Description:
-Novuton: Sutorīmu Keisei, or Nova Release: Stream Formation is a converted Fūton [Wind Release] technique called Kaze Suteppingu. The technique was converted into Novuton, because it is the first part to Layle’s overall goal of becoming the next speed demon of the Shinobi world. Kaze Suteppingu is a technique that masks the user’s body in a tight coat of Fūton to basically eliminate any and all wind resistance to increase the user’s speed. Now, Novuton, which has already been explained, is the best release for physical attribute enhancing. Thus, in conjunction with the already set in effects, the technique will take on the normal look of a Novuton elemental technique. The overall ability of the technique is basically doubled, because of the two techniques working together to give the user a wonderful speed technique. The technique uses both the basic elementals to double the ooriginal technqiues effects, like the Raiton chakra will basically charge the nervous for faster reaction time and such. Even though, the techniques advantages are great. The disadvantages are great as well. The disadvantages obviously occur because of the Novuton elemental unlocking the wielder’s full use of the brain, which simply gives them access to the massive physical and mental enhancing properties of the release.
Durations/Effects:
First Post of use: Minor Headache is set in.
Second post of use: Minor Blurring Vision.
Third post of use: Overall Major effects of Mental fatigue sets in, like Major headaches[ head spliting], Bleeding starts from eyes/ears/mouth, and the weilder beginss to feel like they are going to pass out.
Fifth post of use: The user will begin to feel the full effects times ten. The Weilder's brain will begin to receive noticable damage and the user will bleed randomly from ears, eyes, and mouth for three topics after the current topic ends. The user will be knocked out of this formation and be knocked out instantly afterward.

-Novuton: Bāsuto Keisei, or Nova Release: Burst Formation, is a technique that was created by the conversion of Chakra Enhanced Strength into a Novuton elemental technique. The first Version of the Chakra Enhancing Strength technique is a technique used for brief increases in strength, and this technique will basically do the same thing. The technique will basically double in strength, and the freedom arises to activate it around the legs or arms, or even both. The technique’s disadvantages is fairly similar to the Stream Formation’s one, but after the first couple of seconds activated. The disadvantages focus more around the muscles then the brain. The overall appearance of Layle will look exactly the same as if he was using Stream formation. So, it is nearly impossible to tell the different between the two techniques.
Drawbacks/Effects:
First Post of Use: Minor Headache begins to set in
Second Post of Use: Muscles begin to feel strain
Third Post of Use: Muscles begin to slightly rip
Fifth Post of Use: Muscles are beginning to rip apart, bleeding begins from Eyes/ears/Mouth, and the technique is deactived passively[which knockes the user out.]

I have no clue what these jutsu's do... allow you to expand your mind? How much...

First one allows the user to basically convert physical Enhancing jutsu into Novuton release, like Chakra Enhanced Strength.

Second one simply allows you to unlock the full use of your brain. Since Humans only use part of their brain. The jutsu allows the user to access the whole thing. Thus, it is required to be activated before the use of any other Novuton can be used.
