Personality Description:
That the world is a game is an excuse used by more than one soul to explain away precisely -why- they find the ideas of mundane thought to be alternately boring and hysterical, but it is again applied to Noctis. Take a mind gifted with a proper intellect and give it room to grow, and then introduce to it the lure that all of reality could be understood and controlled-one only had to study it from the proper angle. This mind would belong to a young boy born in the shadow of the towers of others. The key? Plasma
Noctis possesses just enough intellect to see past the games of breakfast, lunch and bed, and not quite enough to know that buckling down and working to control the world was a far safer venue that setting yourself up as a demonic lord. But to hear it from him, the latter itself would be foolishness; there are far greater prizes to be won than kingdoms or even gods. Kode has an ambition which burns inside him to possess reality itself, and to those ends there is nothing sacred. All those who would cling to the practice of gaining traditional power or worshiping deities who seem so weak on their own thrones are considered lacking in ambition by the Ninja world, who tends to see rules and restrictions as challenges for growth. The concepts of dark arts are laughable for Noctis, who sees no such thing as good or evil. Morality, in his eyes, is set down by the gods to be followed by quaking mortal sheep, and if you need not obey them then why should you abstain? For this reason, it is quite simple for the man to perform deeds which could be considered perversions of nature or of justice-why bother stopping? Who was going to catch you? The police? Well, if you were weak enough or shortsighted enough to be stopped by a -cop-, then you deserved your fate.
Understandably, Noctis thinks of the divine as being nothing more than overgrown humans who have power that they should keep better watch over lest it be taken from them. There is no reason in his eyes as to why a human cannot attain that level, particularly not when the gods pluck away souls and then bind them to their wants.
By the same token, Noctis suffers from feeling as if there are no absolutes in the world. He occasionally tires of his own games, knowing by his own logic that reality is only what he is reaching for, and if he should put his side of the playing pieces down then there are no stories of justice or morals to rally him back. He is far too proud to resort to giving into such illusions, however.
What do you do when you see the seams of the world and also see just how frail they truly are? When you can shake out the game of mortal lives and bind it to your own ambition to give it its only worth, what rule is there to command you when the nights are quiet and the rewards not as bright as they had once seemed to be?
You entertain yourself. Noctis has no intentions yet of giving into the same despair which his own logics have brought him to, and if his laughter is a little too wild and a little too out of control-forgive him, he's only having a long day.
Noctis also has a noted lack of patience, expecting other people to at least be enrolled in whichever task they claim to be intent on. Those who will not either admit to having no interest or no purpose in being involved with a subject are only wastes of time. When the necromancer has a more relaxed schedule, he does not mind being diverted, but when he is fixed upon a task he demands for it to be completed and to the flames can be resigned any who do not intend to help or get out of his way. Because of this, many can be put off by Noctis's mannerisms, which swing from utterly playful to ruthlessly in demand for them to perform appropriately. His life in a complete disarray he follows his own.
The Ninja also enjoys amused whining and being utterly off-balance in his approach to others. At heart, he knows that he would rather be seen in thrall to a baker's cart than actually resist fulfilling one of his plans due to mere complaints, but it's far too entertaining to watch other people react. For a man with such a sense of pride, he gives up a surprising amount in just how silly he can get-incomprehensible to all save those who see just how sensitive he can get when his intellectual capacities, the true root of his vanity, are mocked and assumed lacking.

History: Noctis was born to a family of 12 biogenically designed beings created in a lab by the works of two insane, power hungry scientist looking for their unknown key to utter and complete world domination. This quest, which took them to genetics, forced them to create several test subjects by using abducted young souls as a harbor for what they called chemical X. The point of consistency his "parents" made names irrelevant to any situation good or bad, so to call forth a name from the nadir of ones mind was indescribable work for someone who was busy developing such a pretentious power, so in all likely-hood, Noctis was forth then on given the numeric number of 13 since his infusion of a genetic process referred to as XYZ was the 13th one to date, and by far the most beneficial to the pair of scientist.
As he grew up. however, he was kept far away from the lab, and was placed under strict conservation and surveillance of several modators and watchmen, in order to relinquish all doubt that he was not the perfect of the 13 creations. His body seemed to react perfectly to said XYG and even responded with the positive side effects of a human genome of higher importance, being both genetically altered and of the widely know Hoshi clan, he was able to control his aggressive powers that was granted to him a brief moment after his time of birth, but one side effect that he greatly suffered from was the hearing of a second voice. This voice, being of no human, was taken as a side effect, but it seemed that the curse of the XYG was not at directly at work and instead a newer more powerful force often whispered a note of two into Noctiss ears as he carried on with his daily life. ... A spirt.
Possessed was the word that would later leave the lifeless mouths of the scientist, as the aggression and hate that now filled Noctis's heart, thirsted for a greater purpose in life other than the one he currently had, and in knowing this, he was kept under stricter watches and soon fond out the truth and taken to the lab for further testing. This test, of course provoked the ninja into a fitted rage and allowed him to use his skills and such a way that would deem all around him dead, both taunted by hate and demonic beings, Noctis executed his so called parents and ended the reign of the 13 projects.
He now faces the world, in search of the 12 other projects in hopes that he may find them and absorb both their power and knowledge as to why and what really went on. However, this task is not easy and this is where he will meet up several ninja from the hidden mist and torment the world at war until peace is achieved through the combs of hate and insanity.
RP Test
Walking through a never ending forest, he found a small clearing in the about two miles from his house. The view was beautiful with a small pond in the north-western side of the clearing. It was very quite and peaceful, very few insects and absolutely no noisy animals, and the temperature were just right. He didn't see how anybody couldn't want to live in this small paradise. He stopped and breathed lightly so he could take a moment and let his eyes rest in this wonderful view. He then popped his neck and dropped his backpack of supplies by a near pale white rock. He remind quiet, stretching his back and other limbs to prepare for a day of hard training.
Standing in the clearing of the forest, he closed his eyes and then tried to remember the hand signs. Getting a vision in his head he starts using hand signs that match the hand signs for Grande fireball jutsu. After matching the hand signs he focuses charka not to hard but hard enough to form a large fireball. He shifted his right foot 2 feet to the right as his stomach swelled with chakra. He closed his eyes a spit a very large fire ball toward the small pond causing it to go up in steams on impact. He took a step back an admired his progress. He stood up straight and started thinking how to focus his charka more and lower the consumption. After short five or ten seconds he then started performing hand signs again that matched the Grande fire ball jutsu. He finishing up his hand signs and shift both feet to the side as the wind blew heavily; he then focused his charka not as hard but more relaxing. He then made a larger fireball but used less charka. The fire ball smashed into turning more of it into steam. He said slowly wiping sweat from his forehead. Taking an hour off swimming in the pond (which was now a small hot tube like pond) he then dried off and decided to go back to training. Artimus was wondering how he could increase the heat of the fireball. He then once again performed the hand signs for grand fireball technique except at average speed. He focused a little to hard and concentrated more chakra into a dense ball of chakra that sat in his stomach, Artimus let out the ball and it seemed brighter an hotter than before. Performing the hand signs once again he then uses the fireball technique again but making a bigger ball and using less chakra by relaxing more and having better control. After 3 hours of practicing the technique over and over again he mastered the fire ball technique. It being 10:00 pm he decided to spend the night in the forest. He was just too drained of energy from his chakra consumption to travel back to the village so he will have to leave tomorrow morning after his rest.
