Lightning release: vital shock; How is the shock transmitted, you know what? That's a Medical Ninjutsu. It's what The Fifth used on Kabuto. You've just made it simpler. Change it.
Swift Release: body activation; So.....how fast and how long? Like you can move 50km\h for.....100 meters? Don't go over the top and make it fair. But all this stuff needs to be precise.
Swift Release: lightning Rush;.....Swift Release is so damn OP....and no it can't be active as long as you have chakra. Your going to have it active for at least 2 posts, and a cool down for longer.
