The start of a new friendship?

A tall man stood atop a hill overlooking the city of Kumo. His left hand on his bag with his right just dangling by his side. The silver coat fluttering from a small wind that was ruffling his long silver hair. The ruffles on the wrists of his coat seeming to dance the best they could. Then again, he was just a wanderer.

His right hand gripped tightly as he started to remember what he did back on that day. His eyes watered only slightly as the wind pushed the tears away. His right hand gently entered his pocket as he sighed. Just standing there he thought of what to do, the thought of going back with out his goal seemed too much for him to handle. So if he had to, he would search the whole of the world to find it, or the answer to it. As simple as it was, he just stared, and waited for a sign from the heavens, to cast a shadow on his new path...

Damnit…I lost him… Kaelos thought to herself as she slowly stopped running, catching her breath as she moves her head left and right. She lost sight of her cousin. She huffs a bit as one of her hands rubbed at her temples as she closed her eyes. “C’mon Kaelos…you should remember where the second clan house is.” She growled to herself before she started walking. She looked up and saw a male figure on the hill that was in front of her that would look over the city of Kumo. “It’s not him, but never hurt to ask directions.” She mumbles to herself as she started to walk up the hill. “Excuse me. Have you seen a dirty old man pass by here?” She asks the male as she walks up the hill towards him, his back to her. She stopped far enough away from him so that if he is a foe to her, she can attack and then get away easily. As she waits for her response, she lets one of her hands go through her hair that was up in a ponytail and unleash it fully so that she can use her nails to brush out the tangles before she placed her hair back up and off her neck.

The male heard the woman's voice. As it reached in his ear and caressed his ear drum. He sighed slightly and just stared at the city. He wasn't ignoring her, just deep in thought. He spoke up so she could hear, still facing the city and watching the people move about as if they had no idea there was anything bigger than their own lives.

"No I have not, sorry miss. I haven't seen anyone pass by here."

He spoke with a tone becoming of a noble man, very regal and slightly aloof. Not looking back, he gripped his bag a tiny bit harder as he let his back lean backwards slightly. His leather pants flapping a tiny bit in the small wind as he stared down the city, as if it was staring back or even mocking him.

The belt of a skull with horns as the buckle was silver in color, and the black combat boots were also adorning his body. The long silver hair fluttering a bit as he just stood there, as epic as the sunset that was about to hover over, even with the storms afoot. The lightning showing who was boss to the city, but thankfully, he wasn't at a height to get struck, instead, there was a single willow tree standing tall to his side...

Kaelos quirked a brow as the male kept his back to her even while he answered her question. His tone made him sound much like a rich snob to her, the kind of people that tended to look down on her for her being an orphan and all. Yet he didn’t act rude towards her…yet. “I see. Sorry to have been a bother to you then.” She said before she sighed and rubbed her temples. “Hadora…when I get my hands on you…you are so dead.” She grumbled to herself out loud before she looked to the willow tree that stood beside the male. She walked then flipped her body up into the tree, going to the top of it. She got in the tree mainly to look around the surrounding area for any sign of the older male cousin she was following previously or even for the tops of her clan’s second household. “Hm…” She said as she looked around, positioning her body so that her legs were open slightly, making her skirt move slightly up on her legs. The male that she spoke to her seemed as if he wanted her to leave him be, and so she did as he wished. He looked as if something was on his mind, normally she would ask and see what was wrong but she didn’t know nor trust him.

"You shouldn't kill people you know, it's wrong...Specially...if they're your family..."

He said as his tone changed to that of someone depressed beyond all means. A Doctor would have wondered why he was still alive. The male kept his eyes forward, however, when she jumped in to the tree and sat down he looked over slightly. Of course what he saw he loved...Blushing a little he turned his head back to the city, hopefully before she noticed. His eyes now trained on the world below once again.

He finally stopped blushing and kept his body the same. His eyes, his silver eyes staring at the future, and the past, well mainly the past. It was something that he hated, his past that was. And her saying that, brought up bad memories once more of the past...something he wished he could forget.

"Tell me miss, what is your name?"

He asked in the same sad tone. Almost as if to call out to her he needed some company but was too shy to ask. That was Akutabi alright, shy as can be to strangers. If she were in trouble though, hell, he would quit being shy in a heart beat...but that was unlikely to happen, right?

