| Yin yang chakra is the chakra used for basic shit. Genjutsu, Medical jutsu and others. From my knowledge and point of view everyone can use regular chakra. Yamanaka, Akemichi and Nara are all manipulation of Yin-Yang. From what I know. | |

However, the amount of yin and yang varies from person to person depending on your clan.
