| Rocky areas were not always the best place to be at during a conflict but while out of one it had the potential to be quite the relaxing place and that was just what one person was looking for. The area had a single pond that by some miracle happened to appear in an area this hot, many people from this area always claim that it was a miracle but smart people know the difference between a miracle and a underground water source. With no cloud in sight the area was pretty barren as the hot sun pounded down onto the area with an unmerciful hot streak the like of which many people can't deal with, that was unless they knew how to thrive in this area.
Being one of the people that could thrive in an area such as this, Kain laid on a flat piece of slate rock that he was using as a tanning bed as he laid there shirtless with a damp cloth on his face. His tanto's were within arms reach and he never unequipped his weapon pouch. Though he was tanning, he also never took off his arm's bandages, which were wrapped tightly around his arm up to his elbow for some strange reason. Still through the heat he was cool and not even sweating, the only sigh that he was hot came from the color that he was getting on his chest and upper arm from the sun's rays beaming on him.

| Kain sighed, someone was here already and it seemed like they meant business. The suns rays warmed the body of Kain but he never expected for it to get blocked out because some imbecile wanted to pick a fight. Kain sighed as he raised his hand towards the newcomer, as he did so his bandages seemed to loosen quite dramatically as the ends were clearly visible as they hung from his wrist. "You.....move out the way your blocking my sun!" Kain face twisted with annoyance from the new guy, it seemed that no matter where he went there was always someone there to ruin his fun or mess of the moments that he would have.
Kain's body was tensing, readying to move at a moment's noticed as he continued to lay there his body leaning partially now thanks to his readiness. In his mind he couldn't help but think about how much worse this could possibly get, he sighed and waited for a response from the intruder. 'God I hope this doesn't ruin my tan......' Thanks to the intrusion of this new guy, he could now feel the heat of the rock, and the rock was hot, it took alot from him to contain the urge to yell out or jump up.

| Kichi looked at the fool just sitting there on the ground "what a fool...” then out of nowhere Kichi jumped back from where he was standing and let the light hit the guy. Then took out his other claw sword with his left hand "now come on let go at it" then Kichi took a leap at the guy on the ground. He moved his hands in to a position so that he could cut the man with his claw swords like a scissor. | |

| Kain sighed as the guy called him a fool, he didn't know whether or not to be offended or annoyed that a guy like this would come at him out of nowhere and call him a fool. 'This guy must not know who he's fucking with? Then perhaps its time.....' As he looked, the guy jumped backwards and the sun came back to his face, with that as a queue, Kain flipped around grabbing both of his tanto's with his right hand. "To show you who the fool really is...huh?" With a crazed look on his face, Kain watched the opponent pull out another blade and charge at him. "NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! EH!" Kain flung himself forward, utilizing chakra within his feet to give him an extra boost as he launched himself at the opponent. As he moved he tossed one tanto onto his back as he withdrew the blade of the other one, his feet darted across the rocky terrain with excellence as he picked each step carefully.
Kicking off of a rock, Kain jumped over his opponent, spinning rapidly just a few yards above him. From above as he spun would fly a multitudes of tendrils pelting down unto the opponent with a powerful force and devastating precision. The tendrils seemed to be from the bandages on his arms, and with so many coming down with such force and aim to a single target, the chances were that it was to kill or brutally injure his opponent. 'If he really wants to fight then I'll make him regret it, I'll make him wish he didn't pick a fight with me, I'll take him to realm where pain is infinite and fear never gets resolved!'

| Kichi watched as he jumped above him in the air and then tried attacking him with tendrils from his for arm. Kichi spun himself around quickly and started slashing his claw swords to the tantos and cut the tendrils. then keep fly forward from where he was at and did a back flip and landed on his feet ""you really thought that would work on me you’re going to have to do more than that “and then stood there in a fighting stance whiting for the next move from the guy.