When she heard the male respond to the idle threat she made out loud about her cousin, she only smirked and snickered softly. “Heh…I will never kill my own cousin. The only person I can truly talk to and not be looked at as if I am a monster as well as my only family member of mine that’s alive.” She answered as she closed her eyes and moved her head down before her voice sounded more serious yet deadly. “However…I will kill those who dare to harm him.” She stated before she opened her eyes just in time to see his head turn more away from her, as if he was looking at her before but turned his head away for some reason. She quirked a brow as she wondered why, only to shrug it off as it wasn’t of much importance at the moment.

“My name? I’m Kaelos Hoshi.” She answered before she took one last look around, frowning when her search for her cousin or the second household came up with no results. She got out of the tree quickly when she watched lightning flash about in the sky above them. It was too close to the tree she was in for her comfort so it was best for her safety to get out. “Since you know my name, what is yours?” She asked him as she turned to face him directly. She was closer to him now.

The man continued to face the city, his silver optics displaying his great loss. Perhaps it was just what he was thinking, or something deeper? No it was only what he was thinking. The lightning flashed in his silver optics like a golden shine for a split moment. He heard the woman's voice box vibrating and the waves of it caressing his ears as he listened.

The male chuckled a tiny bit before he responded to her, his voice in a slightly better tone, but still depressed. As he spoke, his right hand moved from his pocket and slid along his head near his ear, the leather glove sliding along the rather fluffy hair he had.

"Well, That's good. But your not a Monster..I can tell you that now...Me? Well, I'm just a Ruroni, but if you truly want to know..."

He said turning to face her, his hand now in his pocket again. His feet separated comfortably and his back still bent slightly to the reverse he was facing. His mouth smiled a bit as he looked at her. Her full beauty now captivating his silver optics. He let the left corner of his mouth grin as he spoke.

"Akutabi Gamma, and as I said, not a monster, just a beatuful young woman being misunderstood."

He slowly took out his right hand and offered to shake her hand, his attitude more happy now. The joyous feeling was something he liked, even though he tried not to obtain them because of his past. He tended to kill people when he got close to them...Would he do it to her too? Most likely not. No, he wouldn't allow himself to..

One of her brows quirked as she eyed the male as he spoke about her not being a monster. “You don’t call me a monster, yet you don’t know anything about me. You have a lot to learn about me.” She told him as she closed her eyes a bit and glances off to the side. She turned her head once more to look back at him, he didn’t look noble in the least. In a way he reminded her of her older cousin in the way that he seemed to be quite a fighter. “Akutabi? I’ll just call you Aku then.” She said as she nodded her head before she smirked slightly. “Heh…flatterer. Beautiful? Perhaps. Young? Obviously. Misunderstood? Hell yes. Then again that’s been normal for my life.” She said as she looked from him to his hand that he offered for her to shake. Her eyes go back up to meet his silver eyes with her own violet ones as she looked for any hint of danger or false kindness. When she didn’t find any, she reached out her own hand and holds his gently yet her grip strong in showing that she was tough when it comes to battles. Her arm moves up and down slightly as she shook his hand.

His arm moved slightly up and down, only to suddenly, yet slowly, move her hand towards his mouth. He would then kiss her hand gently and then let it go after a small smile. He was getting to know her now, and so his gentle side would start to show. Perhaps it was good to make a friend once in a while...even if it was to leave them soon because of his traveling nature. Then again, maybe she would travel too?

He opened his mouth to speak as he let his right hand gently weaved it's way in to his pocket. The silver belt buckle shining from the storm. His eyes laid on her only to gaze in to her violet optics. The handshake he noticed was quite firm yet gentle, almost like a Camila flower. Gentle in appearance yet still able to hold it's own.

"Miss Hoshi, you are in no way a monster that I could ever see. You are an embodiment of a goddess, I'm sure of it. Though, I am flattering you, do I give reason not to believe it? Just if one flatters doesn't mean one is lieing. Alas, for my life, I've had a brutal one. But you wouldn't want to hear about that. Let's talk more about the beautiful one in front of me."

He chuckled a little and smiled. Aku standing there and wondering how he got himself in to these situations...

