from regular to Mangekyou. Describe the emotional strain of killing a close friend... have fun. Also, there is no excuse that your character doesn't care. If your character did not care for others, then there is no way for them to have a close friend who they would indeed care about. Loopholes are not accepted. Eternal Mangekyo SharinganOnly by taking and transplanting the eyes of another who also wields the Mangekyō Sharingan can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (永遠の万華鏡写輪眼, Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan). Not only does this process restore one's eyesight, but it also gives the person greater power. What does Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan do?Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan gives you the ability to have your Mangekyo Sharingan activated without losing your eyesight and keeping it active for as long as you want. Level 2: 1000 Words; With the second level achieved, an Uchiha can begin using their eyes to guide the flames towards the intended target. The Uchiha can control all aspects of the illusion (mass, space, and time), depending on their skill with the technique. Description: The final Mangekyou Technique, requiring that both techniques be unlocked (at least up to level 2). Susanoo is both a sword and a shield, creating a powerful aura around the Uchiha in the shape of a Tengu warrior, wielding a sword and shield. Susanop's appearance is determined by the Uchiha's Yin-Yang balance, thus every user's Susanoo is unique. Susanoo is labeled as a "spirit of the old world", and its powers are channeled through the Uchiha, requiring his/her life force and chakra to manifest and attack. Susanoo Levels: Level 1: 500 words | IC Combat; Activation With the first stage of Susanoo unlocked, the Uchiha can form the ethereal ribs of Susanoo as a defensive shield. Warding off physical and elemental strikes. No techniques can pierce this shield. Level 2: 1000 words | IC Combat; Formation The second stage is much larger, capable of using the skeletal arms as weapons to sweep away the enemy, physical attacks and ward off elements. With the second stage, the Susanop begins to adopt the shade of the users internal emotions, and becomes unique in appearance, adopting tendons and muscle. Level 3: 2000 words | IC Combat; Manifestation With level three, the Uchiha can cloak their Susanoo in spiritual battle armor, and if they so please they can seek out the Yatagara Mirror, Totsuka Sword and Jewel to further enhance the offensive powers of Susanoo'o. Though, without these the Susanoo will remain only in its' armor. Level 4: 3000 words | IC Combat; Realization With the final level the Uchiha can freely shape the ethereal energy of Susano into their preferred weapon; this becomes Susano's default weapon, unless the Uchiha uses the Jewel, Sword and Mirror as well. With the Realization, an Uchiha has reached the pinnacle of their optical power, capable of killing dozens of enemies with a single sweep. Drawbacks: Susanoo cost high level chakra to summon.
