Akatsuki Formation

Kazumi’s landed, this was an all-new land with new features, and this man had new things on his mind. World domination was it? Something like that indeed, he had his students to back him up, but he needed more, others with him. He was wondering about the land, trying to figure how he could make it his own, well no one else was there to stop him, and no one was around who would contend with him, at least for now. Kazumi had started out from Ancor Vantian, crossing the waters toward the shore of this land via his feet, and the chakra at the bottom of it which kept him afloat. It was quite easy, albeit, he could have faced a bit of resistance, however, he used the Hiding With Camouflage technique to evade the guards and sneak past into this village. He kept walking, and finally, he came toward a town, he formed a hand sign, and levitated into the air. His voice rang out, “I hereby claim this territory, in the name of Akatsuki, the group I will be forming here, we will rule here, and everywhere, no matter what you do, you cannot stop us, I will be the leader of this group!” he broadcasted out towards the town’s people, using his loudest voice possible so everyone in the small town could hear him. His sinister chakra was leaking out, and via a hand sign as finished his speech, he bound everyone around him so they couldn’t move. “This is just a bit of my power!” Some of the guards had gathered around, and formed into a combat ready stance, they were however frozen in place by Kazumi’s jutsu. “There is to be no rebellion, or it will be crushed with the utmost power.” The man lowered toward the ground. “I’ll give all of you another sample of my greatness.” The man placed his hands against the ground, after prior making hand signs, “Earth Release: Sandwich!” Into the distance, two halves of a mountain would rise and join together to form an actual mountain! “I am the creator of all, and my powers are without limit! Stick with me, and you will only prosper….Now... I’m looking for people to join my group, any volunteers?”

"I'm Kazumi, Kurai Kazumi; you may know me as the Great Blast Cloud Kazumi, nice to meet you." The man was finally calming down, his blood pressure was up and he was breathing rather heavily, but that all settled, as his adrenaline was falling. He’d taken another pill which nulled his personality for a bit of time. “I would much appreciate your services, in fact, if you can do as you say, I want you to join with me. I am the leader of the new Akatsuki. Like I said earlier, I am one for world domination, and I’ll go about it by any means, however such a task is not accomplished by a single shinobi, no matter how powerful. I need people like you on my team, reliable, skilled. My student here, his name’s Soul Uchiha, he’s a descendant of that legendary clan; he should be able to help you. Here you should have ample resources to conduct research on the body, the people here will do whatever you say, and provide you with any means you may need. This land is plentiful, and I forgot something. I need to name this land. It will be called; The Hidden Moonlight Village. Yes, that has a ring to it. While you guys conduct your research, and as our robes and such are being created, I will go out once more and claim another land for us.” The man would indeed view out into the Hidden Moonlight Village, watching as the various constructions were being created, a massive ninja academy soon to be erected. It was a small village, but certainly prosperous. Repairs had been started on the building of Kazumi’s blind rage and destruction, and the Guards of the Island were fanned out along all of the Island’s shores, each with communication devices to alert everyone inside the village in cause of an intruder. Spotting one of these Guards, Kazumi attached the communication seal on them, having formed a hand sign and placed his chakra in his palm before slamming down on the guard’s wrist, and the marking would emerge. Kazumi explained how to use it directly to him. “I suppose I’ll be on my way now. Soul, expect Suno and Hakushin to pop up eventually.”

As Soul listened to Kazumi talk he was getting rather distracted. Wondering about women and how he could possibly become a sexy bitch one day if he didn't do things right. He noticed the newcomer named Shuei. This guy looked kind of interesting and it appeared he was a medical ninja just like Soul was. Maybe these 2 could be a great team someday. Anyway with kazumis exit Soul crinched down on his lolipop breaking it as he tossed the body to Shuei he spoke "Here. Do whatever you want to this. But when your done place it in ice. As for now i am gone VIVA LA AKATSUKI. And remember what Kazumi said. Suno and Hakushin will be here soon." With that Soul vanished by a earthy clone was left behind.

As Soul appeared out of nowhere he began to walk around what appeared to be a clinic. He was being sprayed down with some form of toxin. As he walked into a room he laid on the cold metal bed. He knew this would define the time where he would gain new ability beyond belief. Not only that but his power would increase greatly. As Soul laid on the table he opened his vest and ripped open his shirt and tossed both to the side. "Go get. Dr. Shuei. Right this moment. He has surgery to do."

The directions were very poor, in fact they had almost been scribbled on a piece of paper. But Suno ran as fast as he could to Crescent Moon Island, where Kazumi had given the kid directions. However, something far worse had happened in Sky Country, and if Suno did not hurry, there might be nothing left. He was to find Kazumi's other student, the one called Soul. Suno thought he might have seen him the first time he met Kazumi, but it almost seems as if SOMEONE deleted that very memory from his banks.

