The search for a training partner (Open)

Jiro, releasing all of his previous anger, was almost satisfied. All he needed now was to try unlocking his second Tomoe. Knowing this, he was now walking around Konoha looking for anyone that might like to train. He decided to look up and down the streets first, as it was quite a populated area during this time of day. He looked left and right as he casually walked up and down the streets. He sighed when he couldn't find anyone. He decided to keep checking, so he went for another round down the street, hoping to find someone.

Five in the Afternoon. That was the time for which the letter that he had received earlier in the day had told him to be, in the streets of the leaf village. It was beginning to darken in the large village, however no-one in the surrounding area looked as if they were prepared to leave; for once the citizens of the neighboring towns had finished work, they would all flock to the markets to purchase the spoils. The area was surrounded by cafes, residences, bars and clubs for which each one stood no less than 3 stories. This made a shell-like barrier around the street which enabled it to be secluded and hidden from outsiders who were not familiar with the layout of the town. The sea neighbored the fire country which was the main aspect of life in the town. From the harbor, travel ships departed to other islands and to the mainland, whilst fishing vessels littered the tattered docks all the whilst the body of the Konohagakure's Navy's transport vessels took center stage in a large mass. Twas the magnificence of the main harbor of Konohagakure, there needed to be a lot of ships, people but mostly a large deal of economic turnover with the goods and sales of simple things like fish, to large things like industrial ship parts. And finally, overlooking the huge village was a building with a large clock within it; the time read four fifty eight. Aisu turned the corner to bump into a man who was obviously looking for someone and going in the other direction. "Dammit can't you see where the hell you're going?"

Jiro was shocked and stumbled backwards a bit after failing to realize he had bumped into someone. Although it was kind of hard to realize with the huge crowd. "Huh? Hey, you're obviously the one to blame here. I was just minding my own business and you just bumped into me!" he retorted in an angry tone. Although he had gotten rid of most of his anger, he was still in a bad mood and didn't feel like getting too aggressive.

Instantly, Aisu spun around on the spot and peered at the individual who had snapped back at him. Disappointment along with anger began to overtake his surprise and even a frown creased his brow. His heart jolted at the sound of the voice of the male that stood in front of him. After several seconds the chuunin spoke, "Well you obviously weren't watching the direction you were fucking going in you little dickwad. If you paid more attention to what was in front of you instead of what was around we wouldn't be having this fucking problem." Aisu was angry before he had met this ninja before him but this was his way of letting out his frustrations.....even if he hurt a couple feelings.

Two more minutes passed. One-hundred-and-twenty seconds until his contact would meet with him and begin the meeting. Aisu stood in the center of the street surrounded by hundreds of bodies passing by, each with different purposes. However everyone in the area, including himself all had one thing in common, and that was that they happened to be in the same place at the same time, coincidental; no? The clock struck another minute. The chuunin began to shoot glances around the area, looking for some sign that told him that his contact was around. Three different characters stood out, one was the old man sitting atop of the mooring post, the other was a younger man leaning out of a balcony, looking down and around the street and the third was a female who stood busking several meters away from his position; each one of these three could be his contact, however he could never be sure. His gaze began to peer around yet again, looking for some hopeful sign before it lifted back to the clock. The chuunin sighed before looking at the man in front of him again. "Well ya gonna apologize or what?"

"...I'm not apologizing for anything at the moment. This whole thing was obviously your fault and yours alone." he replied, regaining his calm. He glanced left and right to make sure there was a safe distance. "Now, I'm in a bad mood right now and I'm about ready to let it all out." he said as he pulled out his katana and pointed it at the other ninja in front of him. "In fact... I think I will." he continued a minute later, keeping his katana pointed at the ninja opposite him.

