To Live and Drink

Saitou walked into a sake parlor deep with Kumogakure. The parlor was way in the back of the village, deep where not many people dare to go since people seem to go there and never come back. It was the men who beat their wives, sleep with their daughters, and kill people for fun go to get drunk and let loose. Saitou was in that last category and though he wasn't the biggest fan of drinking, every now then he needed to just relax. Tonight he had plans to meet with the man who he regarded to be his mentor of sorts. He sat in the back corner and motioned for the barkeep to bring two bottles of Sake to the table; One for him and one for Nanashii.

From below the table a hand spawned out from the darkness as it clutched unto the edge of the table, pulling a figure out as it turned out to be Nanashi, whom he sat with his legs folded as he nodded to Saitou, basically in all essences, making his entrance. Nanashi really was the person who'd fit into the remorseless sociopath's category who just happens to be so affable.

He waves to the younger Kaguya and nods.

"Hey hello howdy greetings and a Konnichiwa, young femur, so how does life treat you lately? Bitch as always thanks to the recession?"

While most would have been completely startled at Nanashi's outlandish entrance, but for Saitou it was more typical than deviant. If Nanashi had walked through the door, waved, smiled, and sat down that would have been surprising to the young Kaguya clan member. As Nanashi spoke in his normal unconventional way, the avaricious assassin simply closed his eyes and sighed heavily before replying.

"Nanashi-sama, must you always talk with that annoying manner of speech? It becomes quite bothersome after dealing with it for so long."

The sake bottle were brought, one was a sparkling and dazzling bottle for the younger gent, and one was simply normal sake that almost resembled water save for the murkiness and the abhorrent fumes present that makes it obvious otherwise. Nanashi taking up the bottle as he yanked his hand slightly upward, in turn, pouring sake into his face as he sighed in satisfaction. The stream of liquid pouring through his mask as he guzzled it in before tilting his head downward, returning the gaze to the other Kaguya.

Sweet bittersweet satisfaction.

"Does the worm question why the crow eats the worm simply because it had a bad day at a festival watching all those young couples flirting as they embezzle in deflowering in public? NAY! It does not. Habits habitually form by habits... habitually... anyways, other than you being ignorant and not refined as I, a poet with some skills that kills, I must ask, how are you doing in this not-as-fine-and-rather-fucky-economy of ours? Lost your home like mine? Turned to drinking to sooth the pain?" He said in a rhythmic mannner to the younger Kaguya.

Taking the dazzling sake bottle presented to him, Saitou poured a small amount into his sake cup and then took a sip. His eyes remained closed as he listened to his mentor of sorts ramble on about worms and crows and festivals or whatever else he meaninglessly decided to talk about before Saitou had had enough. Just as Saitou was about to interrupt, Nanashi finished speaking almost as if he could tell that the younger Kaguya was getting impatient.

"Poet? You sound more like a drunken old pervert to me. As for my finances, not so well. I haven't gone on any decent missions in a long time and so my pocketbook has suffered these past few weeks. And don't be silly you old geezer I have no need to turn to booze to soothe any pain. Unlike you I have other outlets to relieve the stresses of life." As the cloud genin said this, a slight blood-lust twinkled in his eyes before vanishing and his eyes quickly returned to their normal emotionless look.

"Like masturbation?" Muttered in a snicker Nanashi to the 'other outlets to relieve stress' statement, 'twas a pretty much incoherent one anyways and sounded more like 'Dyke missing Haitians?'. So, reaching for his pants as he rummaged through his loins, Nanashi pulls out a stiff pale rolled up creased paper, takes it out and rolls it across the table after slamming it down, throwing aside the sake bottles and whatever was present on the table to present a nice flat surface. A few pubic hair were present on the poster of an offer.

The poster had an offer from an extremist fanatic by some red light district for the heads of foreign ninjas, depending on their ranks, would pay well, and shows a couple of pictures of an almost nude woman posing by a Naginata to get attention from male ninjas and dykes alike for this lucrative bounty hunting.