As he moved, he came upon a clinic mentioned in the note, Suno was clinging to the note for dear life at this point, as he had never seen something so horrible in his entire life. He was waiting for someone to find him, or some sign of what he was supposed to do. But no one had seen or heard from Blast Cloud Kazumi in some time, and with that Suno was left to almost aimlessly wonder the halls.

He finally sat down, here he was, a genin, unable too do anything other than deliver a note, and he couldn't even do that. It was pathetic, the boy was almost in tears, but he still clutched the note.


And it read

Generic Instructions on how to get to clinic in Moon followed by. "Bijuu attacking Sky, opportunity arising, send aid once Grass is taken"

Kazumi had not made it too far from his village, in fact, he was sensing what was occurring in it as he prepared to leave, and from a huge distance away, he pinpointed the chakra of Suno, one of his most faithful students. Something was up, and of course he had no reason to be leaving at this moment. So as Suno made his way back to the clinic from which Shuei Setsuna, the new Akatsuki member had been working on extracting some DNA, Kazumi was following back, however he was a much greater distance from Suno, but with his speed, he would make it there around the exact timing Suno did. Ever sensing Suno's chakra, Kazumi would suddenly disappear in a body flicker, and would appear just before Suno. "Hey...what's going on?" His feeling was mellow, he had an endless supply of his personality reducing pills, and he'd taken one before appearing.

Hisoka was not followed by the man, which made him wonder if the fight that had been ongoing took a turn for a worse. Quickly returning to the scene of the accident, the only thing clearly visible was blood. Whose it was or why it was there couldn't be told simply from looking at the area, and just as he prepared to leave some of the people approached him and said they had been informed to direct him to the hospital. And to the hospital he went.

As he entered and progressed down the halls, he strutted past a young boy who seemed close to tears but chose to ignore it for now. He continued until he came across the same man he had tried to lure into following him. Sipping on some wine. Now was the perfect time to subtly get some information. "Who the fuck are you?" Hisoka said, gracefully and subtly. To him atleast. Oh the joys of being stoned.

As Soul continued to lay on the table and wait for Shuei he was greeted by a beautiful young nurse. She would start to rub down Souls left arm with what appeared to be alcohol. She injected an IV line into Souls right arm and he began to doze off. But not before seeing Shuei walk into the room. Soul spoke faintly "Left arm. Remove it and began the transfer of the senju DNA." With the following words Soul put on a mask as he dozed off into a medicated sleep.

Suno wipped his nose on his sleeve when he saw Kazumi-sensei, he stood up and handed Kazumi the note before sitting down and sighing. Finally someone here to take charge and Suno was left to not have to worry about it. He just sat there, folded his hands in his lap and put his head back and just waited. He was tired, and well this place was just kinda freaky. Everything he had read about moon was that is was almost deserted, now there was this clinic, tons of people running around. And most of all, it was as if a new village had popped up over night.

But all this worrying would have to be dealt with later, he was tired, and running on just adredeline now. As he lay back a bit, placing his head on the wall, he just waited, and perhaps would dooze off if no one distrubed him.

A surgery was taking place in another room, while Kazumi stood next to Suno. Hisoka would come nonchalantly passing by as if no one was there. Kazumi thought it a bit weird of the man, however, that was not the matter at hand. The matter at hand literally was the note being passed from Suno to Kazumi to give a good reading over. Judging by how stressed Suno seemed, something incredible had happened in the Sky. His eyes simply scanned the note from the beginning to the end, his eyes becoming extremely huge as the letter ended in the melodies of his mind. "A Bijuu!?! I must go immediately. Suno I'll need you to hold down the fort here, get to know some more Akatsuki members, this is simply too dangerous for you to get involved in. In fact, I must place precautions." The man pulled Soriken forward without managing to hit it against anything, on the blade there was a seal which read 'Sealing Method: Warp.' The man formed hand signs with a single hand, stimulating his chakra into the same hand, and finally erecting a seal against the floor of the Clinic, bending down to use said hand to make contact with the floor itself. The seal read the exact same thing as the one on the sword. There was more too it than that however, he formed more seals and did the exact same thing on the same seal, creating another seal which combined on top of that one, and this seal was his Sealing Method: Sustain, which could keep his chakra constantly flowing through the other seal, as it had been charged when Kazumi created the jutsu. He also removed three Kunai, which were already strapped with paper, he simply placed both seals on each Kunai like he'd already done, forming the hand signs and such before he did each, which was quite tedious. However it was a necessary precaution, and the keenest of shinobi tactics. He formed one final hand sign, and would disappear in a billowing cloud of smoke. "Sit tight, Suno."