"Well, I may have been quite occupied but at least I was watching where I was going. You on the other hand want to throw all the damn blame on me like a fucking prick", Aisu snarled at the ninja. He stared at the man blankly, it was true; he could be the stronger of the two, well the stronger of the and he hadn't ever tried to hide it. He would always wear black singlets which showed off his toned, defined muscles and would accompany the top with white cargo shorts. On anyone else, the clothing combination would never had worked, but on Aisu; it did. Also, to make matters even worse, he possessed a unique bloodline as Aisu and with the addition of his fire techniques; he would be a power-house. The chuunin looked even more coldly at the man in front of him who dared brandish a sword at him "Keep pointing that thing at me you dipshit and you'll regret having put me in a bad mood. Let out your little feelings on your pillow bud, I don't have time to deal with small-fry like you." Aisu gazed at the man in front of him, his mind wondering what the ninja would pick as his course of action. He was not here in the village to make trouble but it seemed that it followed him everywhere he went.

Jiro's previous anger had returned from before due to the insults of the person before him. Without another word, he let out a roar of anger as he rushed at the person, swinging his katana wildly and his Sharingan activated. At this point, he didn't even care about the people around him, he just wanted to shut this guy up.

[OOC: You didn't specify where you were striking so I'll just assume somewhere in post.]

His mind began to think of several different reasons why he was egging on this ninja, and after a few moments of contemplating about it, he realized it was mostly out of pure boredom. Finally reaching the breaking point it seemed the ninja lunged at him, he lifted his hand. A shiny metal object was enclosed in the hand while the blade swung past him to his right due to him tilting his body. While the blade was far away from the opponent on the height of the swing the chuunin closed in. His speed something that would startle ordinary ninja. If the move worked, Aisu would now hold the kunai to the throat of the ninja before him, all done in a quick fluid motion. "You call yourself a leaf shinobi while putting others around you in danger. I don't how how the fuck you passed the exams bud. Also if you try anything funny kid and I just might slit our damn throat." he began, when he saw the wind beginning to blow through the street. The people passed by looking at the scene with a mixture of confusion and hesitation as to whether break up the conflict or not.

With his Sharingan slightly being able to predict that he would move in, he reacted out of instinct by jumping away and into the air. He began to perform a few handsigns and prepared for a Fireball Jutsu, but then realized that there was still a huge crowd of people around that would inevitably be caught in the blast aswell. He thought for a second before continuing his handsigns. "I'm not in the mood... OUT OF THE WAY!" he shouted maniacally as he breathed in air and then exhaled, causing a fireball to shoot out and quickly fly towards the other ninja. It wasn't all that big, just big enough to hit his opponent without causing too much damage to anyone else around. If it were to hit, it would cause mild burning damage. Not fatal, but it would still hurt a great deal.

Hidio looked away from his training partner and saw a fireball jutsu in the air. "Somebody fighting in the village. Sorry but i got to go Kinto lets roll." Hidio and Kinto ran into the streets in time to see two ninja one in the air. "Hey stop before you hurt innocent people." Hidio jumped into the air and performed handsigns. "Fire release flame bullet jutsu." Hidio launched his flame bullet at the ninja in the air.

Aisu was sort of tired because of the numerous Katon jutsu training he had taken on, but he was pretty sure that he had enough energy to take care of the attack heading at him. This one was going to be more complicated then the others and even so Aisu merely lunged to the right, completely evading the attack. He took a quick run to the local ramen shop, and ordered a quick bowl of ramen to go. He even bought a drink which was something that Aisu never did because he didn't believe in wasting money on something like that. He brought his food back to the fight spot, and finished his food, and drink. Now that he was re energized, and had his full stomach he was ready to begin once again. But then again with the turn of events of possibly taking on two ninja it was not looking good for him and without much left to do, Aisu took off into the skies. He hopped from building to building while the two did whatever they were doing.

Noticing that his original opponent had left, he decided to focus on the other fireball coming at him and worry about the other one later. Still in the air, he fell backwards and touched the wall with his feet. He quickly ran up a building until he got to the top. Now on the roof, he regained his balance and stared the other ninja down. "What was all that about? I'm not in the mood, you know..."

Hidio flipped in the air and landed on the clothing line. "Listen you shot a fireball jutsu at some man and there was innocent people down there people you could have killed and yet you ask me what i did wrong." Hidio grabbed his scythe and put it on his back. "This village is my home and I see since you haven't hurt any people i'm going to leave. Kinto let's go." Hidio jumped and left the streets.