"Young femur, seedling, darkness in the light, stain of red upon a white bed sheet, rainbow upon faggy leprechaun gold, cuddly niceness of furry teddy bears, kindness of a man-wench, monsters like us can make money after all by killing, it's all that I was ever good at besides my most eloquent and bestest poetry around, which compared to your poetic skills, is infinitely better." The rather handsome and most skilled Nanashi says (handsome and skilled self described than attributed from others), "This bounty hunting can make us rich, all we need is to kill, kill and KILL with... SKILLS. Does the femur agree to this task or does he shy away like a cowardly beaver that hastens itself like a pussy?"

Saitou completely ignored the crude poster which was presented in front of him and only listened to Nanashi's crazed and mostly hard to follow words and sentences. Most of it was pointless as usual, but when he finally got to his point, Saitou's interest was peaked. He finally opened his eyes and looked at Nanashi's calmly and spoke with the same look in his eyes.

"Bounty hunters? Are you seriously asking me to become a bounty hunter? Have you lost your goddamn mind? You should know better than anyone, that money has never been something I have sought after and for you to even consider such a thing is absurd.....oh and call me a pussy or even refer to me as a pussy again and the fight we've been destined to have will come a lot sooner than you've expected."

All of this was said in a calm tone as if he was just talking about the weather. His eyes never left Nanashi's body and he watched every breath and movement he made. He never truly felt at ease around his mentor and as such he almost always had his guard up.

Entering the bar was a man of bruteness. Who appeared to be quite built for his body mass. He was a large man, that was for certain. His eyes where narrow and he seemed to be dressed in an unique set of purple garments. A skirted breastplate dou made up of iron and or leather plates of various sizes and shapes with pendents. A kusazuri made from iron or leather plates hanging from the front and back of the dou to protect the lower body and upper leg. Large rectangular shoulder protection sode made from iron and or leather plates. Armoured kote gauntlets which covered the forearms, connected by chain armor kusari, to protect the hands and arms from an enemy's sword. Thigh guards haidate which tied around the waist and covered the thighs. Shin guards suneate made from iron splints connected together by chain armor kusari and sewn to cloth and tied around the calf. Tight leggings worn over his baggy pants called hakama. Woven sandals known as zōri or waraji worn with socks called tabi. Each of these where purple. He simply looked like a massive samurai, with his Katana in its obi.

He looked around the pub and noted Nanashi. Tipping his head downwards as he walked over to the wall. Leaning against it. He would await to see what would happen. If he was needed for some imput, though that was not likely as their was only one thing that the man liked to do now. That was kill. Until he would repent for the sins of his own actions from his past. He would not rest till the blood matched the blood that was needed. He didn't feel like drinking either. He hated this part of town, and had to restrain his urge to kill the men in this bar. As they where truly not deserving of life. His new sword, was his second chance. His second soul.

Nanashi raised an eyebrow at what's-his-face's statement as he coughed twice and mumbled pussy under his lowly tone breath, probably all to just spite the other Kaguya for the Hell of it. Hugging himself, Nanashi started shaking himself before unhugging himself only so because he noticed, and so, he made an instant motion where he pulls out a pen, and a piece of paper from his shirt, and swiftly writes somethings at it, takes another paper out and writes the same thing before placing one on the table in front of Saitou and then walking past Hadora, leaving a paper on his hands (DUN DUN DUN, AUTO-HIT IN BOTH INSTANCES!)

Afterwards, he nods to the two as he would mutter, "The walls... walls, walls with the halls have... EARS. Beware and wary for a certain shadow hare, lo for you and a lowl."

He left.

The paper had meeting place labeled in it for the two and some details for the pimp-Samurai and the stuck-up Kaguya for an adventure most grand and most bland.

Saitou looked at the note, smiled and exited the bar. Things were about to become much more entertaining for the young Kaguya.

He read the paper and nodded his head. Heading to the front door, slowly and epic with the epic music playing behind him as his eyes held close. Those doors being closed behind him. He was heading to a place that was somewhere not here. He would head to this location. Where the battle was bound to ensue. It would be perfect. Revenge for all the ones he had lost. He had the sword that belonged to a great man, and due to this he knew he was ready to use its power to gain a better understanding of himself. This new sword was to replace the blade he had lost so long ago. It was time to gain peace. Inner Peace.