When she felt as well as watched her hand being kissed, her eyes widened a bit in surprise and blinked quite a few times in silent shock. It was obvious that she wasn’t used to people touching her from before, but now it was even more weird that someone other then her cousin is showing affection for her. At his small smile,she felt a corner of of one her lips lift up ever so slightly as if it was a triggered response. I guess it’s true what they say about a smile…it is contagious… She thought to herself with a silent snicker as her hand was let go. She merely allows her freed hand to rest against her hip with the palm against the curve of it to match her other hand’s position on her body. Could this be a friendship starting to happen? Possibly. Only time would truly tell at this point in time, so far she was fine being near him and even allowed him to touch her without getting hurt in the process.

She tilted her head to the side as she fully examines him, not in a sexual manner, but more in the manner as if to try and get a good idea of his strengths as well as his weaknesses. She quirks a brow some what when she noticed that he was basically just staring into her eyes. “Looks can be deciving. And you give me too much credit when it comes to my beauty. I’m not Venus, the Goddess of love and beauty after all. Though I do admit that it does feel pleasing to have a compliment instead of an insult or a curse thrown at me for who and what I am now as well as in my past.” She stated with a snicker as she smirked slightly. “Hmm…we may have a bit in common then. I too have had a brutal life.” She agreed with him while nodding her head before quirking a brow at him. “More about me? Depends on what you wish to ask me. I will not promise an answer.” She said as she crossed her arms over her D sized breasts.

The man chuckled a bit and spoke in response to her. The male shifted his standing position the exact time a large crack of thunder rolled in and lightning struck a tall building in the city. The flash shining off of other items and causing a slight twinkle in his eyes as well as on his belt.

"Perhaps, but perhaps not, it IS a fact that people would loose all memory if they were reincarnated or what ever you believe. But at any rate..."

He said before looked behind him to the city, then returning to her. His voice becoming soft a little, and yet still depressed, but regal at the same time. It was a mixture of his own feelings that show about...

"I just wish to know anything you want to tell me is all, I mean, I wouldn't want to know anything ridiculous like why your life was harsh or even your bra size, That's not for me to know unless you WISH to tell me. I guess I haven't properly shown much of how I am. I am a person of kind heartedness, such as if you need anything, at all, you can call to me, and I will help. But I would say you have pretty much everything under control with your battling from your handshake, and you most likely are beating men off with bats or sticks I would assume, from your appearance. Plus, to top the cake, you have a wonderful personality..I don't see how you can be anything but cute."

He said with a smile just watching her eyes as if she was the only thing that mattered at the moment, I mean, it WAS a new thing for him, having a potential friend since the times of his childhood. It then struck him, perhaps...It would be best to accept help for certain goals...goals such as his aspiration...perhaps...in time he would ask her, but only if he felt she wouldn't turn him down...for he could not live through another brutal departure such as before...

As the sound of thunder roared above and around them along with the flashes of the lightning that seemed to slowly draw closer and closer to them, she would glance up at the sky. Her eyes slowly closed as she seemed to sigh in pleasure at just feeling the power of nature itself. Yes, she loved how nature was like her in a way. Can be beautiful yet very dangerous and always changing, a very wonderful combo in her personal opinion. “Hm…that is true. Hopefully that won’t happen to me until much later down the road. The same goes for you as well.” She said, keeping her eyes closed as she simply enjoyed the storm that was happening around them. The last part of what she said was a hidden clue that she was beginning to see him more then just a person she met and more like a growing friendship. At the sound of his voice suddenly changing as if he was a light switch, her eyes open and she looks him dead in the eye while she listened to him.

“Heh. My life I will almost never discuss as to me it’s not worth it. It’s the past and that’s where it shall stay until I see fit to change my mind. As for my bra size, that is a woman’s secret to know and for the man she is with relationship-wise to find out for himself. No fun in knowing something straight out when you can feel or see for yourself.” She said before she smirks and softly chuckles to herself. Her comment started to show off her perverted nature that she believes to be a part of the genes of her family line. “Heh…let me know then if you need my help, I’m sure even my cousin will be happy to help if I ask him nicely and give him a hug willingly. Though if I do that then you will owe me.” She told him with a snicker as she nodded her head. “Fighting wise, yes I do have skills but there is always room for improvement. As for me beating men off, that’s hardly the case as they tend to be scared of confronting me or they wish to harm me in one way or another for my attitude as they call it.” She then blinked when he spoke about her wonderful personality and that he called her cute. “I don’t know whether you are drunk or something else, but if you were to say something such as that within Konoha then the villagers there would be looking at you as if you lost your mind. But thank you all the same. Though you have a better personality than myself, you are approachable.”