| Kain smirked as the opponent decided to try and cut the tendrils. 'Foolish, you can't cut whats hard as steel with those little bitch weapons you have!' The tendrils would miss the opponent but would rip through rock and into the ground, and their density and endurance were on par with steal seeming uneffected by the strikes of the opponent. The power of them were ridiculous as mere boulders were simply split in the wake of the bandages. Parrying a strike from his opponent with his tanto, Kain would watch as the other guy would keep going forward to only turn back to face him and just in time too. With all the tendrils within the ground, he used them to launch himself back at the opponent after he had stopped spinning. Barely tapping the ground with his right foot, he quickly streamed chakra into his left foot as he kicked off, while simultaneously using the grounded tendrils as a slingshot to power him forward to his opponent.
As he moved rapidly he spin to add extra momentum to his strike with his tanto, bringing forth a powerful cross slash to his opponent attempting to slash across him with enough strength and force behind his swing to deal a strong amount of damage should it hit. The way of his swing brought his tanto from his left across to his right as he swung with his right arm, but simultaneously, his left hand was open but seemed like it was grasping something, but he was yet grasping nothing. From everywhere would seem to flock a black cloud with the sounds of flapping and caws emanating from them in an almost deafening chorus. One of his signature techniques, Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique.

| kichi blocked the attack from kain by raising his claw blades up and then was flown back a few yards. then as he got up kichi watched as the guy disappeared in to a flock of crows. how odd kichi thought 'where did the crows come from' kichi though. kichi thought of what to do then kichi started to do some hand signs and ran around the flock with his swords in reach if he needed them but for now he had them put away and was going threw a few hand signs he got the hand signs of ram and tiger..... | |

| The enemy successfully blocked the attack, Kain smirked as this meant that the enemy was no mere loser and this would be the beginning of a great battle, his eyes glared up with excitement. He couldn't help but want to show his opponent his full potential and help the opponent realize his own too. But he only wanted to do so just so that he can compare his skill against his opponent and ultimately crush him into the dust and scatter his ashes into oblivion. "I am Kain of the Crows! Now Lemme show you how I earned that name!" As he spoke his voice seemed to come from everywhere, and as his opponent slashed through the flock of crows Kain couldn't help but smile menacingly as the crows continued to come in and multiply as his opponent slashed as them.
Through the thick cloud of flocking crows, Kain formed a single seal, then moving his fingers the crows began to swarm in a circle fashion simulating a tornado with the vortex being Kichirou. Through it all stepped forth a Kain, he smirked as he wielded a tanto in his right hand and a paper tag on his chest, perhaps it had a symbolic meaning. He sighed as he seemed to be a bit figidy. "Listen here......you have my name so Give me yours!" Circling the opponent he let the blade dip and swim through the vortex of crows while gripping the hilt tightly. The vortex was fairly large, big enough for the two to hold a pretty good battle within.

| His eyes perked as he began to dodge the attacks from the enemy, it seemed as though the enemy was from Yukigakure, the Village hidden in the snow. 'So he's an Yuki ninja that uses Ice release techniques, eh. Ok then lets see if I can't do something about that.' Concentrating his chakra within his feet, Kain steadily dodge the attacks from the enemy, he focused as he attempted to gather the enemy's rhythm attempting to match it, though he wasn't going at the speed of a flicker. Using his current speed to dodge and his tanto to help repel the enemy attack he focused on getting closer and closer until he would be able to anticipate the enemy's next flicker so that he could catch him. 'Coward can't fight me face to face so he's using this ghey tactic huh? Ok then If you really want to play the game like this, then lets play!'
Momentarily blinking, he activated his heritage, even though it was just a moment he was able to see the next move of his opponent's flicker. Quickly, he moved to that position, having barely dodged and blocked the majority of the needles. His tanto swished through the air as he spun quickly trying to slice at the enemy's head, though he knew that his move was risk as his opponent was still in the movements he had to place his attack to where the opponent was about to be, the risk being that he would have to leave himself partially open with a blind spot from his arm being in his line of sight. 'Lets hope this hits!' Meanwhile, with his free hand he attempted at a single seal, hoping to draw forth one miracle that might just turn the tide of the battle.

