Fenix was looking at his village and was hoping some people came along to see the new village. He went to turtle island to see what he could use it for. Fenix saw a perfect circular island and said to himself "This would be perfect for training." When he got bored Fenix screamed at the top of his lungs " ANYONE PLEASE, I REALLY WISH TO HAVE SOME FUN "

After a while Fenix never got a reply so he thought he would go check out the rest of the village,He was thinking if anyone else has been in the village since he has taken over. so Fenix used his special kage power to look over the village and saw some activity in kumogakure and thought he would head there immediately. I wonder who it is