The man chuckled greatly at her comment. Indeed that was something true, a fact of life you will. Perhaps that should have been a commandment as well, he could see it "And the tenth commandment, do not try to know a bra size, for that is best felt or seen and not common knowledge." HA, he loved that thought. With a whisking movement, he noticed the storm growing closer to the hill, of course he didn't mind the storm at all and actually loved it. He didn't sigh like he usually did, but instead, grew ever happier at the fact he may have found a permanent friend.

"Perhaps, you would like to get a drink with me. I don't wish to impose-a-a-and- Well never mind, I mean you most likely have some other place to be at the moment, so I won't keep you."

He said, starting out happy then looking away quite shy at the last part. It wasn't like him to ask anyone, let alone what he considered a friend to have a drink with him. For fact, he always seemed to just grab a drink in a bar, and leave the town the next day. But it seemed he wouldn't be leaving this town, not yet at least, he found something...other than his past to keep himself staying around.

If she was feeling what he felt, than maybe she would accept. And it wasn't too bad for him to have a friend, I mean, he's not thinking about his parents or village now is he? That's right, he's not, and that's why he was enjoying himself, for once in his life other than the day of his last birthday, he was enjoying himself greatly.

He turned half way, as if to leave or, leave with her, depending on her answer, but either way he started to the pub. It wasn't that short away and it WAS most likely a mile away, but where he was heading at any rate. But if she came with him, he would be there for a different reason than to drink his sorrow away. This time, it would be to toast to a new friendship...

Kaelos quirked a brow at Akutabi as he had trouble asking her to get a drink with him. She smirked and snickered slightly as she walked closer to him. “I don’t see why not. After all my cousin has probably got himself lost as well, perhaps we’ll find him at the bar.” She said as she walked beside him towards the pub. “You sound happy one moment then saddened the next. May I ask what is going through that mind of yours Aku?” She asked him with a teasing smirk. This was her way of asking him if he was alright. Their friendship was slowly getting stronger the more time they spent together and talked with each other. They had quite a bit to go before they make it to the pub after all.

"Well, it's just my past is all. However, seeing an angelic figure such as yourself, reminds me of happy times instead of sad, which is what I'm USED to feeling. It's why I wander a lot, I have no real home you see, I just wander around. But I heard a rumor that I should be heading back to Yukigakure soon. Maybe you will accompany me? well, that was silly of me to ask. You do have other places to go, I mean you said you were from Konohagakure right?"

He asked as he smiled softly and more politly. He was becoming more and more attached and less shy as well. To boot, he was beginning to actually care for this woman, sort of like a sister in away. He can't remember much of his past however, and so he doesn't remember much of anything other than what it was like after, and that one time before. Even so, it was something he wanted to remember, that one time before. Being with this woman brought back a flood of happy memories from his past.

The best thing to happen to him actually. He loved this, he was actually feeling like someone cared about him, other than those two and what used to be his family. Indeed it was odd, how life throws things at you. If he was asked, "do you have anything to save" he used to have answered "no. no I don't" but now, remembering those he hasn't seen in a long time, gives him the thoughts of, "yes, yes I do have something to save."...

At the mentioning of her being an angelic figure, she couldn’t help but roll her eyes at him while shaking her head as if she didn’t believe what he was saying. “That is something we have in common. I may come from Konoha, but I have never considered it as my home. In my mind, I have never had a home before so you can call me a wanderer of sorts.” She stated as she continued to walk beside him. One of her brows raise up at his questions she was being asked. “Yuki? The village of snow? As much as I would like to, I have my cousin to travel with. He’s the only family I have and very dear to me. Perhaps you can come with us? We may make a stop at Yuki, but I do not know as we were fleeing from a virus that is being spread out within Konoha and is most likely starting to enter the other villages.” She stated as she sighed a bit. “It was like they were zombies…I don’t know what caused it but I have a bad feeling.” She told him. She smirks slightly as she looks to him. “We have to find my cousin soon though. I hope that wherever he is here in Kumo, that he isn’t infected in any way.” She said with a sigh as she showed a sign of worrying.

The male sighed as well at her denying the request, but it was to be expected. He then got an idea. It was a long shot, but she may buy it. He thought of what most villages do and what not.