| kichi noticed that kain was moving on to what kichi's pattern was. then for a second when kain had blinked kichi took out his reguler sword with his left hand and with his right hand he was still threwing swellow shaped needles then when kain opened his eyes there was somthing diffrent then when what it was before and then it went back to normal this was odd to kichi and then he was at where kichi was going to next ready to attack and kichi lead kain to the spot and he block the tanto with his sword and with his other hand he took the swellow shaped ice needle and tried to put one in to the heart of kain. | |

| Kain smirked, the opponent had fell into what was his prime trap, the thing he placed his victory on. "Heh, gotcha!" The Seal he created earlier would come into place as the needles hit his body, but it was too late for the enemy to realize that what he hit was instead a clone, one that the original had created while in the swarm of crows. The clones smirked as the tag on his check would seem to bulge outwards towards him, the thing underneath it taking the shape of a crow. 'Boom' The tag would've exploded at near point blank range, the damage would've been extensive and severe. As the explosion went off, the original would step out into the clearing, the bandages back to his arm and hanging, he smiled with his sharingan activated as he looked to the area the explosion came from.
"Hmph.....Didn't do too much damage did ya?" He brushed his shoulder, knocking out the needle that had hit him during the enemy's throwing spree. 'Luckily it didn't do too much damage to me.' Although he brushed a single one out, there were still about 3 in total that were still in his legs, but they didn't hurt too much or even hinder his movements to a significant amount. He sighed as he would wait to see if the move had either killed his opponent or incapacitate him, for there was nearly no possible way that he could've escaped that move without much as so much of a severely damaged arm. The trap began when Kain created the crow clone from the crows in the swarm, before the clone moved into the open he applied an explosive tag onto it, the real tricky part was that the opponent wasn't weary of it or even seem to acknowledge it was even there.

| Kichi saw a white and yellow flash from the man’s body and then with the flicker still in effect Kichi quickly tried to get out of the trap but it was too late. Kichi had gotten a few feet away and then it reached Kichi. From the blast Kichi was flow to the other side of the vortex and skidded across the ground. Kichi lied there for a while then got up then saw that his sword didn't land the far from the Kichi. Then when he went to grab it the pain kicked in and Kichi could tell that his back side of his body was burned. then kichi remembered about the guy exploding and was that the guy was just fine in the middle of the vortex. kichi then threw more swellow shaped ice needles at kain... | |

| Kain sighed as he easily moved out the way of the attack sent by the opponent, it was a miracle that he was even still able to move after an attack like that, but anything was possible at this point in the battle and with him so heavily damaged it was a sure thing that he would take the lead in this dance. "So still alive? OH! and able to use jutsu still eh? Then lets changed that shall we, ok?" He nodded his head as a gathering of two sets of crows surrounded Kichirou from a few yards off, and though he had to resort to this sort of tactic he knew that it wasn't something that he would regret. The two separate small flocks of crows would only take a few seconds for them to condense into two more crow clones, each with a smile on their face as they held a tanto in their right hands.
Meanwhile the original formed a single seal, then began to walk towards Kichi. "Listen, you come to me, attack me, then get your ass handed to you.....Is this what Yukigakure is made of? A bunch of losers like you?" Kain cracked his neck as the two crow clones laughed as they moved to make a triangle with Kichi in the middle. "You don't deserve to be called a shinobi.........because your still too naive to understand when your out classed.....You should've let that last attack hit you so that you could be out of your misery, but no now you gotta endure more pain."Kain stopped an equal distance from Kichi as the other two crow clones. "I'll say this one time....give up, theres no shame in surrendering yourself in the presence of someone stronger than you." The other two Kain's prepared themselves as they each stabbed their tanto's into the ground and withdrew 2 kunai each, then quickly added tags to them and placed them back as they then took back up their tanto's.

| in much pain kichi said"no shame yes there is shame in it... but your right you are stronger then i had intended but yet i hav just become a shinobi still learning about the ninja world.. no i should not have let it kill me if so then i would have had this chance to give up....." a pain in kichi's side paused him and he held his side" like i was saying i will give up but your eyes how did you eyes do that and change?" | |

