Tomoe 1
To activate the first Tomoe, you must meet the the following requirement:
* Fight someone. In this fight you must be pushed to your limit and exhausted of chakra.

What does Tomoe 1 do?
Tomoe 1 gives you keen eye sight and you can only slightly predict the opponents next moves as well as track higher speeds

Tomoe 2
To go into Tomoe two you have to meet the following requirement:
*Fight someone; In this fight you must be pushed to your limit and exhausted of chakra.


What does Tomoe 2 do?
Tomoe 2 allows you to copy minor taijutsu up to rank C and the capability of seeing through genjutsu that are rank B and lower. You can not track higher and more difficult speeds.

Tomoe 3
To go into Tomoe three you have to meet the following requirement:
*Fight with the Uchiha clan leader. This fight must last more than 5 post each. And your chakra must be exhausted.


What does Tomoe 3 do?
With Tomoe 3, you can copy jutsu of your elements as long as they aren't Bloodline restricted techniques. Yes, this even means custom techniques. You can now see through most genjutsu up to rank A. Your sharingan movement predictions are way better and are usually quite accurate unless the speed of the opponent overwhelms the sharingan. IE Raikages speed and the Hiraishin (Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Technique).

You MUST have Tomoe 3 to get Mangekyou Sharingan.


Mangekyou Sharingan:
This is obtained by IC killing someone who you are close to AND WHO IS AN UCHIHA, this person must be well known to you, meaning that you must have known him for at least 20 post before attempting to kill him/her.

What does Mangekyou Sharingan do?
Only after unlocking this more advanced stage, are you allowed to train for Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, Amaterasu, and the Blaze Release. But wait a second... you also have to do a 2k training where you describe your transformation from regular to Mangekyou. Describe the emotional strain of killing a close friend... have fun. Also, there is no excuse that your character doesn't care. If your character did not care for others, then there is no way for them to have a close friend who they would indeed care about. Loopholes are not accepted.


Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan
Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of another who also wields the Mangekyō Sharingan can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (永遠の万華鏡写輪眼, Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan). Not only does this process restore one's eyesight, but it also gives the person greater power.

What does Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan do?
Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan gives you the ability to have your Mangekyo Sharingan activated without losing your eyesight and keeping it active for as long as you want. It also gives you the ability to not die of old age. You can still be killed by normal means though.

Mangekyou Sharingan System

This is the New system for the Mangekyou Sharingan. Below are the required word lengths to learn and master the 3 Mangekyou techniques.

Name: Amaterasu [God of The Sun]

Description: A technique from the old world, and drawn from the divine fires of Heaven's Plain, Amaterasu is said to be the strongest ninjutsu in existence. By merely focusing on a target, the Uchiha can summon a pitch black fire that devours light and heat itself. Amaterasu is birthed from the left eye, after forming the Tiger Seal, and is loosed upon whatever the eye is focused on, even energy-based attacks, burning for seven days and nights until the target is destroyed.

Amaterasu Levels:
Level 1: 500 Words; At Level 1, an Uchiha's eyes are beginning to adjust to the Mangekyou. However at this early stage they can learn to conjure, and extinguish their own fires--this creates intense pain in the eyes. But by learning to quell these flames they can save allies.

Level 2: 1000 Words; With the second level achieved, an Uchiha can begin using their eyes to guide the flames towards the intended target. Remember that the flames are only as fast as the eye can move.

Level 3: 2000 Words: At the third level, an Uchiha will have mastered their Amaterasu, and is fully capable of using rapid-fire shots of Amaterasu, quelling its fires, and using Blaze Release techniques (See "Shield of Amaterasu" and "Kagutsuchi" in the wikia).

Level 4: 3000 Words; at this level, the Uchiha can conjure the black flames directly at the enemy, as long as the enemy stands still, this attack can easily connect and kill the user.