"Well, perhaps, if you ARE worried, then we can go to Yuki and take refuge in my old village. Though it's hard for me to go there, I can do it. There is a station in the actual village in Yuki, and we could send a message to him. If it's a virus, then Yuki's cold would be able to help keep it away."

He spoke when he suddenly stopped walking thinking about Yuki a moment. He did need to go back anyway, and it would help them both out if the so called infection was spreading. It'd be the last bastion for the humans against the infection, perhaps, it was a good thing, to go home...

Kaelos stopped walking and smirked a bit as she thought over what her new friend was coming up with as a plan for them to avoid the virus. “That…may actually work. But we would still need to be careful when we arrive at Yuki. For all we know, this virus could be able to survive frigid weather.” She said as she looked to Aku. She walked up to him and patted his back gently. “We can go there, but after we speak to my cousin. He will never leave me behind and I can’t leave him behind either. And don’t worry, you’ll have me there to help you when we get to the old village.” She said as she smirks up at him in a manner that showed that she has his back.

Hadora had, along with the horde. Made his way throughout the village. Slaying some shinobi, with his entire clan behind him. They where infected, and the infection rates in the village where raising to an absurd amount. It was really getting out of hand. That was a factual thing. Stubbling about the area, the horde had made their mark, making Kumogakure nearly as infected as Konohagakure had been. But Hadora felt something in his brain. Growing. His mind conflicting with images of his cousin Kaelos. He could be heard screaming as a horde of infected charged out of the pub. People had become sparatic, hostile. Attacking one another. Chaos seemed to consume the village in a matter of moments. As Hadora could bee seen, arms crossed on top of a nearby village. Surveying it. "We must Kill All of these monkEy offspring, do not aLlOw them to Survive!!!" He stated, secretly attempting to state the word Kaelos. He looked around as the zombies, and the creatures had swarmmed the area. Not to much however. But he was here to catch stragglers. "Grnnn...".....

The male nodded at her remark. it was true, she would be their, and they were friends right? Yea, they kinda were. It was interesting for him, considering it was his first real friend other than those two he used to know. He finally felt an eery feeling. What was it? It was death. Or at least it felt like it.

He turned to face the village when he noticed something peculiar. They were odd looking beings that started to walk towards them. At first they didn't seem harmful at all. He wanted to just ignore them and so he did, for now.

"Perhaps we should get going...The locals are getting restless."

He said as he started to walk the other way. It was away from the zombies, and they weren't that fast. So it wouldn't really matter now would it? He kept his right hand holding the bag as he walked away, hoping she would trail behind. Since they were zombies, they are pretty slow what with there problem of movement, as if they don't know that you walk by putting one foot in front of another and bending their knees. I mean really who does that..oh right... ZOMBIES!!!!!! wow, really though, they need to learn to walk. And with that, he would hopefully take Kaelos and run, well walk, like hell to Yuki.

{Exit-Damn, just in time too >.>}

At the sound of screaming and the usual sound that came with those who are considered as zombies, she turned her head quickly. As she heard her cousin’s voice yell out, she looked up and saw him. He was basically the one that was leading the zombies that were in Kumo. “Hadora…no…I'm sorry...cousin...” She whispered as she had a hurt look on her expression. I can’t hurt my own cousin…I need to leave for his safety as well as my own and Aku’s… She thought to herself as she looks to Aku as he too noticed the zombies. “Aku…they are infected, as is my cousin. We have to leave. NOW.” She said, her tone soft and forlorn as she was in pain to see her cousin infected. She has no choice but to escape from his grasp if she wanted to remain infection free for a while longer. Her head was hung low and she stayed dead silent as she followed right behind Aku to Yuki.

EXIT

Hadora was more beastial then the other Zombies. As he spotted his cousin, exiting the village, he could feel his soul speak to him. "Heh, she is gone now. I'll stop resisting now." Hadoras concious stated as somehow, the virus within his body was able to respond to the concious. "Good. Master is pleased to have you. Hadora Hoshi." It stated as hadora vanished from existance. This new entity controlling his body now. "GRENHAHAHAH!!!!!!!! DESTROY! KILL!! KUMO IS OURS!! GARRRUUGGA!!!!!" That creature yelled outloud as it beast on its chest. Holloring as the sounds seemed to fill the air. The night would be fast approaching. Very, fast, approaching. The village was Hadoras now. His cousin got out with her life, he succeded in saving her. This was factual. Very much so. [exit]