| Kain smiled it seemed that his opponent was interested in his abilities, but to give up ones abilities would be to give up ones own trumph card. Sighing the young uchiha cracked his neck to both sides, at that moment the two clones began walking closer to the enemy. "Because..............Its in my blood." The two clones rushed at Kichi, each activating their sharingan, then quickly rushing forward. The first clone to attack was on Kichi's left, his move was rather eccentric and wild as he lept forward and spun finishing just a few feet from Kichi with his tanto above his head and his free hand upside down as it launched 4 tendrils of the bandages at Kichi, Aiming mostly for his lower body. Meanwhile, the clone on his right would steadily watch the outcome, preparing for his time to strike at a moment's notice and even withdrawing one of the kunai he had just placed into his bag.
"Listen Ice Ninja, your a pretty good fighter and I respect your will...........so lets see who's will is actually stronger." The Original spoke as he kept his guard up, moving slowly but surely towards his opponent, the flock of swirling crows closing in as he moved forward. His fingers moved in a dance at his side as he focused on the jutsu while maintaining his concentration on his opponent.

| kichi heard the noise of the clone on the left attacking and then with his right hand he used his sword and stop the blade and with his left stabed the clone with a five needles. then flickered behind the clone with his sword put away and claw sword to his neck with his right hand holding the claw sword and his left holding his side. kichi then said "so your not really giving me the chance to give up but oh well i was going to throw it away as soon as you gave me the chance these eyes of yours arn't as good as i thought if i could flicker like this" | |

| Kain sighed, it seemed that his opponent wasn't content with his defeat in any kind of way, though he was a bit joyed that he would be able to take his opponent's life, he still hoped that he would have a bit more joy with Kichirou. The clone's bandages were blocked and his opponent retaliated with an entourage of needles once more, something if anything that he could see coming. The the slightest of movements he turned and twisted to his right as he dodged the oncoming projectiles by his opponent and disappeared into the flurry of crows. However, it seemed that Kichirou wasn't quite finished in his actions as he happened to have the ability to still flicker. His opponent's moves led him to the back of his crow clone and his little claw thing to his neck, something that he could obviously careless about, and something that he was able to adapt to.
His hand-seals from earlier had already kicked in as his opponent held a blade to his clone. The cockiness of his opponent was something that annoyed him greatly, and even with that he was able to keep his calm among the fray of battle. "Your cockiness will only serve to ruin you, just so you know." A voice from behind Kichirou would take the lead on the conversation, Kain was behind him a tanto poised to strike him at any hint that he was going to act foolish. Kain had also used a body flicker, following his movements by the smell of his burnt flesh and blood from his back. But as Kain held a tanto to his opponent's back he also held another seal with his free hand, while at a simultaneous move as when Kichi first arrived behind him, the clone already had his kunai in reverse positioned to take quick action should his opponent attempt to move. "Move once more and I'll take your life.......I don't even need my eyes to follow your stench, these eyes of mine are in the developing stage.....and your movements may momentarily exceed their tracking speed but you can't keep your actions up for much longer...."

| "your right i won't be able to keep it up for much longer thats why i must do this" kichi then sliced th neck of the clone and with his claw sword the grabed the tanto in the noches that were on the blade. and then with his other hand he threw 20 needles up in the air and surrounded kichi and kain the then kichi twisted the blade trying to snap it now either you get out of the way of the needles and i will die or stay here try to kill me before the needles do and you die as well you better make your choose" | |

| Moving swiftly as he followed the muscle and chakra structure and movement, Kain could read the slight movement that the other shinobi was going to do, this was thanks to the sharingan he had. Thanks to the seal he held it was an easy move that he wasn't going to regret, as the opponent slashed the neck he had already performed a flicker into the flock of crows which allowed him to avoid the threat of being hit by the needles. Simultaneous with the flicker he activated the seal he held, which immediately caused the tagged kunai to explode, the point blank range was sure enough to cause some damage at the enemy. The effectiveness of this attack came from the structure and abilities of the crow clone itself, as the clone was sliced he was still able to retain some part of his form which is why he was still holding onto the kunai and unlike a regular clone or shadow clone, he wouldn't simply poof at some damage.
Kain watched as the outcome unfolded, his opponent would not only lose his life, possibly, but would also lose any chance of winning this battle, unless some unforseen trap was laid by him at any point during his flicker rampage, which would be the only time Kain wouldn't have had his eyes on him. 'No........only you will die today.....Kichirou of Yukigakure.'The reddened eyes of the sharingan blended in with the wild flurry of the crows that continued to swarm around in a vortex encompassing the shinobi Kichirou.