Drawbacks: Amaterasu creates strain on the eyes, and messes with its ability to perceive light if pitted against an opposing Fire Release technique-- Amaterasu will devour the heat and light particles. creating a visual disruption for both parties. It also has a nasty habit of devouring everything in its path, and can often consume the surrounding area (it burns even stone and melts it). As a result, Amaterasu releases tremendous heat, creating updrafts that change the weather, conjuring massive thunderclouds. Amaterasu can also be sealed via the correct Fuuinjutsu.


Name: Tsukuyomi [God of The Moon]

Notation: Bloodline; Requires Mangekyou unlocked.
Uses: 20
Description: Noted historically as one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. Tsukuyomi is loosed from the right eye, after the Uchiha unlocks his/her Mangekyou Sharingan, and immediately traps the enemy in a genjutsu, if eye contact is legally maintained for 1 turn. The Uchiha can control all aspects of the illusion (mass, space, and time), depending on their skill with the technique.

Tsukuyomi Levels:
Level 1: 500 words/ | 6hrs; Spacial: limited, Mass: Limited; Paralysis

Level 2: 1000 words/ | 12 hrs; Spacial: limited, Mass: Moderate; Trauma

Level 3: 1500 words/ | 24 hrs; Spacial: Moderate, Mass: Moderate; Piercing wounds

Level 4: 2000 words/ | 48 hrs; Spacial: Advanced, Mass: Advanced; Body destruction

Level 5: 2500 words/ | 72 hrs; Spacial: Mastered, Mass: Mastered; Reality destruction



Drawbacks: Tsukuyomi is observed to be one of the more detrimental techniques; after use, depending on the exertion required the eyes will furiously try to readjust. This causes the eyes to twitch and rapidly shift focus on the surrounding environment. Depending on the intensity of the technique, it may require 1-3 turns to fully reorient the mind. Temporary color blindness, sensitivity to light, and increasingly blurred vision will also occur.

Notation: Bloodline; Requires "Amaterasu" and "Tsukuyomi" to be fully trained before using.
Description: The final Mangekyou Technique, requiring that both techniques be unlocked (at least up to level 2). Susanoo is both a sword and a shield, creating a powerful aura around the Uchiha in the shape of a Tengu warrior, wielding a sword and shield. Susanop's appearance is determined by the Uchiha's Yin-Yang balance, thus every user's Susanoo is unique.

Susanoo is labeled as a "spirit of the old world", and its powers are channeled through the Uchiha, requiring his/her life force and chakra to manifest and attack.

Susanoo Levels:

Level 1: 500 words | IC Combat; Activation
With the first stage of Susanoo unlocked, the Uchiha can form the ethereal ribs of Susanoo as a defensive shield. Warding off physical and elemental strikes. No techniques can pierce this shield.

Level 2: 1000 words | IC Combat; Formation
The second stage is much larger, capable of using the skeletal arms as weapons to sweep away the enemy, physical attacks and ward off elements. With the second stage, the Susanop begins to adopt the shade of the users internal emotions, and becomes unique in appearance, adopting tendons and muscle.

Level 3: 2000 words | IC Combat; Manifestation
With level three, the Uchiha can cloak their Susanoo in spiritual battle armor, and if they so please they can seek out the Yatagara Mirror, Totsuka Sword and Jewel to further enhance the offensive powers of Susanoo'o. Though, without these the Susanoo will remain only in its' armor.

Level 4: 3000 words | IC Combat; Realization
With the final level the Uchiha can freely shape the ethereal energy of Susano into their preferred weapon; this becomes Susano's default weapon, unless the Uchiha uses the Jewel, Sword and Mirror as well. With the Realization, an Uchiha has reached the pinnacle of their optical power, capable of killing dozens of enemies with a single sweep.



Drawbacks: Susanoo cost high level chakra to summon.

When it say fight someone it has to be an actually person. Not an NPC or a word quest. This person must also be of equal or Higher rank.