An indirect stare and a seemingly nervous blink before the man smiled, and then answered the question. Shuei Setsuna was his name, studying dead people was his game... Err- apparently. Either way, Hisoka complied and followed Shuei as he told him to, and decided he should answer the same question he had asked moments ago. "I am Hisoka Setsuna. And going by the fact that cousin Soul wants you, I would say its safe to assume that you're our ally." Hisoka spoke, following the man's quickened stroll down the hallway, more commonly known as; Walking.

Then Shuei asked the prize-winner; How had Hisoka gotten the Setsuna name, when everyone else was supposed to be dead. "Now it is my turn to say that I can ask you the same. I also thought they were dead. I met a man named Setsuna; who claimed that the only name he had was his family name of Setsuna, though he also claimed to be the last alive. That man was my mentor, and close to a father to me. So I guess you could say that with his encouragement, I adopted the last name." Hisoka said calmly, he had no reason to lie and say it was his real name, when he had the Uchiha crest clearly visible on his clothing. Hisoka awaited Shuei's response, as they then reached Soul And asked what he needed. A transplant? What the fuck was going on..

Outside the room, Kazumi was making some sort of flashy leave. Something had happened, unfortunately Kazumi was already gone. So it was too late. He simply stood and awaited to see what unfolded.

As Soul laid knocked out he began to feel a weird change. his body would feel all tingly causing him to wake up mid surgery. The pain was something unrealistic. Soul would go into his 3 tomoe sharingan during the incident causing Soul to start seeing things in a different way. This wasn't pain. But it was more power. It was making Soul stronger for the better. Soul would hear Shuei speak and Soul would grind his teeth in anger. Soul would get off the table and be handled more clothing. He put it on and walked away from the area.

So Setsuna had been Shuei's father, that's what Hisoka heard him say as he performed the surgery. And once it was finished Soul got up and stormed off seemingly angry.. Oh well. It didn't really matter did it? Hisoka followed in suit by walking out the door and waiting for Shuei to come out. THey still had some things to talk about, after all. As he was standing waiting, a woman ran up. The same one Kazumi had ordered to make the robes. She had a small bag, and as she handed to Hisoka she spoke, "T-those are the robes. Well two of them anyway. It's all I've finished so far.... Are they okay?" Hisoka chuckled at how scared she seemed, and glanced in the bag to see the black cloaks with red clouds on them. "Fine with me. Kazumi shouldn't have an issue, just finish the others now" He said as he handed the bag back to her. "O-oh n-no! You keep those, bye!"" And then she left. Hisoka simply sat the bag on the floor beside him and waited for Shuei to emerge from the surgery room.

Hisoka grabbed one of the cloaks and tossed it to Shuei, and put the other one on himself. "What Kazumi ordered, seemingly." Hisoka said blankly. Kinda of shocked by how adept at medicine Shuei was. He had done a DNA transfusion in a matter of minutes. Not a feat Hisoka had ever seen before. "Let's get outta this clinic. I can't smoke or anything in here." Hisoka said plainly. He was still buzzing, but now enough to be content.

Once outside, Hisoka pulled out a cigarette and lit it. As he puffed on the cancer stick Shuei's statement made him laugh slightly before he responded. "These might. Blunts.. Nah." Hisoka said, noticing people seemed to be scared of the robes. Deciding to not pay any attention to it, Hisoka found himself trying to think of what to pay attention to. There wasn't shit going on and the boredom was starting to get to him.

Hisoka tossed the cigarette as Shuei spoke. If what he said was true, there wasn't time to be standing around. "Let's go check some shit out, then.." Hisoka said, obviously in thought because of what he had just heard. And so he flickered away.

Shuei nods and flickers after Hisoka after taking a light breather. It would seem spending time with this adoptive brother seemingly had some effect that caused him to be more comfortable than usual. As odd as it was, Shuei persisted in trying to get to know Hisoka better for now.

Suno awoke, apparently he had dozed off, it was most surprising in that the place was virtually empty, and it seemed as if Suno was not even awoken to tell that everyone was leaving. Quite rude if you asked him. He gorrgily got his act together, and slowly began to realize that things must have been going south since the bijuu came to town. Suno immeaditly grew worried that his sensai had gone off and was going to take the bijuu for himself, which meant grave danger.

Suno knew he would be of no help to his sensei, but he needed to do something, so he figured out just exactly what, and how to do it, he was going into a small business venture, and hopefully it would pan out.
